알레르기성 비염 진단을 위한 통합 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구

본 논문은 알레르기 비염의 진단을 할 수 있는 전문가 시스템(Expert System)에 관한 연구이다. 시스템의 지식 베이스(Knowledge-Base)는 사례(case)와 규칙(rule)들로 작성되어 있고 추론 엔진(Inference Engine)은 신경회로망 이론으로 구성되어 있다. 사례들은 환자들이 작성한 554매의 설문지로 만들었는데 처음에 데이터 베이스로 구성한 후 델타룰로 학습하였고 코호넨 모델로 무리 짓기를 하였다. 규칙(Rule)은 믿음 네트워크(Belief Network)를 기반으로 하여 카운터프로퍼게이션 네트워크에 적용하고 있다. 이비인후과 의사의 지식 정보로 작성한 규칙 베이스(Rule Base)와 환자의 설문지에 기초한 사례 베이스(Case Base)로 구성된 시스템에 새로운 환자의 정보를 입력하면 추론 엔진은 데이터 베이스를 검색하여 적당한 진단 결과를 도출하여 준다. 여기서 사례 추론 알고리즘에는 델타규칙과 코호넨의 자가조직화를 사용하고 있으며 규칙 추론에는 역시 코호넨의 경쟁학습을 사용하고 있다. 학습시 시간이 많이 소요되는 단점이 있었으나 많은 사례와 시제 의사의 지식을 동시에 지니고 있으므로 진단의 정확도가 기존 시스템들에 비해 높았다.

보육교사의 직무만족이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영성의 매개효과

본 연구는 보육교사의 직무만족이 심리적 안녕감에 영성의 매개효과 연구를 알아보고, 보육교사들에게 심리적 안녕감과 영성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향의 중요성을 인식하고 영유아를 돌봄에 있어 교사로의 역할을 수행함에 교사의 직무만족도를 높여 이직률을 낮추며 행복한 직장생활을 하는데 의의를 두고 연구주제를 설정을 하였다. 직무만족의 변인에서는 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 동료관계는 심리적 안녕감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족의 하위변인 중 급여 만족은 영성에 영향을 미치며 심리적 안녕감에도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 연구결과로 보았을 때 영성은 급여만족과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서만 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 하위변수 중 동료관계는 통계학적으로 유의미하였다. 연구가설에서 직무만족도가 영성에 미치는 영향은 유의미하지 않았다. 다만 영성이 심리적 안녕감에는 영향을 유의미하게 미치는 연구결과를 밝혔다는 점에 의의가 있다. 수정모델의 검정에서는 직무만족의 동료관계는 심리적 안녕감에 영성을 매개로 직무만족도는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study recognized the importance of psychological well-being and the impact of spirituality on child care teachers, recognized the importance of psychological well-being and spirituality on child care, and established a research subject with a significance to lower the turnover rate of teachers and lead happy working lives. The co-relationships that affect job satisfaction have a significant impact on psychological well-being. Among the sub-variates of job satisfaction, research shows that spirituality only plays an intermediary role in the relationship between salary satisfaction and psychological well-being. Among the lower variables, the peer relationship was statistically significant. The impact of task satisfaction on spirituality in the study theory was not significant. However, it is meaningful that spirituality has revealed research results that significantly affect psychological well-being. The test of the revised model showed that the co-relationship between job satisfaction and spirituality has a mediating effect on job satisfaction.

남양주시 사회복지관련기관의 네트워크 중앙성에영향을 미치는 요인

Namyangju City is the first city in South Korea, which established the “Hope Care Centers” to provide coordinated social services including income support, housing, care, health, employment, etc. under cooperation between public and private social workers in the centers. In order to privide coordinated social services, utilization of social service networks of the organizations providing social welfare related services in the city is important. This study tried to find out individual and organizational factors influencing degree and betweenness centralities of the organizations within the three networks including the client referral, resource support and information exchange network. The research was conducted in 2012 after public social workers were placed in the “Hope Care Centers.” The networks consisted of sixty three private and public social welfare related organizations in the city. The findings showed that explanatory powers of the factors were different in the three networks. Among the individual factors, the number of organizations having private personal relationship had the biggest influence on the centralities. But the number of organizations having private personal relationship did not have important influence on the centrality of the resource support network while having the biggest influence on the client referral and information exchange network centralities. This seems to suggest that the private personal relationship is not hurting fairness of resource distribution while helping client referral and information exchange practice. Among the organizational factors, being a case management organization, belonging to the community social welfare council, the number of organizations belonging to same cooperative bodies and the number of organizations with experience of operating programs together were important. The study discussed policy implications and recommendations for future researches based on the findings. 남양주시는 우리나라 최초로 민관협력 사례관리 전문기관인 희망케어센터를 설치하여 생계지원, 주거지원, 돌봄과같은 복지서비스 뿐만 아니라 보건, 고용 등의 복지관련 사회서비스를 통합적으로 제공하도록 노력하고 있다. 이를 위해서는 지역의 사회복지관련기관 간의 네트워크 활성화가 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 남양주시의 사회복지관련기관의네트워크 중앙성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 다양한 네트워크 구조이론을 토대로 개인적 요인과 조직적 요인들을 구분하여 이들이 클라이언트 의뢰, 물적자원 지원, 정보교환 네트워크에서 내향중앙성, 외향중앙성, 사이중앙성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 조사는 희망케어센터에 공공인 민관협력팀이 배치된 2012년에 남양주시의 63 개 공공과 민간 사회복지관련기관들을 대상으로 수행되었다. 연구결과 각 요인들의 클라이언트 의뢰, 물적자원 지원, 정보교환 네트워크 중앙성 설명력이 달랐다. 네트워크 중앙성에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인의 경우 친분기관수가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인이었지만, 친분기관수는 클라이언트 의뢰와 정보교환은 촉진시키는 면이 있으면서도 물적자원 지원네트워크에서는 영향력이 크지 않아 물적자원배분의 공정성을 해치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 조직적 요인 중에서는 사례관리기관 여부, 지역복지협의체 위원여부, 지역내 같은 법인기관수, 프로그램경험 기관수 등이 영향력이큰 요인들로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 지역사회복지관련 기관의 네트워크를 활성화하기 위한 정책적 제언과 후속 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다.

한국인의 complement component(C6)의 유전적 다형

Genetic polymorphism of the sixth component of complement (C6) has been investigated in 496 unrelated healthy Koreans residing in Seoul, by isoelectric focusing and immunoblotting. Common allotypes, A, B, AB, AB2, and BB2, and four rare varients AM11, AM91, AM92 and M2B were observed. The estimated allele frequencies for C6*A, C6*B, C6*B2 and rare allele C6*R were 0.4324, 0.5241, 0.0383 and 0.0050, respectively. The allele frequencies were compared with those in other populations of the world.

LIM domain과 상호작용 하는 transcription cofactor hTAiL-1의 기능 분석

The LIM homeodomain (LIM-HD) proteins, which contain two tandem LIM domains followed by a homeodomain, are critical transcription factors for embryonic development. The LIM domain is a conserved cysteine-rich zinc-binding motif and mediate protein-protein interactions. We have isolated two transcription activator interacting with LIM domain (hTAiL-1 and -2) from human brain cDNA library on the basis of its ability to interact with the LIM-HD protein Lh-2 (or Lhx-2). Here we report on the function of the hTAiL-1 protein. Northern blot analysis using human tissue blot revealed that hTAiL-1 is very abundantly expressed in the heart and muscle. In order to confirm that hTAL-1 interacts with LIM domain, β-galactosidase assay using yeast two-hybrid system was firstly employed, followed by an in vitro protein interaction assay and a mammalian two-hybrid assay. The results of these assay demonstrated that hTAiL-1 interact with LIM domain in a very weak mode. In vivo functional data using transfection experiments in SL-2 cells suggested that Sp1 transcription factor may be involved in the interaction of hTAiL-1 with Lh-2. In fact, hTAiL-1 stimulates the promoter activity deriven by Sp1 more efficiently than by Lh-2. In addition, effect of hTAiL-1 can be observed in a series of transfection experiment with differentiated L6 cells. Taken together, these results indicated that hTAiL-1 may mediate specific protein-protein interactions between LIM-HD and additional Sp1 basal transcription factor.
