Investigation of heterogeneous of ellipsoid particle interaction field using optical laser tweezers

Heterogeneity among particles is their inherent feature, which makes the prediction of the properties of assembled structures and materials composed of many particles non-deterministic. Here, we report a promising strategy to quantify and visualize the field of heterogeneous and anisotropic interactions between non-spherical particles using the rotational measurement of optical laser tweezers. The mutual configuration and separation of two particles at an oil-water interface were optically controlled, and the corresponding capillary interaction behaviors were directly measured. As a result, the optimal particle configuration at an energetically favorable state was determined, depending on the interparticle distance. Visualization of the capillary field around individual particles demonstrated that the interface deformation by the presence of non-spherical particles and thus the capillary force were highly influenced by undulation of the meniscus as well as geodesic curvature.

RIASEC 직업성격유형 및 직업가치가 진로만족, 진로포부에 미치는 영향 관계 연구 : 진로서비스품질의 조절효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among occupational personality types, work values, career satisfaction, career service quality, and career aspiration. The empirical analysis revealed that, first, enterprising, artistic, social, and realistic types of occupational personalities had a significant effect on intrinsic work value. Second, the conventional type had a significant effect on extrinsic work value, while investigative and realistic types were negatively associated with extrinsic work value. Third, enterprising, investigative, social, and realistic types of personalities had an impact on career satisfaction. In addition, intrinsic work value played a positive role in increasing career satisfaction, while extrinsic work value did not. Furthermore, a hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed a moderating effect of career service quality on the relationship between career satisfaction and career aspiration. Therefore, establishing an effective curriculum and career support service are suggested to develop students’ interests, aptitudes, and abilities in tourism. 본 연구는 관광전공 대학생을 대상으로 RIASEC 직업성격유형 및 직업가치와 진로만족, 진로서비스품질, 진로포부와 영향 관계를 규명하고자 실시되었다. 직업성격유형과 직업가치와의 영향 관계를 분석한 결과 직업성격유형의 기업형, 예술형, 사회형, 현실형은 내재적 가치에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 관습형은 외재적 가치에 유의한 정(+)의 영향 관계를 보인 반면 탐구형과 현실형은 외재적 가치에 부(-)의 영향 관계를 보이고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 둘째, 직업성격유형 중 기업형, 탐구형, 사회형, 현실형은 진로만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업가치와 진로만족과의 관계에서 내재적 가치는 진로만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향 관계를 보여주고 있지만 외재적 가치는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 대학생들의 내재적 가치가 중요함을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 진로만족과 진로포부와 관계에서 진로서비스품질은 조절효과를 보임으로써 대학교의 진로서비스품질을 향상시키기 위한 방안이 요구됨을 보여주고 있다.
