      • 堆肥 腐熱劑가 釀熱材料의 發熱에 미치는 影響

        釀熱材料 답입시 堆肥腐熟劑 첨가가 發效熱果 및 熱의 持續期間에 미치는 影響을 調査하였든 바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 腐熟劑 첨가區는 標準區에 比해 最高熱에 到達하는 期間이 짧고 27日까지 高溫이였다. 2. 腐熟劑는 總發熱量을 增大시키나 持續期間은 差가 없었다. 以上 結果로 보아 育苗上 뿐만 아니라 促成栽培 定植床에서도 堆肥腐熟劑 使用은 效果的이라고 認定된다. This experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of Manure Antibiotic Bacteria on acceleration of heating and maintainance of heating period. The results obtained in this experiment were summarized as follows. 1. Manure Antibiatic Bacteria reached at the highest temperature quickly more than check plot and higher temperature was lasted for twenty seven days long. 2. Manure Antibiotic Bacteria increased the gross temperature of heating materials while the heating materials were accumulated, but no differences were appeared in the maintainance duration of heating. In the view of these results, it could be recommendable for the Manure Antibiotic Bacteria to be applied to the setting bed for forcing culture.

      • 植物生長調節劑 處理가 Tomato의 收量 및 成熟 時期에 미치는 影響 : 積算溫度와 收量과의 關係를 中心으로 By correlation between accumulated temperature

        Tomatoton, Gibberellin, 2,4-D 等 數種의 生長調節劑를 單獨 또는 復合處理 함으로써 處理時期 및 積算溫度에 따른 收量과 成熟關係를 究明하기 爲하여 本 試驗을 수행하였던 바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 各 藥劑間에 關係없이 平均溫度가 높아짐에 따라 初期收量이 增加하는 傾向을 보였다. 2. 平均溫度가 낮은 時期에서는 積算溫度의 範圍가 넓고 높은 時期에서는 範圍가 좁음을 알 수 있었다. 3. 높은 溫度下에서 成熟한 果實은 硬度가 낮았다. 4. 藥劑處理와 貯藏期間과의 關係에는 有意性이 認定되지 않았다. This study was carried out evoluate correlation between yield by treatment time and variation of accumulated temperature of Lycopersicum estrosum Mill. On this study, Tomatoton, Gibberellin, 2,4-D, etc, there kinds of plant growth regulator were used by singl or complex treatment. The results were summarized as follows. 1. It was shown that yield increased as temperature was high, while there was no correlation between each plant growth regulator 2. On low average ter temperature time range of accumulated temperature was wide, but was narrow on high average temperature. (May 19, 1146∼1338, May 23, 1146∼1287, May 28, 1146∼1262, May 31, 1042∼1190, June 4, 997∼1145) 3. On high temperature period, it was better to harvest unripening fruit, becouse on low temperature period ripering fruit has low hardness. 4. Becouse it was shown that the higher temperature, the shorter storage period, storage period was generally proper, about for four days on high temperature and six days on low temperature.

      • 배추의 모래밭 재배에 관한 시험

        모래밭(백사장)에서의 배추재배 가능성 여부를 알고져 포장시험을 실시한바 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 시비량은 관행재배에 준하되 5∼7일 격으로 시용하는 것이 효과적이다. 2) 관수일수 3일격으로 초기에는 매일하고 후기에는 7일정도의 차를 두어도 수량에는 큰 차 없음을 알 수 있다. 3) 각종 미량원소의 결핍은 나타나지 않았으므로 붕소 이외의 미량요소 시용은 필요치 않음. 4) 파종시기는 초기생육이 불량하므로 적기보다 약간 빨리 함이 좋다. This study was carried out to investigate the cultural possibility of chinese cabbage in the sandy field, and the results were as follows; 1. A mount of fertilizer was required as normal culture but it was more affected to fertilize to the distance of 5-7 days. 2. The harvest of the chinese Cabbage was not difference whether it watered every day in ealy growth or it watered every each 7 days in late growth. 3. monor elements were not required except Boron. 4. It was better to seed eavlier than usual becaucre the early grewth was bad.

      • 양파苗의 保溫越冬 效果에 關한 硏究

        양파의 安定 多收穫을 爲한 새로운 栽培方法을 開發하고자 秋播育苗한 양파苗를 가을에 露地에 定植하지 않고 保溫施設內에 일단 假植하여 保溫越冬하므로서 結球開始期에 큰 植物體를 育成할 수 있도록 花芽分化를 抑制하면서 계속 生育시켜 春季에 定植하여 慣行栽培와 比較하였던 바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 양파苗의 越冬用하우스의 溫度變化는 2重 커튼 內에 小型터널을 設置하고 小型터널위에 0.5㎝ 카시미론 덮개를 被覆한 區에서는 最低氣溫이 3.1℃로부터 8.2℃였으며 外氣溫度에 比해 10∼11℃가 높았다. 그리고 카시미론 덮개를 덮지 않은 區에서 最低氣溫이 -1.7℃로부터 3.9℃였으며 外氣溫度에 比해 8∼9℃가 높았다. 하우스內 晝間 最高氣溫은 30℃ 內外였다. 2. 定植時의 苗의 엽초기부의 直徑은 카시미론 被覆區에서 播種期別로 (9月 10日부터 10日 간격으로 4回 播種) 各各 21,20, 18, 16㎜ 內外였고 카시미론 無被覆區에서는 各各 19, 18, 16, 14㎜ 內外였다. 3. 하우스內에서 越冬한 苗의 地上部 生育狀態는 葉數가 12∼13枚로서 秋季露地定植區에 比해 3∼4枚가 많았으며 草長은 85∼90㎝로서 10∼15㎝가 더 길었다. 4. 球의 무게는 가을에 定植한 것이 1個當 253g였으나 하우스에서 越冬한 것은 카시미론 被覆區에서 495g로부터 538g였고 無被覆區에서 448g로부터 527g로서 크기와 總收量에 있어서 約2倍의 增加를 보였다. 5. 抽蓄率은 하우스內 無被覆區에서 9月 20日 以前에 播種한 것은 10% 內外였으나 9月 30日 以後에 播種한 것과 카시미론 被覆區에서는 全然抽蓄하지 않았다. 分球率은 秋季露地定植區에 比하여 2倍정도 增加되었으나 完全分球는 商品價値에 損傷이 없으므로 栽培上問題될 것이 없으며 不完全分球는 3%內外로서 秋季露地定植區에 比하여 1.5%가량 많았다. A study was conducted to understand the influence of seedling portection in polyethylene film house on the growth and bulb formation of onion. Plant dates (Sept. 10, 20, 30 and Oct. 10) and protection method(tunnel, tunnel with plastic mat in polyethylene film house and open field) were evaluated for the purpose of knowing bulb size, yield and other productive characteristics of Chunjuwhang onion. The results obtained were as follow: 1. Minimum air temperature in tunnel with plastic 0.5㎝ mat in polyethylene film house was ranged from 3.1 to 8.2℃ in tunnel without mat, from -1.7 to 3.9℃ and on open field, from -2.5 to -10.4℃, respectively in winter '83. Maximum air temperatura in polyethylene film house was showed about 30℃. 2. Leafseath's diameters of seedling at setting time were 21㎜(Sept. 10) 20㎜(Sept. 20), 18㎜(Sept. 30) and 16㎜(Oct. 10) in plot of tunnel with plastic mat, in tunnel without plastic mat, 19㎜(sept. 10), 18㎜(Sept. 20), 16㎜(Sept. 30) and 14㎜(Oct. 10), and at the same date plants set in fall attained about 10㎜. 3. The average number of leaf per seedling and plant hight were significantly increased by growing seedling protected in polyethylene film house. 4. seedling protected in tunnel with plastic mat and without mat in polyethylene film house showed to be the highest average bulb weight, 538g and 527g. and it obtained as twice yield as that of setting. 5. In spite of bolting about 10 percent at the plot sown in polyethylene film house without mat before Sept. 20 it could not be found any bolting plant at the plot protected in tunnel with plastic mat in polyethylene film house and plot without mat sown after Sept. 30. The rate of double bulb and split bulb were increased by seedling protection in polyethylene film house. But only a few unmarketable split bulbs appeared. Therefore it maybe concluded that seedling protection in plastic film house could be a new cultural method to produce larger bulbs and higher yield per acreage in southern part of Korea.

      • 비닐하우스를 利用한 菜蔬의 合理的인 栽培方法에 關한 硏究 : 第1報 : 被覆方法이 保溫에 미치는 影響 1. Effects on the Heat Insulation of Vinyl House by the Method of Covering

        保溫方法別 適定 栽培時期를 판정하기 위하여 釀熱材料 踏??과 피복방법을 다르게하여 保溫效果를 調査하였든 바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 대형 비닐하우스는 평균 2.1℃의 保溫 效果가 있고, 2種커텐을 設置하면 平均 4.4℃의 保溫效果가 있었으며, 하우스내에 소형턴넬을 設置하면 4.7℃의 保溫效果가 있었다. 2. 비닐하우스내의 小型턴넬에 거적을 1겹 덮으면 平均 7.9℃ 2겹을 덮으면 10.7℃의 保溫效果가 있었고, 거적만의 保溫效果는 각각 3.2℃, 2.8℃였다. 3. 비닐하우스에 소형턴넬을 設置하여 거적을 덮고 釀熱材料를 밟아 넣으며 平均 13.1℃의 保溫效果가 있었다. 4. 비닐하우스에 소형턴넬을 설치하여 釀熱材料를 밟아 넣고, 거적을 2겹 덮으면 南部地方에서 無加溫으로 葉, 根菜類는 勿論果菜類도 1月初부터 定植이 可能하겠다. 5. 無被覆 하우스에 果菜類를 定植할려면 南部地方에서도 3月 中旬이후에야 安全하겠다. The study was conducted to investigate the appropriate period of vegetable cultivation by the different methods of covering and stamping the heating materials. The results of the effect of heat insulation obtained were as fallows: 1. The effect of heat insulation were averaged 2.1℃ in the vinyl house, 4.4℃ by the double curtain in it, and 4.7℃ by the tunnel in it. 2. The effect ot heat insulation were averaged 7.9℃ by covering straw-mat on the tunnel in the vinyl hause, and 3.2℃ by covering a sheet straw-mat only. 3. The effect heat insulation were averaged 13.1℃ by covering a sheet of straw-mat on the smal tunnel, and stamping the heating materials under the hot-bed. 4. It is possible not only leaf and root vegetable but also fruit vegetable to set plants in the southern vergin without heating system since january when a sheet of straw-mat were cowered on the tunnel and stamped the heating materials under the hot beds in the vinyl house. 5. It is free from cold damage for fruit vegetables to set plants in the un-covering vinyl house of the southern vergion after the middle of march

      • 除草劑의 處理가 各種 種子(채소류)의 發芽 및 배추의 生育에 미치는 影響

        1. Direct seeded lettuce and others in which sow seed lightly in depth was not need the weed chemical, but seeds in which sow seed heavily in depth sow the mount of seeds 20 or 30% more than usual. 2. In transplanting culture, it was not difference the rooting rate and growth between planting without suface soil and mixed soil after the herbicides control. 3. Tok, Machete and M. O except Lasso were not effect of weed control in upondown soil, so, if you want to weed control, you have to prepare the land flattly before treat the herbicides. 4. The mount of chinese cabbage was high in Tok treatment and the effect of weed control was also high in Tok treatment, and it was high difference significance of the effect of weed control among the each varities of weed chemical.

      • 폴리에치렌 필름 멀칭이 地溫上昇 및 가지의 生育에 미치는 影響

        4月 30日에 가지를 定植하고 透明 폴리에치필름 및 짚으로 멀칭을 하여 지온의 變化와 가지의 生育 및 收量을 調査하였다. 1. 初期의 最高지온(午後2時)은 裸地에 比하여 透明필름區에서 約6℃높았고, 질區에서는 約3℃ 낮았다. 최저지온(午前 6時)은 나지에 比하여 透明필름區에서 約 4℃ 높았으며 질區와 나地區 사이에는 差가 거의 없었다. 2. 필름 멀칭은 草長과 側枝長을 顯著하게 增加시켰으며 짚 멀칭은 滅少시켰고, 本實驗終了時의 地上部體重에 있어서도 같은 경향을 보였다. 3. 필름 멀칭은 開花數, 早期收量 및 總數量을 크게 增加시켰으나 짚멀칭은 滅少시켰다. 4. 收量은 裸地에 비하여 透明필름區에서 약 50%增加하고 짚區에서 約 20%감소한다는 사실이 本試驗을 通하여 입증되었다. The egg plant (Solanium melongena L.) seedlings were transp1anted on April 30 in the field mulched with clear polyethylene film and straw, and the effect of mulchlings on soil temperature, growth of plant yield were investigated. The results are as follows; 1. In the early period of experiment, the maximum soil temperature was raised about 6℃ by film, and was droped down about 3℃ by straw. The minimum soil Temperature was raised about 4℃ by film, and none by straw. 2. The plant height and the length of longest lateral branch were increased by film significantly but decreased by straw mulching, and the same was true on top freah weight at the end of the experiment. 3. The early and total yields were increased by film mulching significantly, but they were decreased by straw mulching. 4. The results of the experiment indicated that the yield of eggplant could be increased about 50% film mulching.
