        호텔의 유동적 객실요금제의 제한 및 혜택과 가격공정성 지각간의 관계

        This study explores an issue if hotel's flexible pricing policy influencing on customer evaluation of fairness at super deluxe hotels and deluxe hotels in Seoul, Korea This study then examines how they perceive on the flexible hotel room discount rate pricing offered to customers in a hotel and how they react on a change of the flexible hotel room rate pricing. Author present the managerial suggestions for a revenue management device to maximize profit understanding hotel's flexible pricing policy influencing on customer perceptions of fairness after analyzing the price elasticity to have been based on price sensitivity of prospective customer. The survey conducted from Jan 3rd through Feb. 2th, 2004. Total of 400 questionnaire were distributed to the foreign national and native customers who have stayed lately in 2003, super deluxe hotels or deluxe hotels in Seoul, Korea Among the total of 400 questionnaire, 394 questionnaire were used for the analyses. The findings can be summarized as follows; First, the results indicate thu regarding limit and benefit according to reservation cancellation of customers, they perceive fair both on the refund policy of full regular rate and the discount policy of what they expect as benefit in rose of impossible cancellation. Second, the customers perceive that schedule change or the length of stay can be changed on same condition. Therefore, if hotels impose with a little penalty caused reservation cancellation and they offer more discounted rate, complementary breakfast, room class level up and additional milage bonus for flyer etc when customers reserve next time, they perceive fair on penalty mused reservation cancellation. Finally, hotel managers must keep in mind that they have to offer the satisfaction of the limitation and benefit suitable to market principle and competitive behavior, particularly in order to promote inbound volume to hotels.

        연구논문 : 외식업체의 시장지향성이 고객지향성과 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 국내진출 외국체인 패밀리 레스토랑을 중심으로

        This study aims to examine closely the subject, an enterprise to practice the market orientation and the relationship between the job satisfaction of the employee, organizational commitment and the service quality which are performed first for the financial output with the customer satisfaction. The data of this study was taken from foreign brand family restaurant runs in Seoul Korea. Moreover, the researcher visited the restaurants in person and explained the survey to the respondents how to fill in. It was distributed them total 250 questionnaires from Aug.10,2001 to Aug.30,2001 and used only 207 pieces of them for an actual proof analysis except the questionnaires from dishost respondents. The known results are as followings: The higher the market orientation in the family restaurant, the greater the job satisfaction, the organizational commitment and the service quality. The higher the job satisfaction of the employees in the family restaurant, the greater the organizational commitment and the financial output. The higher the organizational commitment of the employees in the family restaurant, the greater the service quality, the customer orientation and the financial output. The higher the service quality in the family restaurant, the greater the financial output. The higher the customer orientation of the employees in the family restaurant, the greater the financial output.

        Pronouns and Their Referential Dependencies

        This paper presents a reductionist approach to binding phenomena, which was started in Hornstein (2001). We argue that the binding principle as a grammatical module, for example, like Chomsky’s (1986) definition in (1), should be eliminated along with mysterious concepts like government, and that some binding effects can be dealt with a copy theory of movement in the spirit of minimalism. In particular, it is argued that Principle A effects are A­chain dependency, and that Principle B effects are derived from A'­ or sideward movement chain, followed by A­chain. Thus, the distributional complementarity between anaphors and pronouns can be easily accounted for. This kind of approach to binding phenomena provides us with a new perspective on the pronominal DPs, because they are not lexical items from the numeration, but grammatical formatives from movement operations. In other words, they are morphological allomorphs of a copy of the antecedent, susceptible to universal or language­specific spellout rule

        관광의사결정요인이 선호관광활동에 미치는 영향

        This study is to investigate if there are any significance relationships between affecting factors of travel decision making process and preferred travel activities in tourism destination. Based on the literature review and theorematical background, travel decision making process and preferred travel activities are explained. and the survey questionnaire are developed. From the on-site survey by using convenient sampling method, a total of 180 useful sample was collected and analyzed in SPSS. Factor analysis, cluster analysis, MDA, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Theoretical and managerial implications were discussed.

        The purpose of this dissertation is attempt to find out the national territories by examining the assertion of chang Ji-Yeon who was a practical intellectual at a turning point in history from the end of 19th century to the beginning of 20th century. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Chang Ji-Yeon was a conservative Confucianist, but in 1898 he was innovated as an enlightenment philosopher. He changed to a self-strengthening thinker out of the consciousness about national crisis, and so he took part in the patriotic enlightenment when the Ulsa Treaty was settled in 1905 and Japanese ruling of Korea began. 2. His scholarship was based on History. As a strategy for the restoration of national sovereignty, he took a serious view of the territorial problems. He understood that history and geography are facilitating each other and he wrote several geographical books. 3. According to him, geography was a part of history, and he put emphasis on the importance of national territory, on which his Chin bun North Theory, Yoji Territory Theory, Imna Territory Theory, Kando Territory Theory.
