This study points out that the identity of commercial area has been altered by sterility, uniformity, especially fastest-growing franchised chains in Samcheongdong-gil. It is based on 1st survey which pointed immethodical occupancy of franchised chains and extension of a store size with the change factors of the identity in commercial area. So first, the study is compounded of official interview and surveys to franchiser. Through this, correlations among the influence of store size, the occupancy periods of the commercial stores and location of franchised chains are analyzed. Second, the trend about combination of lots is found by analyzing the plot change on the target area, then reviewed correlation with the tendency of location of the commercial stores in recent years. On the basis of these analysis, the influence of a building size which effects, main factor, occupancy of franchised chains on the existing active commercial street in this study figures out that the influence of a building size causes the identity of commercial street to alter as a main factor. According to these results, a institutional strategy about form and size of plot basically affect to a building size is sufficient.

The aim of this thesis is to develop a practical and effective teaching-learning model by which students can properly understand women's experience and status in history. To achieve this aim, two lesson plans using feature films are developed. In the first lesson covering the Ancient and Medieval periods, two films of “300” and “The Messenger: Joan of Arc” are screened with focus on women’s distinct experiences. In the second lesson covering the Modern and Contemporary periods, students view three films of “Pride and Prejudice” by BBC, “Thelma and Louise” and “Something’s Gotta Give” with particular attention not to the women in general but to individual woman. The findings are as follows. First, students respond to the lessons very favorably, and want to learn more about women and women’s history. Second, students recognize that women’s experience can be different from those of men. Finally, they also come to realize that were always subjective and independent women in any time.

In 1740, Pohl and Jauch reported an autopsy case of a congenital asplenia in an adult who did not have associated with other anomalies. In 1826, Martin reported a case of congenital asplenia in infant who was combined with congenital cardiac anomalies and the partial transposition of the colon. In 1955, Ivemark reported 14 cases of congenital asplenia which wer associated with cardiac anomalies and situs inversus totalis, visceral symetry, and he susgested that this syndrome should be termed Invemark Syndrome. More than 200 cases were reported since Martins original discription in 1826 throughout the world including 15 cases from Korea. In most cases, this syndrome can be detected before 3 years of age and males are 2 times more frequent than females. Combined anomalies of heart, lung, bowel are more frequent than the single anomly of splenic agenesis only. The prognosis is extremely poor and 70-80% of patients died before 1 years of age. A 5 day-old male infant who died after an operation for generalized peritonitis was found to have congenital asplenia associated with bilaterally tri-lobed lungs, dextroposition of the stomach and the pancrease. We report this case as Ivemark syndrome with the review of the literatures.
