        미용 서비스 실패 유형이 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to conduct a theoretical examination of the relationship between three factors - namely, the service failure type, the customer satisfaction, and the service recovery justice –, and to suggest some practical considerations for managers of beauty shops to improve the management of their shops. The results of this study demonstrate that a practical recovery system is required not only to respond to customers’ needs, but also to convert risks into opportunities by increasing customer satisfaction in highly risky situations of service failure. The findings also show that profit generation through an increase in customer satisfaction requires intermittent marketing efforts around service quality increase, as well as fair and active claim management in cases of service failures. Therefore, beauty service companies need to put service recovery strategies in place to be able to deal with service failures effectively. It is also worth noting that in events of service failures, maximum positivity in customers’ emotions can be achieved by front-line staff when they are able to observe customers’ emotional changes promptly and to respond to them actively and with appropriate authority.

        Rural of Koreas has rapidly changed through the process of industrialization and urbanization. During past 30 years, development differences between urban and rural, metroplitan area and area derived from a highly economic growth, bring about dual specialization that deepens overpopulation and sparsity. Therefore, with a new concern about rural, necessity of rural development policy that developes a settlement and life area for settlement for ensuing stablized settlement and living activity of rural people, has been drived step by step. For rural welfare establishment that is settled and good hereafter, this study aims at attempting a theoretical approach about the way of development for rural settlement as a new rural development strategy through examination of today's rural reality, under assumption that rural people must be able to obtain stable jobs and to be pleasant without leaving rural area, and rural settlement to be able to enjoy urban advantages must be realized. Therefore, items that must be obtained basically rural area to be a human settlement space are equipment connected with a dwelling house, production, consumption, job relaxation, infrastructure connected with transportation or communication network and environment. By the way, the best function of a human settlement space makes a basic pleasant settlement area to be in the middle of that. Then rationalization of land use must be realized as being a best condition for human life around space of a dewelling house. Besides, spacial accessibility about all equipment of inhabitants must be easy. That is, economic distance, social distance and cultural distance as well as spacial distance must be included. Also, those spacial functions must be realized on a basis of suitable enironment for a human settlement life. At the same tiem, the upper area must be connected with the lower area as the system of spacial settlement in settlement space. But truely, as rural people can't satisfy with services of the surrounding rural areas, they desire better city or metroplitan. The these problems bring about inequality between urban and rural. Therefore, here are urgent reasons that must be done rearing of rural central town and rural integrated development of unit area. So, these dys, to correct maldistribution of land use and inequality of settlement space that Korean society faces on, new strategies of rural integrated development for lift area for settlement than gives the meaning. That rural areas become like a place for human settlement life will be able to be chosen in the view of humanism. The say of thinking of rural residents(Jukans-myun, Anseong-gun, Kyeonggi-do) was surveyed in order to develop new rural settlement planning. From the data collected in this survey, rural life-style, view on traditional rural life, agriculture, farming, agri-policy, social attitude, and degree of satifaction of rural life, etc, were analyzed. Firstly, most of rural residents interviewed in this survey have the opinion of not leaving their home village if living conditions improved to a reasonable level in the near future. In decision-making process of village affairs, they want to participate actively and equally. Secondly, in spite of their acceptance of agriculture as a vital sector destined to national security, most of them think that framing should be little of promise. Thirdly, they have the negative attitude to urban-oriented social valued and also to the agricultural policy, while seeking consolation through human and traditional viewing of rural life style. Therefore, in the development of new rural settlement model, idea-making should be directed to the betterment of communal value of village life, stability of rural economy, rationalization of rural life style and enhancement of rural-type happiness.

      • 기능성 생식, 다이어트식 및 장개선제가 비만개선에 미치는 영향

        Obesity is defined as an excess of body fat and is closely related to diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. Dietary cure has been paid attention as a method for preventing from or curing obesity. The effect of some food products developed in this laboratory, such as, functional saengsik (Health & Joy saengsik), diet food (Health & Joy diet meal) and intestine function activator (Cell-pa, commercial name) on curing and protecting from obesity were investigated. Diet program was applied to 31 adults (Males 22, Females 9) with above 120% body mass index (BMI). After diet program was applied, body weight, body fat and fat weight decreased by 1, 4.8 and 4.5% (p<0.01), HDL-cholesterol increased by 3.6% and LDL-cholesterol and atherogenic index decreased by 6.6 and 7.7% (p<0.05). Consequently, the food products developed in this laboratory effectively reduced the obesity.

      • 車輛燃料節減을 위한 세라믹히터裝置 開發硏究

        In a carburating system, the fuel keeps vaporizing after sprayed to the carburator as droplets. But in the case of cold weather, plenty of them remain in the liquid phase, causing the increase of fuel consumption rates and harmful exhaust gas amounts. Those problems were known to be solved using the PTC ceramic heater for heating up the fuel into the cylinder in being supplied. Purpose of this research is the development of a PTC ceramic heater for automotive fuel saying. This research emphasized the fabrication of newly developed step-shaped PTC heaters assembly and the obtaining the application result after installing them on the 1500cc engine. The combustion pressure, the indicated mean effective pressure, the fuel consumption rate, the heat release, tile burned mass fraction of gas of the engine between with and without the PTC heater were compared as a function of crank angle. The reults were as follow: 1) With the PTC heater installed, the deviations of the maximum combustion pressure and the indicated mean effective pressure were improved by 2.0% and 0.8%, which brought the smoothing of drivability and the increase of engine power compared with engine without the heater. 2) The fuel consumption rates per unit power with PTC heater installed at 2000 rpm and the boost pressure of 300 mmHg and 400 mmHg were increased by 0.6∼8.1% compared with no PTC heater. 3) With 180℃ newly developed PTC heater installed, heat release time delays at the boost pressure of 300mmHg were made quicker by 1∼3 deg and the main combustion time by 5 deg compared with no PTC heater. 4) The 180℃ heater was the most effective of the three developed ones. 5) The introduction of new PTC heater improved the engine performance, which could bring the fuel saving and reduction of the harmful exhaust gas.

      • 강도 보강재가 의치상 레진의 파절강도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to determine the fracture resistance of acrylic resins with the reinforcement of various strengtheners. Four strengtheners were used in this study. A heat-curing resin(H) and a self-curing resin(S) were tested separately. First, they were tested without the strengtheners. They will be called H1, S1 group. The second test samples (H2, S2) included mesh. The third test samples (H3, S3) used one wire as a strengthener. The fourth test samples (H4, S4) used two wires. Finally, the fifth test samples(H5, S5) used polyethylene fiber as a strengthener. Each group consisted of 15 pieces. There were 150 pieces in total. Each test sample was 40×13×3mm. Each piece was immersed in mineral water for 2 days at 37℃. Each sample was then tested and measured for strength in a fracture test(3-point bending test), with a Universal testing machine. The Results were as follows : 1. The heat curing resin without the strengthener was stronger than the wire, mesh, and polyethylene fiber strengtheners. 2. All the strengtheners increased the strength of the self-curing resin. 3. The self-curing resin with polyethylene fiber and with wire strengtheners were more efficient than with mesh strengthener. The test results for heat-curing resins showed that strengtheners were not needed. But for self-curing resins, strengtheners were needed for getting better transverse strength efficiency.

      • 적응 뉴럴-퍼지 제어시스템의 설계에 관한 연구

        지능 제어기를 구현하기 위한 한 방법으로 본 논문은 퍼지 논리와 신경망 제어기법을 합성 결합한 새로운 형태의 FNC(Fuzzy-Neural Controller)와 적응 뉴럴-퍼지 제어 방식을 제안한다. 제안되는 뉴럴-퍼지 시스템은 적응성과 학습능력의 두가지 주요한 기능을 갖는다. 먼저 FNC에서의 퍼지 규칙의 전건부와 후건부는 클러스터링 방법과 다층신경망에 의해 구현된다. 그리고 MNN(Model Neural Network)에서의 다층신경망은 수학적 모델링이 어려운 플랜트의 상태를 동정하는데 도입하고 동적인 환경에 적응하도록 제어기에 교사 신호를 제공한다. FNC와 MNN으로 구성된 적응 제어시스템은 학습 알고리듬으로 역전파 학습 알고리듬이 사용된다. 제안된 방식의 효용성은 2 d.o.f 로보트 매니퓰레이터와 cart-pole의 모의 실험으로 입증된다. As an approach to develope the intelligent control scheme, this paper will propose an adaptive neural-fuzzy control scheme. The proposed neural-fuzzy control system, which consists of the Fuzzy-Neural Controller(FNC) and Model Neural Network(MNN), has two important characteristics of adaptation and learning. In the FNC, the antecedence and consequence of the fuzzy rule are constructed by a clustering method and a multi-layer neural network. And in the MNN, a multi-layer neural network is utilized to identify a unknown controlled plant and provides the FNC with the teaching signal. After constructing the adaptive control system using the FNC and the MNN, the error back propagation algorithm has been adopted as a learning technique. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme will be demonstrated by computer simulations of a cart-pole and a two d.o.f. robot manipulator.

      • 유전 알고리즘을 이용한 직교 기저함수 기반의 혼합 신경회로망 구조

        신경회로망의 차원 확장에 따른 기하급수적인 학습량의 증가 문제를 극복하기 위해 직교성을 지닌 웨이블릿 함수로 구성된 웨이블릿 신경회로방이 제안되었다. 웨이블릿 함수의 경우 스케일링 함수에서 비롯되었으며, 스케일과 중심을 결정함으로써 신경회로망의 노드로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 웨이블릿 함수를 이용하여 망을 구성하는 과정에 스케일링 함수를 함께 사용하여 은닉층의 노드로 복합 구성한 구조를 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 구조의 특징은 스케일링 함수를 이용하여 미세 근사(fine approximation)를 행하도록 신경회로망의 은닉층을 복합 구성하는데 있다. 또한, 복합 신경회로망을 구성하는 과정에서 미세 근사에 필요한 웨이블릿 함수의 개수를 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 결정하여 초기 구조의 최적화를 도모하고자 한다. 이렇게 구성된 신경회로망은 오차역전과 알고리즘을 이용하여 가중치를 학습한다. To overcome the curse of dimensionality in the neural network, the wavelet neural network(WNN) which uses the orthogonal basis function in the fidden node is proposed. The wavelet functions are from scaling function and can be used as a activation function in the hidden node of the network by deiding two parameters such as scale and center, In this paper, we would like to propose the mixed structure. When we compose the WNN using wavelet functions, we set a single scale function as a node function together. The properties of the proposed structure is that while one scale function approximates the target function roughly, the other wavelet functions approximate it finely. During the determination of the parameters, the wavelet functions can be determined by the global search algorithm such as genetic algorithm to be suitable for the suggested problem. Finally, we use the back-propagation algorithm in the learning of the weight.

        Economic systems are the basic concepts or concept clusters which should be emph asized in the economic education Economic education, practiced in the elementary and secondary level schools, is offered as one realm of the Social studies education. Since the Publication Of the Process of Education by J. S. Bruner, Social Studies curriculun organifers have tried to seek the structure of social science. Structure is understood to be something which 1'cflect the basic ideas of the related disciplines. This article is aimed to probe the pertinent content materials with respect to economic systems and reflect the structure of the market mechanism. Chapter Ⅱ is intended to present the scheme of the economic systems. In this chapter, the definitions, controversial issues, classifications and performance contrast between economic systems are discussed at large. In the following chapter, to reflect the above mentioned structure, market mechanism is elaborated. The market mechanism, in a word, self-regulating system, is divided logically into four elements. The self-regulating system, Laissez faire, Competitive system, profit motive. Understanding the elements seperately and integrating the elements systematically would lead to the basic ideas of the market mechanism. D 팎을린 툰골또 -- 161 -

      • 룸서비스 부서의 마케팅전략 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 : GH호텔 룸서비스 부서의 사례를 중심으로 Focus on the Room Service Department of GH Hotel

        The room service department is not merely a part of the food & beverages department but also instrumental in improving the image of the hotel and managing customers compared to the sales department. In addition, the business sphere of the room service department involves more than the simple work of supplying customers in guest rooms or attached business places with food & beverages; it also provides services for special guest floors and mini bars, as well as varied services related to customers. The image of a hotel considerably improves with enhancements in the room service department, i.e., providing additional support for welcoming distinguished guests, installing operating lounges on distinguished guest floors, and managing long-term lodgers. For example, the department has been in charge of cutting fruit or providing wine or other special amenities for guest rooms in accordance with the requests of departments concerned or certain kinds of guest rooms. Given the full scale marketing activities of hotels in targeted markets as a result of the deregulation of the hotel market, the image of the hotel and customer satisfaction significantly affect the hotels profits and successful operation. Effective operation and systematic study are therefore necessary to enable the room service department to implement marketing successfully, keeping in mind the flexible administration of the department. Scientific and reasonable marketing should be executed to maximize the profits of the hotel by securing faithful patrons through total customer satisfaction and meeting customers highly graded, varied, differentiated, and individualized requests. The plan to activate marketing strategies for the room service department is summarized below, which integrates the characteristics and business environment of the department. The commodity strategy deals with the development of various food & beverages and regular change of menu in response to customers preferences. The cost can be also reduced when damage to utensils is minimized. In particular, the survey on and development of Oriental food including Korean is essential. Snacks and pasta should also be added and appropriate drinks for high-class guest rooms developed. On the other hand, the price strategy includes the reasonable and effective management of manpower since labor makes up the bulk of the costs. Prices should be settled after the prices of rival companies are compared and analyzed. Foreign utensils and equipment should be replaced with Korean ones to reduce costs. In addition, the logistics strategy involves the effective use of elevators to provide quick services with prior consultations with the departments concerned. The sales promotion also includes PR for the hotel and its general room services through invitation letters sent to customers. The menu should be set on the table in such a way that it is easily noticed by customers in guest rooms. The sales promotion can also use the PR instruments distributed to customers who order lunch at the Fitness Club or Sauna. Likewise, the process management strategy requires a long-term education program for both regular and contractual employees to develop their credentials and abilities. Such program is necessary in minimizing trial and error in providing services and offering only standardized services. Service policies of the hotel should be drafted and made available to every employee, service manuals developed, and services standardized. The strategy for managing physical evidences involves the active acceptance of customers tastes and trends and improvement of the physical environment of the room service department. In particular, the environment should be improved for the benefit of both the hotel and its customers using the 3R environmental policy (Reduce, Recycle, and Reuse). Finally, the strategy for managing employees includes nurturing and developing their linguistic abilities. Good service can only be provided through fluent,, prudent, and polite language when communicating with customers.
