우리나라에서 대학 진학은 취업 및 성공의 지름길로 인식되어 왔다. 그러나 최근에는 취업난이 심각해지면서 더 이상 대학교 졸업이 취업의 발판이 되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제는 우리나라 입시체제로 인하여 전공 선택 전 진로에 대한 탐색이 부족하며, 전공 선택 후에도 진로에 대한 확신을 갖지 못하기 때문이라고 볼 수 있다. 조리전공 대학생들에 대한 진로와 관련된 충분한 연구 없이 교과과정위주의 연구와 개선이 진행된 것으로 파악되었다. 이에 본 연구는 조리전공 대학생의 경력개발역량과 진로결정수준 및 진로정체감을 규명하여 조리전공 대학생의 효과적인 진로지도를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위한 구체적인 연구목표는 조리전공 대학생의 일반적 특성 및 이력 특성에 따른 경력개발역량, 진로결정수준, 진로정체감의 차이를 규명하고, 조리전공 대학생의 경력개발역량과 진로결정수준 및 진로정체감 간의 관계를 규명하며, 경력개발역량이 진로결정수준, 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다.

By way of these, it is believed to increase the level of satisfaction customers who use the complex resting place of highway and to be great help in the management and development increase in sales by inducing the re- visit. Further, it is also expected to be able to be of great help to the activation of market of complex resting place of highway.

Henceforth, delivery food restaurants are required to shed their image of convenience food, developing new and various products to satisfy customers' various tastes, which continuously change, along with the change of market, also, efforts are required to provide differentiated service from other companies. And various marketing strategies should be established and developed to earn customers' trust and satisfy customers' demand through investment in concentrated efforts on cleanliness and hygiene control. The researcher considers that these methods can greatly contribute to the business management development by raising customers' satisfaction, who use delivery food, and inducing repurchase. Furthermore, this research intended to be greatly helpful to vitalize domestic delivery food market.
