The purpose of this thesis is to study about Kong Joo eupji system-atically. The followings are the Summary of this study. 1. There is no eupji, existing in Kong Joo which was compilated bofore the period of King Yung Jo(1724-1776), but on the record we can make certain that the eupji had compilated in that period. 2. "Yujidosu" was collected by the government in the period of King Yung Jo to understand about local circumstance, And then in this eupji, the items for rule is very detailed and realistic. 3. 'Kong Joo mok eupji' in "Choong chung do eupji" was compilated in the period of Kiong Jung Jo(1776-1800) by the government. And this eupji's style is almost like as "Yujidosu". 4. "Kong San Ji" is the representative eupji of Kong Joo. And it was not compilated by the gevernment but by local Confucianists in 1859. (the period of King Chul Jong). Then, Unlike other eupjis, this eupji was put emphasis on the cultural items more than the administrative items. 5. On the head of every eupji, there are a map of the eup, and some recores in eupjis are very interesting. Then it could offer important meterials to study the local history.

For the standardization of Kongju Naitonal Teachers' College's(KNTC) photoelectric photometer system, 15 standard stars were selected in the Arizona-Tonantzintla Catalogue and observed in 3 color at the night of January 11, 1984. 15 standard stars were observed in turns and r Tri was adopted as an extinction star for the reduction of observation data. The coordinateds of α_(1984) and δ_(1984) were transformed from α_(1950) and δ_(1950) of SAO Catalogue through luni-solar precession correction. The transformation coefficient which are obtained are as follows; V = v。― 0.0561(B-V) + 2.4876 B―V = 0.8796(b―v)。+ 0.7636 U―B = 1.1330(u―b)。― 0.3516 In comparison with other systems, the differences among transformation coefficients are due to the differences among the characteristics of the systems. And the regional characteristic and the selection of the only one extinction star may affect on these differences.

The aim of this study is to work out a subsidiary and invigorate exercise for dance itself to raise the basic strength and skill in order to acheive the educational purpose of girl dnace and also to set up a new subsidiary and invigorate exercise ; cirulating exercise indicated in current curriculum of dance and this new exercise. After making two groups one is experiment group and the other is comparative one - I excuted this new exercise for an experiment group and the order circulating exercise then I found that the strength and skill of the children belonged to the experiment group much more promoted than that of that of the girl in the comprativegroup. Verifying the effect of this new exercise in arithmetic mean. Standard deviation and cofficient of reliability I could find the notable differences. There, to Impro're the effect of dance drilling this new subsidiay and Invigorate exercise should be put to put to practical U.S.E

The purpose of this study shall be helpful to improve the science learning of mentally retarded children by developing the tentative plan of science curriculum in middle school for these children who had been insufficient until now. After understanding pecularities and capacities of science learning, as mentally retarded children. We applied to draw the new tentative plan of science curriculum which is based on the science curriculum in middle school for the sake of present mentally retarded children. We analyzed both 15 people of selected group and 11 people of unselected group as subjects of special class for mentally retarded children organized separate in general school. The result of science curriculum plan for mentally retarded children is as follows; 1. Mentally retarded children have taken an affirmative attitude toward the science learning. 2. They have made much progress on the achievement of school work.

This study was started in an attempt to identify the relation of the styles of school organizational climate to the teachers' affective characteristics in elementary school. Two kinds of questionaires were administered to a sample of 420 teachers of elementary school in chung-nam province. One was to measure the organizational climate styles, OCDQ, and the other to measure the teachers' affective characteristics, "Affective Characteristic Test" devoloped by Jee-woon choe. The statistical methode used were M and SD. The results were as follows : (1) The relationship between the school organizational climate and the size of schools shows a significant difference. (2) In the analysis according to some background variables of schools and Teachers, Significant correlations between the two above were found in four variables, the size of schools, the locality of schools, the sex of teachers, the years of teaching experience of them.
