      • 안드로이드 OS 기반 물류 PDA 시스템 설계 및 구현에 관한 연구

        In the 2000s, portable PDAs, which functioned as PCs due to the development of Internet technology, quickly spread to industry and life. In particular, the PDA program used in the industrial sector had problems with the PDA of other operating systems because of limited software that could be developed according to the operating system on which it was not program compatible PDAs of other operating systems. To solve these problems, the purpose of this study was to design and implement a general and heterogeneous compatible logistics PDA system using open source. The server program and client program developed as a result of the study confirmed that the server resources in low client access and high time zones remained optimal through the test process. It also confirmed that the server's handling of client requests and response speed were accurate and rapid. The PDA program implemented as a result of this study is the warehousing, forwarding, inspection and inventory management tasks that are part of the logistics system. Expanding the development of programs throughout logistics work will be carried out on tasks to be studied later.

      • 버터워스 함수를 이용한 고차 대역통과 필터설계

        Nowadays, in the actively development era of controller and automation, filter plays an important role in minimizing the noise, which helps the systems to operate correctly. A filter is designed based on desires and purpose of the systems and it is also possible to use a suitable Low-pass filter (LPF), High-pass filter (HPF) or Band-pas filter (BPF) to minimize the noise depends on the characteristics of the systems. In the thesis, Band-pass filter is designed based on features of butterworth filter with two methods. The first method is to combine a 6th-order high-pass filter and a 6th-order low-pass filter to produce a 12th band pass filter. The second method is to combine three 2th-order band-pass filters to achieve a 6th-order band-pass filter. Both these methods do not use RLC circuit but instead using alternative OPAMP for inductors (L), at the same time simulating on Matlab and Orcad software to give out comparison results. The final stimulation result shows the design of band-pass filter 10.0MHz with band width 1MHz, which is applied in information systems in general and Radio (FM) in general.

      • Design and implementation of smart fish farm control and monitoring system based on internet of things

        The concept of Internet of Things (IoT) is rapidly growing and it will deliver us to the new future of the electronic technology. IoT offers us technology in which every objects in our daily life will be equipped with microcontroller and has ability to sense and communicate each others. This research attempts to develop a remote control and monitoring system of a smart fish farm by using IoT technology. In this system, we propose to build a smart fish farming that has ability to monitor several sensors such as: oxygen level, temperature, pH, and water level. It also provide a close loop water regulation and water flow in the aquarium which are controlled by Arduino microcontroller and supported by MQTT communication protocol. Microcontroller receives commands whether from mobile application or website application. The proposed system is very powerful to create a natural environment of fish to grow and life. This system is capable to do control and monitoring through mobile and web application. Moreover, this system has main advantage which is can minimize the human effort for the fish farming.         This study is about development of new systems and products with KIOSK's payment terminal processing for various payment options and application development for remote operation management. in this study we developed vending machine market, that can fit into a new distribution market that can continue to grow along with Fourth Industrial Revolution requirement in the era of unmanned distribution. Beyond the existing payment system limited to simple means of payment, the function of informing KIOSK's abnormal status through Internet mobile can be expected to reduce innovative costs through remote management. In addition, various means of purchase can be provided to consumers through the development of KIOSK vending payment terminals and APPs through QR card scanners, BLE modules, etc. In addition to sales of related products, this technology can be expected to create a variety of business models, including related service fees and commodity online payment fees. Therefore, the products and systems developed through this study are likely to be applicable to the new distribution system and also to the remote management technologies of the relevant telecommunications line.

      • 무선전력전송을 이용한 드론 충전시스템에 관한 연구

        무인항공기를 지칭하는 드론관련 산업은 미래를 이끌 신산업으로 부상하고 있다. 특히 민간 상업용 드론의 활용 분야로써 농업, 에너지, 광업, 건설업, 부동산, 뉴스-미디어와 영화산업에 이르는 까지 적용 범위가 확장되고 있으며, 드론 산업의 성장 속도가 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 일반적으로 드론은 비행 제어장치 (Flight Controller ; FC), 모터 변속기 (Electronic Speed Controller ; ESC), 모터, 제어를 위한 송수신부와 전원공급을 위한 배터리 부분으로 구성된다. 비행 제어장치는 3축 자이로센서, 3축 가속도 센서, GPS수신기와 기압센서 등을 이용하여 드론의 상태를 측정하고, 비행체는 조종 운전자의 작동 명령값과 센서로 부터 전달된 드론의 상태 정보를 비행 제어 알고리즘에 의하여 전자변속기에 전달함으로써 안정적인 제어가 구현된다. 드론과 같은 소형 무인 비행체는 주어진 업무를 수행하기 위해서는 최대 1시간 이상의 비행이 요구되고 있다. 일반적으로 드론은 일정한 시간동안 비행한 후 다시 비행원점으로 회귀하여 충전하고 있으며, 이러한 충전 방식은 드론이 비행원점으로 회귀 하는데 배터리가 소모되므로 비효율적이다. 이러한 문제로 드론이 임무를 수행하는데 필요한 사용 전력보다 충전을 위해 충전 스테이션으로 복귀하는데 필요한 소비 전력이 크다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 드론시스템의 주요 구성품인 배터리의 충전방식이 개선되면 자율 비행이나 임무를 수행하는 드론의 운행 시간에 대한 단점이 보완되어, 임무수행 지역의 한계를 극복하여 지속적이고 효율적인 임무가 가능해진다. 본 연구에서는 세계적인 트렌드가 되고 있는 신 드론산업의 실용화를 위하여 무선 전력 충전의 다중 루프 안테나 송수신부와 고효율 승강압형 충전 컨버터 회로에 대한 충전방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 무선전력 전송시스템은 드론이 랜딩(착륙)하는데 적합한 무선전력 전송기반의 자기 공명방식이 적용된 다중 루프 송수신 안테나부와 전달된 전력을 효율적으로 배터리에 충전하는 승강압형 컨버터로 구성된다. 다중 루프 전력전송 안테나의 주파수 대역은 주파수 간섭의 영향이 적고, 승인 주파수 대역을 고려하여 13.56 [MHz]를 적용하였다. 전력 송수신 안테나는 송수신부가 동일한 안테나 구조와 2개의 다중 다이폴 안테나 구조, 본 연구에서 제안하는 2개의 다중 루프 안테나의 충전 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 제안된 다중 루프 안테나의 성능 검증을 위해 송수신 안테나의 간격 및 배치 형태에 대한 성능분석을 실시하였고, 다양한 입력 조건에 대한 승강압형 컨버터의 정격 출력을 실험하였다. 실험결과, 제안된 방식은 드론이 충전을 위해 랜딩 시에 충전위치에서 벗어난 오차가 발생하여도 충전 효율이 우수함을 확인 하였다.

      • 레이저 용접인자 최적화를 통한 알루미늄 용접성에 관한 연구

        최근 자동차 산업에서 연비향상을 위한 경량화가 필수적으로 요구되고 있으며, 이러한 추세에 맞추어 차체의 경량소재 적용이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 경량화에 대표적인 소재로 지목되고 있는 알루미늄 소재를 접합할 수 있는 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 알루미늄 레이저 용접에 있어 여러 변수에 따른 안정적인 용접품질을 확보하기 위한 방안으로 접촉식 심트렉킹을 위한 인자들을 최적화 하는 것이다. 레이저의 생성 원리는 유도방출에 의한 빛의 증폭으로 레이저가 생성되게 된다. 접촉식 심트렉킹 기술은 평면상 피용접물 간의 단차면을 추적하면서 레이저 용접을 진행하는 것을 심트렉킹 기술이라 한다. 본 실험에서는 레이저 출력에 따른 용입특성과 알루미늄 와이어의 선정 그리고 용접부에 외관품질과 인장강도에 영향을 미치는 인자들의 영향에 따른 용접조건 도출 실험을 하였다. 알루미늄 소재를 적용한 제품들은 강성을 크게 요구하지 않는 외판에 적용하므로 용접 시 발생한 용락은 고객의 감성품질 부분에서 제품 불량으로 판단할 수 있어 알루미늄 레이저 용접에서는 후판으로 레이저 빔이 관통하지 않도록 관통용접이 아닌 부분용입을 유도하는 레이저 출력조건을 확보 해야 한다. 고온크랙이 발생하기 쉬운 6천계열에는 주로 4천계 알루미늄 와이어를 사용하지만 용접성이 양호하고 충격 및 강도가 높고 내식성이 강한 5천계(A5356) 와이어를 활용하여 용접부 강도를 향상시키고 크랙이 발생하지 않는 조건을 확보한다면 4,5,6천계 알루미늄 합금 소재의 용접에는 5천계 와이어를 적용해야 한다. 외관품질의 영향을 미치는 인자는 내부 결함을 사전에 보호해주는 보호가스 와 용접부에 고른 입열량이 공급될 수 있도록 하는 용접 시작과 끝단의 Delay설정 방법 그리고 와이어 피딩속도 또는 심트렉킹 효율에 관계하는 판재간의 플랜지 간격이다. 이러한 인자들의 용접 범위를 선정해야 건전하고 미려한 용접부를 확보할 수 있다. 자동차가 외부의 충격을 받았을 때 승객의 안전을 위하여 용접이 된 부위는 높은 충격에도 파단이 일어나지 않고 버틸 수 있어야 하기 때문에 인장강도를 향상시키는 용접조건을 확보해야 한다. 특히 레이저 용접에는 갭이 인장강도에 많은 영향을 미치므로 ZERO 갭을 기준으로 알루미늄 제품 설계 및 제작에 있어서 성형능력을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 이러한 여러 인자들의 용접조건의 최적화를 통하여 알루미늄 레이저 용접을 위한 심트렉킹 기술을 최적화 할 수 있었다. 끝으로 이렇게 도출된 필러와이어 알루미늄 레이저 용접에 최적화된 접촉식 심트렉킹 기술을 알루미늄 도어에 적용하여 경량화된 차체부품을 개발할 수 있었다.

      • 선박 배관공정을 위한 부품 자동 분류 기술에 관한 연구

        In the world, various policies have been made and implemented from many countries in order to cope with the new era in connection with IOT and big data such as smart factory to increase the efficiency of production process in the era of infinite change. The global smart factory (manufacturing) global market is expected to grow about $ 200 billion by 2022 with a high growth rate of about 10% every year, and the domestic market is expected to grow from about $ 7 billion by 2020 to $ 13 billion by 2022. The introduction of factory automation by MES, which account for a high proportion of the domestic industry, requires a lot of efforts to enhance competitiveness compared to other advanced countries (Smart America Challenge, Germany's government-affiliated project "Industry 4.0), which started in 2013. Domestic manufacturers are also pursuing policies to automate factories in accordance with this global trend. Large companies have already achieved many achievements in factory automation through many investments and are taking a leap to a higher level. Considering the domestic market situation, the government is promoting the smart factory support project to support the strengthening of the capacity of MES in the national policy. Most MES are being promoted since the introduction of MES for computerization of production work because they are lacking from basic work.. According to these policies, MES is being introduced to ship-related companies. Ship plumbing processing companies are computerized, but unlike other manufacturing industries, they are considered to be one of the industries that were slowed down computerization due to the nature of industries such as security and subcontracting. In order to understand the characteristics of the manufacturer and to include the function of helping in MES, the manufacturing process of the ship piping is subdivided into three parts: receiving a design drawing of the piping from the client, and bidding with the numerous pipe and pipe information (size, shape, raw materials, etc.) to enter the order, and then bidding, the process of production by grasping the necessary materials considering the inventory. The most difficult problem in computerization in the process is the process of registering the raw material information by grasping the information recorded in the drawing and receiving the piping design drawing from the client. Unlike other projects, ship piping processes do not use standardized materials. Since the length of the pipe change every time from the time of designing, it is the same as registering new and various materials every time, so the movement of the project material is shown. Therefore, the manufacturer in charge of the production of the ship piping process receives the piping drawing from the client to the PDF, and after out putting it, the person in charge of the business confirms the piping information and inputs it to the computer. Because of this method, it takes a lot of time to input and confirm a large amount of data and it is a work that people do, so there is a lot of possibility that human error such as omission of coming is generated. The purpose of the present invention is to improve productivity and reliability of data by automatically uploading material list information to a system by automatically uploading material list information to a system by reading material information from a PDF drawing document received from a customer company because it is difficult to find other methods from the outside because it is difficult to receive all information as list data, although some of the information is not available.

      • 기계학습모델을 이용한 배터리팩 충전기 설계

        In the case of a general back converter, an analog converter can be designed by using a switch on / off system gate driver using OP-AMP. However, there is a problem that the battery to be charged can be forced due to the problem of overshoot and slow stabilization at the time of starting. This can alleviate problems such as mitigating the overshoot phenomenon and accelerating the stabilization speed using the PID controller, but the parameters of this PID controller must be specified separately. We used artificial neural network learning to find these parameters. The artificial neural network model was replaced with a PID controller that compared the output of the PID controller with the desired voltage value and further converged to the desired voltage value. We learned the output of a general PID controller and PID controller, generated two Buck converters using each of the generated artificial neural network blocks, and compared the operation of both converters to confirm the output. The algorithm applied at this time is the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm, which is a combination of the Gauss-Newton method and the gradient descent method, and operates in the gradient decent method when it is far from the solution. , Near the sea is how to find the sun as the Gauss-Newton algorithm. Compared to the descent method and the Gauss-Newton method, the error function is derived more accurately and faster, so the desired correct answer can be reached with a relatively small number of learning. As a result of advancing the simulation to train the output exported from the PID controller, it is possible to derive an artificial neural network block showing the same or improved output waveform as the existing PID controller, thereby replacing the PID controller with the artificial neural network block.       • MQTT를 활용한 수족관 로봇피쉬 모니터링 기법 설계 및 구현

        The topic of research in this paper is to research and develop techniques that allow robots to exchange the necessary commands and various information using the message exchange protocol. Based on the MQTT protocol, the robot fish were given instructions so that they could act at the same time as moving to a particular location, and their operation was designed and implemented. Devices used in the entire system consist of aquariums, robotic fish, kiosks, PCs, and smartphones. In addition, the software configuration of the system implemented the cyclic redundancy devices based on mobile apps, data link modules, aduino, and robotic fish data transmission modules based on Python programming language. Information collected by the Internet of Things will be applied to different applications depending on the transmission structure and transmission method. Recently, various technologies for information transmission, message processing, transmission and response communication protocols collected from IoT devices have been developed and released in order to conveniently implement IoT service. In particular, there are various transport and communication protocol technologies for providing information services based on the Internet of Things, and in this paper, MQTT Protocol, which can be efficiently utilized for controlling small devices and collecting sensor information, is used. Through this paper research, we designed and implemented mobile apps that collect, monitor, control, and operate information on sensor equipment, motors, robot fish, kiosks, and network equipment. In order to collect data from various equipment and to link data, real-time data processing, data accuracy, and network equipment data processing were minimized. Using a platform that was designed and deployed through this paper research, it will collect and monitor information on sensor equipment and CCTV in real time in a variety of fields such as smart forms and smart farms and expand the flow rate control, automatic heating and automation system, and the control and automation system for cooling.

      • MQTT 프로토콜 기반의 스마트 양식장 제어를 위한 IoT 서버 알고리즘 설계 및 구현에 관한 연구

        The development trend of smart automation technology based on IoT at home and abroad is as follows. Domestic Focus (smart form system 2.0) and overseas OxyGard system provide DO (dissolved oxygen) control function. The system provides the ability to manage form data. Smart-Fishfarm v2.0's measures water temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), pH (acidity) and salinity in aquaculture tank, Monitoring, and provides a solution for the management of fish from stocking to shipment.   In this study, we design and implement algorithms and IoT technologies that can realize this trend according to the trend of modern industry trend and smart style technology development, and verify the performance. The latest IoT technologies are being actively pursued through community and open source repositories formed by several standards-setting bodies and related development teams. As a result, some technologies have established standards for IoT related development. The MQTT protocol was used for the communication part and the Spring framework was used for server development.
