Mobile devices with capabilities of internet and applications have strongly increased the favorable of accessing information for university students. This dissertation uses technology acceptance model theory as a theoretical framework to examine the determinants associated with university students’ behavioral intention to use of mobile learning. The acceptance of mobile learning by students in university and educators is important thing to the successful implementation of mobile learning systems therefore it is important to understand the factors that affect student intentions to use mobile learning. This study investigates the use of mobile devices for learning purposes among university students in Vietnam. For this purpose, the research is based on relevant technology acceptance literature and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is proposed to analyze the adoption of mobile devices by Vietnam students for accessing course information, conducting assignments, sharing knowledge, searching the web for download material related to their discipline etc. Employing structural equation modeling (SEM) technology, the model was assessed based on the data collected from 301 participants using a survey questionnaire. The results indicted that offing high-quality contents complying with students’ future targets is key to the success of m-learning in Vietnam. Both theoretical and practical implications are discussed. 이 연구는 베트남 대학생들이 사용하는 교육 목적 모바일 기기에 대하여 조사한다. 이러한 목적으로, 관련된 기술 수용 문헌과 기술 수용 모델(TAM)을 기반으로 베트남 학생들이 각자의 관심분야에 관련된 자료를 다운로드하기 위하여 코스정보 엑세스, 과제 수행, 지식 공유, 웹 검색 등을 사용하는 모바일 기기 채택요인을 분석하여 제안한다. 구조 방정식 모델링 (SEM) 기술을 이용하여, 301명의 참가자로부터 수집 된 설문 데이터를 기반으로 평가하였다. 연구의 결과로서, 학생들의 미래 목표에 도움을 줄 수 있는 고품질의 콘텐츠 제공이 베트남에서의 m-러닝 성공의 핵심이라는 결과가 도출되었다. 이론적 측면과 실증적 측면 양쪽 모두의 관점으로 설명되어 있다.
