The study investigated the perceptions of Korea’s international graduate students’ life satisfaction and academic achievement. Using a survey research design with a quantitative approach, the researcher surveyed 32 graduate students. Results revealed that a low GPA of 3.0 is prevalent during the first semester (3.1%) of both school years 2018 to 2019 and 2019 to 2020. Overall, the respondents are relatively highly satisfied with their academic, housing, and family life in graduate school. The respondents are satisfied with the academic facilities provided by the university. Besides, respondents expressed their high satisfaction in the comfort of their housing’s accessibility to basic needs. This study further revealed international graduate students at Namseoul University, Korea, has very strong relationships with their families. All the indicators refer to satisfaction in terms of their families’ support, such as finding great comfort and satisfaction, happiness, safety, and self-confidence. Similar was the respondents’ view on the effects of leisure activities in their academic life. They help students relax, learn new skills, relieve their stress, increase their knowledge, give a sense of accomplishment, and improve their sense of belongingness. Only the students’ age had a significant impact on the GPA of graduate students. Educational background, length of stay, and studies in Korea, gender, civil status, and monthly income exhibited no significant effect. Through their GPA, the students’ academic achievement shows a moderate relationship with their life satisfaction with B=0.334.
