Fe- and Cu-doped ZnO nanopowders were simply synthesized by a process employing co-hydrolysis of Zn, Fe and Cu metal nanopowders, and the photocatalytic property was investigated. Zn and Fe nanopowders prepared by a pulsed wire evaporation(PWE) method were used as starting materials. And the other Cu nanopowders prepared by levitational gas condensation(LGC) method were used as staring materials. To obtain the precipitate materials by a hydrolysis of Zn and Cu, the nanopowder were incorporated into distilled water, and then the solution was refluxed at 60 oC for 48h, in which acetic acid was used as a catalyst for promoting the hydrolysis reaction. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns exhibited that all samples were purely wurtzite structure. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) results for both ZnO and Cu-doped ZnO showed that the produced powders had rod-shaped morphology. The photo-catalytic activity has been investigated by the decomposition of 4-chlorophenol solution under illumination of visible and ultraviolet light. The 4-chlorophenol solution was decomposed up to 50% for 4 hours by the addition of Fe-doped ZnO nanopowders, but on the other hand it was decomposed up to 75% for the same time by Cu-doped ZnO nanopowders.

21세기는 글로벌시대이며 무한경쟁시대이다. 최근의 전세계적인 경향은 글로벌화로 특징 지워질 수 있으며 국경이 없는 다국적 기업들간의 경쟁으로 기업활동이 전세계지역으로 확산되는 다원적 성격으로 발전해 나가고 있다. 교통과 통신의 발달은 이러한 세계화의 추세가 급류를 탈수 있도록 기술적인 기반을 제공하고 있으며, 이러한 상황에서 기업간의 상대적인 경쟁력이 국가경제에 끼치는 영향은 점점 더 커지고 있는 것이다. 국제 물류활동의 거점으로 특히 공·항만이 거론되는데 국제적 수송이 편리한 국제 공·항만이 기업의 지역별 국제물류 활동과 생산활동의 거점으로써 적합하기 때문이다. 따라서 세계화시대의 공·항만은 종합물류기능을 구비한 지역으로 발전해야만 하는 것이다. 2001년3월 개항한 인천국제공항은 중국이라는 거대한 시장을 배경으로 동북아시아의 HUB 공항을 꿈꾸며 우리니라를 동북아의 물류중심국가로 만들기 위한 초석이 될 것이다. 또한, 인천국제공항 관세자유지역은 국가적 시책에 따라 관세부 과는 물론 여러 가지 복잡한 통관절차가 일체 면제되는 지역으로 수많은 국제물류 및 제조기업이 진출하게 되어 고용효과와 관련 영업의 수익증대 등 부가가치를 기대할 수 있으며, 이에 필요한 국제 교류, 금융, 문화, 위생, 교육 등 간접서비스도 다양하게 공급됨으로써 국부창출에 일익을 담당할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 그러나, 이러한 인천국제공항 관세자유지역이 성공을 거두기 위해서는 글로벌 물류기업 유치가 필수적이며, 이들을 유치하기 위해서는 좀 더 나은 투자환경을 제공해야 하는 것이 전제이다. 이를 위해서는 정부와 지방자치단체 그리고 사업추진 주체가 합심하여 법·제도의 개선, 획기적인 인센티브 부여 등과 함께 주변지역 환경 개선에도 적극적으로 노력해 나가야 찰 것이다. 또한, 인천국제공항 관세자유지역을 적극적으로 활성화하고 이와 연관된 공항과 주변지역 기능 활성화를 도모함으로써 이에 따른 부가가치 창출과 지역경제의 활성화는 물론 나아가 국가적인 위상을 제고할 수 있도록 적극적인 지원전략을 수립하여 추진해 나가야 할 것이다. The 21st century can be characterized by globalization that multi-national companies are so competitive as to expand their business activities worldwide. The development of transportation and communication has induced the globalization of the business activities. Under the circumstances, international competitiveness of the companies is getting to exert an increasing influence upon one nation's economy. Airports and seaports providing general logistics function for these multi-national companies play a vital role as international logistics hubs. Incheon International Airport, which was opened in March, 2001, would become the cornerstone of making Korea a hub of logistics in Northeastern Asia, dreaming of hub airport of Northeastern Asia with a huge market, China, for a background. Accordingly, Incheon International Airport will establishes and operates the Free Trade Zone in order to attract multi-national logistics companies and manufacturers, which makes Korea to expect to create such added value as domestic employment enlargement, increase of national revenues, and promotion of cultural exchange, etc.. To induce more global logistics companies is a key to implement Customs-Free Zone of Incheon International Airport successful. Government, the local government, and the industries concerned should make every effort to provide better investment environments through deregulation, incentive system, and desirable neighborhood, etc.. Also, we should establish and implement an aggressive strategy to utilize Customs-Free Zone of Incheon International Airport and its neighborhood, so that national interests may be gained as well as regional economy be promoted.

게임을 통한 영어 의사 소통 능력 향상에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to propose an effective way of enhancing learners' interest in and motivation for studying English lessons and improving English communicative competence through the development and application of English teaching methods using games. In order to pursue this purpose, it was hypothesized that English teaching methods using games would be more effective in improving English communicative competence and enhancing students' interest and motivation than the traditional Grammar Translation Method and Audio lingual Method. For this experimental study, two classes of first grade students in a middle school in Chungju were selected based on test results and divided into the experimental group and the comparison group. Different treatment conditions were applied to each group, respectively, for a semester. The experimental group was subdivided into 9 groups to facilitate learner-centered learning. English songs were applied at the beginning of each class, and game-based teaching models were developed and applied to the experimental class. In comparison classes, games and songs were not applied while the traditional Grammar Translation Method and Audio-lingual Method were applied instead. The learners' interests and attitude change toward English lessons were measured by questionnaires and the improvement of communicative competence was determined by a speaking and listening test. The data was analyzed statistically. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the experimental group was better than the comparison group in their listening and speaking abilities. The differences in scores between the experimental group and the comparison group were statistically significant. Second, learners' motivation, interest, and self-confidence for English lessons were improved greatly through games which were appropriate to the teaching objectives of each lesson. Learners participated more actively in class activities using games, and their anxiety was decreased. Small group activities in English classes helped the students to form a positive attitude toward English and facilitated many students to actively participate in their English class and cooperate with one another. Third, English songs which were applied at the beginning of each class improved the learning motivation of students. In conclusion, this study shows that the use of appropriate games and songs in English lessons can heighten the students' interest and motivation and enhance not only listening and speaking abilities, but also other skills. Therefore, one of the best teaching materials to enhance students' interest and motivation in English class is using games which students are greatly interested in. The use of games in English lessons is needed to improve communicative competence and to form a positive attitude toward the English language. English teachers should make efforts to develop and apply appropriate games to English lessons.

Abstract A Study on the Bond Characteristics of Concrete Using Blast-Furnace Slag Han, Byung-Sun Department of Civil Engineering The Graduate School of Industry Sunchon National University Advisor : Prof. Kyeong-Dong Lee Recently, it is increased the use of Blast-furnace Slag. But there are a few research on the bond characteristics of concrete using Blast-furnace Slag, so it need to study about that. The purpose of this study is investigate of using ability the concrete which contain blast-furnace slag as fine aggregate. The test was performed for 4 kinds of samples with various ratio of W/C(45%) and content of blast-furnace slag(0%, 25%, 50%, 75%). The concrete with 0% slag content ratio means all of the fine aggregate is consist with coarse and fine aggregate. The compressive strength and bond strength properties of the concrete are examined at 28 days, and the test results are analyzed for each conditions with various correlation graphs. The results are summarized as follows. The slump is increased with the increase of slag content ratio. The maximum slump does not exceed the law slump value of normal concrete. The flow is increased with the increase of slag content ratio, but the slump and flow is decreased with the over 50% of slag content ratio. The compressive strength and bond strength is increased with the increase of slag content ratio, but the compressive strength and bond strength is decreased with the over 50% of slag content ratio. And the variation rate of compressive strength and bond strength was largest when the slag content ratio is 50%.

픽업차량용 테일게이트의 리프트 구조 설계에 관한 연구

The pick-up truck can load that there is behind the deck and it opens and closes the tailgate. There is the inconvenience that the pick-up truck has to step on the tailgate of the location in which the user is high and rise when it loads the charge which is abundant in the deck or loading the inside. By applying the hinge spring to the tailgate, it improved the active force but presently the domestic pick-up truck has the problem about the durability of the hinge in order to improve this. In addition, the method for resolving the inconvenience of lifting up the heavy charge till the deck of the high location is needed. Therefore, in this research, the method through the lift mechanism of the tailgate tries to be presented in the method solving the problem of the tailgate at the pick-up truck.
