      • 통영 연안 조간대의 조수웅덩이에 출현하는 점망둑(chaenogobius annularis)의 식성

        The feeding habits of Chaenogobius annularis were studied based on gut contents analysis of 315 individuals, collected from September 2014 to August 2015 in the tidepools at the intertidal zone of Tongyeong, Korea. The size of C. annularis ranged from 17.0 to 54.0 mm in standard length (SL). C. annularis mainly consumed copepods (especially Tigriopus japonicus). Its diets included seaweeds, cirripeds, mysids and amphipods. C. annularis showed ontogenetic changes in feeding habits. Small individuals fed mainly on copepods. While the portion of seaweed increased with increasing fish size, consumption of copepods decreased. The importance of prey according to the season has changed. Copepods were more consumed during spring and summer compare with other seasons. 채집기간 동안 총 315개체의 점망둑(Chaenogobius annularis)이 채집되었으며, 8.6%의 공복율을 보였다. 점망둑의 가장 중요한 먹이생물은 상대중요성지수비 50.5%를 차지한 요각류(Copepoda)였다. 요각류 다음으로 해조류(Seaweeds)가 우점하였으며, 그 외 곤쟁이류(Mysidacea), 만각류(Cirripedia), 단각류(Amphipoda) 등도 섭식하였으나 그 양은 많지 않았다. 점망둑은 성장함에 따라 요각류의 섭식은 감소하였고 해조류의 섭식이 증가하였다. 계절에 따라 주요 먹이생물의 차이가 나타났는데 춘계와 하계에는 요각류, 추계와 동계에 해조류의 섭식이 높았다.

        This study was conducted to identify the vegetation structure and flora fo r the managing and preserving the natural environment of Manjido, Yeondaed o, Bijindo and Somaemuldo islands in the Eastern Part of Hallyeohaesang Na tional Park. A colony of Vaccinium bracteatum, a specific plant, was found i n the retail map among the books in this study and the characteristics of its habitat were investigated. For the vegetation survey, a total of 68 quadrangu lar plots (400㎡) were set in Manjido, Yeondaedo, Bijindo and Somaemuldo. The location environment was identified and analyzed using the number of s pecies of trees. As a result of classifying the vegetation community, Manjid o appeared as two clusters : Cluster Ⅰ(Pinus thunbergii-Ulmus parvifolia-C eltis sinensis) and Cluster Ⅱ(Pinus thunbergii-Albizia julibrissin-Celtis sine nsis), Yeondaedo appeared as three clusters : Cluster Ⅰ(Pinus thunbergii-C eltis sinensis-Machilus thunbergii), Cluster Ⅱ(Pinus thunbergii-Platycarya s trobilacea), and Cluster Ⅲ(Pinus thunbergii), Bijindo appeared as three cluste rs : cluster Ⅰ(Pinus thunbergii-Castanopsis sieboldii-Cinnamomum yabunikk ei), Cluster Ⅱ(Pinus thunbergii-Celtis sinensis-Ulmus parvifolia), cluster Ⅲ (Castanopsis sieboldii-Prunus sargentii- Argusia sibirica), Somaemuldo appe ared as three clusters : cluster Ⅰ(Pinus thunbergii-Castanopsis sieboldii), c luster Ⅱ(Castanopsis sieboldii-Machilus thunbergii), and cluster Ⅲ(Castanop sis sieboldii-Pinus thunbergii). Species diversity indices by cluster were 0.2 385~0.6689 for Manjido, 0~0.8158 for chronology, 0.5414~0.9016 for nonJindo, and 0.4689~0.7478 for retail distribution. For the four islands’ flora, 802 taxa appeared, including 127 families, 430 genera, 709 species, three subspecies, 75 variants and 15 formas. Rare plants where 30 taxa appeared (by IUCN). As for Korean specialty plants, 18 taxa appeared. Dynamic certain plants appeared in 173 taxa. 63 taxa were surveyed for naturalized plants, with an urbanization index of 19.63% and a naturalization rate of 7.86%. In salt plants, 46 taxa appeared. Looking at the flora of each island surveyed, Manjido was 98 families, 305 genera, 464 species, 3 subspecies, 56 variants, 8 varieties and 531 taxa. 37 taxa appeared as naturalized plants, the urbanization index was 10.76%, and the naturalization rate was 6.97%. In Yeondaedo, 116 families, 369 genera, 570 species, 3 subspecies, 66 varieties, 12 varieties and 651 taxa appeared, There were 21 taxa of rare plants, 12 taxa of endemic plants in Korea, 121 taxa of phytophyte, 40 taxa of halophytes and 50 taxa of naturalized plants. The index was 14.53% and the naturalization rate was 7.68%. In Bijindo, 121 families, 394 genera, 619 species, 3 subspecies, 70 variants, 15 varieties and 707 taxa appeared. 23 taxa of rare plants, 14 taxa of endemic plants in Korea, 144 taxa of phytophyte specific plants, 39 taxa of salt plants and 54 taxa of naturalized plants. The urbanization index was 15.70% and the naturalization rate was 7.64%. In Somaemuldo, 97 families, 274 genera, 406 species, 1 subspecies, 45 variants, 9 varieties and 461 taxa appeared. There were 9 taxa of rare plants, 6 taxa of endemic plants in Korea, 101 taxa of phytophyte specific plants, 33 taxa of halophytes and 36 taxa of naturalized plants. The urbanization index was 10.47% and the naturalization rate was 7.81%. In Somaemuldo, 70 moss trees about 25 years old were investigated. 23 families, 33 genera, 32 species, 4 variants, 9 varieties and 461 taxa appeared. The native soil was sandy loam, the average soil pH was 4.9 and the organic matter content was 25~37g/kg. In addition, effective phosphoric acid, K + , Ca2+ , Mg2+ and electrical conductivity (EC) were 19∼25mg/kg, 0.21∼0.47cmol/kg, 1.1∼3.0cmol/kg, 0.7∼1.4cmol/kg and 0.5-1.2dSm-1 , respectively.
