        The purpose of this study was to investigate the current perceptions of special education teachers in terms of: 1) perceived importance of involving parents and other family members in the transition process; and 2) perceived importance and frequency of implementing the teacher’s role in improving the involvement of parents and other family members in the transition process. 146 special school and classroom teachers from Daegu who work with students with intellectual disabilities (ID) participated in this study. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, and ANOVAs were used to analyze the data. Results of this study are as follows. First, overall special education teachers for students with ID perceived the importance of involving parents and other family members in the transition process. The teachers who work in special schools perceived the importance of including parents and other family members significantly higher than the teachers who work in special classrooms. Second, special education teachers perceived the importance of teacher roles in improving the involvement of parents and other family members in this process. However, the teachers perceived their implementation of this factor as relatively low. Through the differences between perceived importance and implementation, ten necessities were identified for how teacher roles can improve the involvement of parents and other family members. There was no significant difference in perceived importance among teacher groups divided by demographic characteristics; however, there were significant differences in perceived implementation level among teachers groups divided by these characteristics. The results of this study could be used to build a foundation for improving the involvement of parents and other family members in the transition process. Limitations of this study and implications for further research are discussed.

      • 이용자가 지각하는 공공체육시설의 서비스품질과 성과간의 관계

        본 연구는 지역사회에서 공공체육시설 이용자가 지각하는 서비스품질과 성과간의 관계를 규명하여 공공체육시설 관리자의 서비스 품질 향상과 개발에 도움을 주는데 목적이 있다. 인천광역시에서 운영 중인 공공체육시설을 이용하는 일반 이용객을 대상으로 총 600명을 선정한 후 불성실한 자료를 제외한 575명의 데이터를 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis), 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis) 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 다변량분산분석(MANOVA)과 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression) 그리고 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Modeling)을 통해 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공공체육시설의 서비스 품질과 가치지각의 관계를 검증한 결과 서비스 품질 요인이 가치지각 요인에 부분으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 품질의 하위요인 중 서비스 상품 품질 요인과 서비스 사회품질 요인은 가치지각의 3가지 하위요인인 사회적 가치, 기능적 가치, 감정적 가치 요인에 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 서비스 환경 요인은 기능적 가치 요인에서만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공공체육시설의 서비스 품질은 고객행동의도에 부분적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 품질 4가지 하위요인 중 서비스 상품품질, 환경품질, 사회품질은 고객행동 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면 서비스 전달품질은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 공공체육시설의 서비스 품질과 서비스 성과의 관계를 검증한 결과 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 서비스 품질요인의 하위요인 중 서비스 상품품질, 환경품질, 사회품질은 서비스성과의 두 가지 하위요인인 사회성과와 기관성과에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 서비스 전달품질은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 공공체육시설을 이용하는 고객들의 가치지각이 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 결과는 고객들의 가치지각이 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 구체적으로 가치지각의 하위요인인 감정가치, 기능가치, 사회가치 요인은 고객행동의도의 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 즉 공공체육시설을 이용하는 고객들이 느끼는 시설의 가치지각이 높을수록 행동의도 또한 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 공공체육시설을 이용하는 고객들의 가치지각이 서비스 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 회귀분석결과 가치지각의 모든 하위요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 구체적으로 감정가치 요인, 기능가치 요인, 사회가치 요인은 서비스 성과를 예측하였다. 마지막으로 구조모형분석을 통해 인과관계를 분석한 결과, 서비스 품질은 가치지각과 서비스성과 및 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가치지각은 고객행동의도와 서비스 성과를 강화시키는 가설적 구조모형이 검증되었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 공공체육시설의 서비스 품질이 공공체육시설 이용고객의 가치지각, 행동의도, 서비스 성과에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 공공체육시설을 이용하는 고객들의 가치지각이 행동의도와, 서비스 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 공공체육시설 운영자는 다양하고 전문화된 고객을 위한 서비스 품질을 향상시키고, 이용고객이 느끼는 가치지각 향상을 위해 노력을 기울인다면 공공체육시설에 대한 효율적 유지관리에 긍정적 효과가 있을 것으로 판단된다. This study aims to investigate structural relation between service quality and result perceived by users of public sports facilities and to give a help to managers of public sports facilities for their improvement and development of service. Total 600 persons who used public sports facilities operated in Incheon were selected, and analysis result is as follows according to the analysis made on 575 data excluding unfaithful data through exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, frequency analysis, MANOVA, Multiple Regression, and Structural Equation Modeling. First, according to verification of relation between service quality and value perception of public sports facilities, it was found that service quality factor had positive influence on value perception. Among sub-factors of service quality, factor of service commodity quality and service social quality had significant differences in social value, functional value, and emotional value which are 3 sub-factors of value perception, and it was found that service environmental factor had significant influence only on functional value. Second, it was found that service quality of public sports facilities partially had positive influence on customer behavioral intention. Among 4 sub-factors of service quality, it was shown that service commodity quality, environmental quality, and social quality had significant influence on customer behavioral intention but service delivery quality did not have statistically significant influence. Third, according to verification of relation between service quality and service result of public sports facilities, there was a partially significant difference, and among sub-factors of service quality, service commodity quality, service environmental quality, and service social quality had positive influence on social result and institution result which were sub-factors of service result. It was found that service delivery quality did not have statistically significant influence. Fourth, with respect to the influence of value perception of customers using public sports facilities on their behavioral intention, it was shown that value perception of customers had positive influence on their behavioral intention and specifically, it was shown that emotional value, functional value, and social value which are sub-factors of value perception had significant differences in all the factors of customer behavioral intention. Namely, the higher is value perception of customers using public sports facilities, the higher is their behavioral intention. Fifth, according to regression analysis regarding influence of value perception of customers using public sports facilities on service result, it was shown that all the sub-factors of value perception had significant differences and specifically, it was shown that factor of emotional value, functional value, and social value forecasted service result. Finally, according to structural modeling analysis of a causal relationship, it was found that service quality had positive influence on service result and behavioral intention, and a hypothetical structure model was verified that value perception strengthened customer behavioral intention and service result. As seen above, it was revealed that service quality of public sports facilities partially had significant influence on vale perception, behavioral intention and service result of users of public sports facilities and that vale perception of customers using public sports facilities had positive influence on their behavioral intention and service result. Therefore, it is believed that it will be helpful for positive effect on efficient maintenance of public sports facility if a manger of public sports facility makes efforts to improve service quality for many specialized customers and to improve vale perception felt by users.

      • 구조물주위 풍압의 수치해석에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of the upstream flow profile and its location on the wind pressure coefficient around a structure. The wind pressure coefficients on the surfaces of a simplified cube structure were computed by using a CFD model with a large eddy simulation. Comparisons were made for two upstream flows, uniform flow and atmospheric boundary layer flow, and two different upstream flow locations, 5 and 10 times the height of the structure L ahead the cube structure for each flow. The wind pressure coefficients of the uniform flow were much higher than those of the atmospheric boundary layer flow at both 5L and 10L. In the atmospheric boundary layer flow case, two locations of the upstream flow yielded a small difference in the wind pressure coefficient distribution, whereas the locations did a large difference in the uniform flow case. It was shown that the atmospheric boundary layer flow at 10L is desirable as the upstream flow boundary conditions, since the wind pressure coefficient is sensitive to the location of the uniform flow. As a result, both the upstream flow profile and its location are very important and hance must be selected with care when the wind pressure coefficient around a structure is computed.

      • TICN 교환망의 전술 라우팅에 적합한 OSPF에 대한 연구

        본 논문에서는 전술종합정보통신체계(TICN:Tactical Information Communication Network)에서 사용가능한 OSPF(Open Shortest Path First) 라우팅 프로토콜을 전술 통신환경에 맞도록 개선한다. 기존의 OSPF는 유선 통신망에서 최적화된 라우팅 프로토콜이다. 따라서 무선 전술망 환경의 특성인 페이딩이나 재밍 등의 환경에 능동적으로 반응하지 못하여 성능이 떨어지는 경로를 그대로 유지하는 취약점이 있다. 이에 제안하는 OSPF는 무선 환경의 특성과 전술환경의 특성을 적절하게 고려하여 비용함수를 재정의 한다. 새롭게 정의된 비용함수를 구성하는 파라미터는 네 가지로 상대적인 전송 속도, 링크 가중치, 라우터의 이용률, 링크 평균 BER(Bit Error Rate)이다. 재정의 된 비용함수로 인해 OSPF는 무선 전술환경의 특성을 잘 반영하여 경로 설정에서 능동적으로 반응하게 하였다. 또한 OSPF의 Hello 패킷을 개선함으로 각 기반노드의 무선 링크상태를 주기적으로 파악 할 수 있도록 하였다. 모의실험 결과 제안하는 OSPF는 재밍 신호에 영향받는 경로를 다른 경로로 변경하므로 기존의 OSPF보다 능동적으로 경로를 설정하였으며, 두개의 트래픽 생성 시 경로를 분산시킴으로 네트워크를 폭넓게 사용하였다. 이에 누적 dealy 측면에서도 성능이 향상되었음을 확인한다. This thesis proposes to improve OSPF(Open Shortest Path First) routing protocol for tactical communication in TICN(Tactical Information Communication Network). TICN is a future tactical military communication information system that will enable precise command and control and decision. Firstly, OSPF is the optimized routing protocol in wired network, so it cannot react inadequately in wireless communication. In wireless network, there are many phenomenon; multi-path, diffraction, distraction. Proposed OSPF reacts adequately to wireless communication characteristics with redefine of cost function. In cost function, there are four parameters; relative transmission speed, link weight, router utilization, link average BER(Bit Error Rate). This improve cost function reflects wireless tactical communication. Therefore, OSPF is able to actively change the traffic route from bad route to alternative route. Then, we remodel the hello packet field to monitor the link state. From the simulation result, we prove that proposed OSPF is better than OSPF in jamming situation and has accumulative delay gain with dispersion of traffic load in entire network.

      • 다중 코일 PT-대칭을 이용한 무선전력전송

        Robustness and high efficiency are the key characteristics for applicable wireless power transfer (WPT) technology. Recently, a coil-to-coil WPT system maintaining high efficiency with respect to the longitudinal motion of the receiver has been demonstrated. The system used a nonlinear Parity-Time (PT) symmetric circuit to automatically track the resonant frequency as the operating frequency. The efficiency, however, is vulnerable to degradation for the lateral motion because the coupling decreases rapidly in that direction. This work demonstrates that by introducing neutral elements in a parallel configuration, we are able to achieve robustness of WPT in both longitudinal and lateral directions. This technology will be a key step to provide a user the full freedom of location while the device of the user charges with high efficiency.

      • 농업용 엔진-발전기 하이브리드 드론에 장착된 진동 감쇠 마운트의 효과에 관한 연구

        Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and drones have received a lot of attention for their agricultural applications, and recently, engine-generator hybrid drones have been studied to maximize their efficiency in agricultural applications, such as extending flight time and increasing payload capacity. However, engine vibration is not only associated with efficiency issues such as reduced flight performance, shorter flight time, and reduced durability of the drone airframe, but also with risks that can seriously threaten the stable operation of the drone. These problems are mainly caused by the fact that the vibration generated by the engine drive of the drone is transmitted to the entire drone through the structure supporting the engine. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to minimize the transmission of vibration through the damping device connected to the airframe. This study was conducted in this context, and experiments were conducted to determine how effectively an engine mount applied to an engine-generator hybrid large agricultural drone can reduce the transmission of vibration from the engine to the airframe. Three types of vibration damping mounts with different vibration transmission characteristics were fabricated and tested. Model 1 was machined from aluminum and combined with a rubber damper, Model 2 was made of metal alone, and Model 3 used an industrial rubber damper as a mount. Accelerometers were attached to the engine frame, fuselage frame, fuselage top, flight controller (FC), and propeller motor, and a vibration measurement system was configured using LabVIEW. Vibration data for each mount type was measured by location to compare the vibration values and frequency ranges of models 1, 2, and 3 at each location. It was found that Model 1, with its structural separation of the engine from the airframe and the use of rubber dampers and anti-vibration pads, reduced the acceleration characteristics of the engine vibration compared to Model 2, with metal mounts, and Model 3, with rubber dampers. This study confirms that the vibration damping device named Model 1 is the most effective in reducing the vibration transmitted from the engine to the drone airframe. The application of this vibration damping device will contribute to reducing the negative effects on the flight control unit and motors, which can help improve the stable flight of the drone and the structural stability of the drone airframe. 무인 항공기와 드론은 농업용으로 활용도가 높아 많은 관심을 받고 있 으며 최근에는 엔진-발전기 하이브리드 드론이 농업 분야에서 비행시간 연장, 탑재 용량 증가 등의 효율성 극대화를 위해 많은 연구가 이루어지 고 있다. 그러나 엔진에서 발생하는 진동은 비행 성능 저하, 비행시간 단 축, 드론 기체의 내구성 감소와 같은 효율성 저하 문제뿐만 아니라, 드론 의 안정적인 운항을 심각하게 위협할 수 있는 위험성과도 직접 연관되어 있다. 이러한 문제는 주로 드론의 엔진 구동으로 발생하는 진동이 엔진을 지지하는 구조물을 통해 드론 전체로 전달되기 때문에 발생한다. 따라서 엔진의 구동에 따른 진동을 기체와 연결된 감쇠 장치를 통해 진동의 전달 을 최소화하는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 이러한 맥락에서 진행되었으 며, 엔진-발전기 하이브리드 농업용 대형 드론에 적용된 엔진 마운트가 엔진의 진동을 기체에 전달하는 과정에서 얼마나 효과적으로 진동의 전달 을 감소시키는지를 실험을 통해 확인하였다. 진동 전달 특성이 서로 다른 세 가지 유형의 진동 감쇠 마운트를 제작 하여 시험하였다. 모델 1은 알루미늄을 가공하여 고무 댐퍼와 결합한 구 조이며, 모델 2는 금속만으로 제작된 것이고, 모델 3은 산업용 고무 댐퍼 를 마운트로 사용하였다. 엔진 프레임, 기체 프레임, 기체 상판, 비행제어 장치(FC), 프로펠러 모터에 가속도계를 부착하고 LabVIEW를 사용하여 진동 측정 시스템을 구성하였다. 각 마운트 유형에 대한 진동 데이터를 위치별로 측정하여 각 위치에서 모델 1, 2 3,의 진동 값과 주파수 범위를 비교하였다. 금속 마운트인 모델 2와 고무 댐퍼인 모델 3에 비해 엔진과 기체 프레임을 구조적으로 분리하고 고무 댐퍼 및 방진 패드의 사용한 모 델 1이 엔진 진동의 가속 특성을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 모델 1로 명명된 진동 감쇠 장치가 엔진에서 드론 기체 로 전달되는 진동을 감소 시키는데 가장 효과적임을 확인하였다. 이 진동 감쇠 장치의 적용은 비행 제어 장치와 모터에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 줄 이는데 기여 할 것이며, 이는 드론의 안정적인 비행과 드론 기체의 구조 적 안정성을 향상시키는 데 도움이 될 수 있다.

      • 한우브랜드 경영전략에 관한 연구

        The present study aims to suggest the plan on the future brand management strategy by understanding a status of the Hanwoo Industry and analyzing change of management structure in Hanwoo brand organizations. Its research method is that after the history of brandization of Korean beef is surveyed and analyzed and its sales strategy of a production brand and consumers' requirements according to each year and the age are investigated, the merits and demerits on its sales method and consumption PR according to a management organization, a management structure form and a region are compared and analyzed by suggesting the brandization status and cases of foreign countries(especially, Japan). It can be said that the start of brandization of Hanwoo is early 1980s, and that this is started from several typical brand enterprises making effort for production of high-class beef like Gaegun Hanwoo, Eonyang Hanwoo and Ddang ggeut eutteum Hanwoo(Lee, 1997). The real brandization of Hanwoo was extended and promoted by measures of the Government(White paper of the Hanwoo industry: July 1997, Comprehensive development measures of the Hanwoo industry: April 2001, etc.) for construction of a product base and productivity improvement of farmhouses raising Hanwoo to prepare UR settlement negotiations of 1993 and liberalization of imports of cattle and beef in 2001. In addition, the purpose of the study is to suggest the future production direction by analyzing the demand of consumers and the future consumption patterns and to suggest a strategy necessary for making Hanwoo management enter the sixth industry(first, second & third industry) including the distribution․service field. It was said that the brand of stock farm products in 2007 are around 700 articles, and the Hanwoo brand amounts to 202 places(28.9%).(December 2007, Animal Products Grading Service) If calves being produced for 1 year in Korea are calculated to be 800 thousand heads, heifers are 400 thousand heads and steers re 400 thousand heads among them. Accordingly, the total heads that the name of a brand can be attached are 400 thousand heads, so it is possible that only around 1,980 heads per one brand can be attached. If several regulations such as over first grade and their own local production, etc. are considered, it has a management form that only 1000 heads or more per year can be recognized as brand Hanwoo among those. Currently, the Hanwoo brand organizations have a vulnerable production base, and only 142 places(70.3%) among 202 brand organizations are acting, and 60 places answered that the business was stopped or they don't have brand sale results.(December 2007: Animal Products Grading Service) Also, it was said that although 182 places(90.1%) received trademark registration that can get recognition of a brand value, 20 places(9.9%) are applying trademark registration or rejected from Korean Intellectual Property Office. As an organization of a Hanwoo bland as well as production and distribution bases are poor, the Government also set the brand business of stock farm products as「strategic axis of a livestock policy 」and is focusing policy capacity and is trying a plan to make it a wide area brand gradually from a small and regional brand. According to a comprehensive support promotion plan of the brand of stock farm products of the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, it was said that it will raise a differentiated brand organization according to a Korean farmhouse, promote its sale to large-scale processing․distribution enterprises and its consumption by linking with a wide area business division, plan to raise its market share.(Hanwoo industry development measures of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry: December 2008) According to its development measures, it established a plan that increase shipping heads of a brand organization of a wide area business division from 32 thousand heads of 2007 to 127 thousand heads in 2012, while reducing regional brand organizations from 130 places to 40 places.(Hanwoo industry development measures of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry: December 2008) IF The present study aims to research the future development method by comparing and analyzing merits․demerits of each brand organization and to suggest a development direction of the industry for the healthy operation and future development of brand organizations by analyzing the trend of farmhouse organizations, its commercialization and its consumers' response, etc.

      • Optimizing Microgrid Operation Plan under Islanding Uncertainty

        본 논문은 마이크로그리드 운영자 관점에서 불확실한 독립운전 상황에 대비한 운영계획 최적화 문제를 다룬다. 마이크로그리드는 전력 수요의 상당 부분을 상위 송전계통에 의존하기 때문에, 송전계통과의 연결이 중단되는 독립운전에 적절히 대처하지 못하였을 경우 경제적으로 상당한 손실이 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 주어진 계획기간 중 발생 가능한 독립운전 사건의 집합과 각 사건의 발생 가능성을 확률로 정의하여 이를 다단계 추계적 최적화 모형으로 제시한다. 또한, 이러한 규모가 큰 혼합 정수 최적화 모형을 풀기 위한 해법으로 다양한 2단계 벤더스 분해 기법과 분해 기반 휴리스틱을 제안한다. 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 제시한 모형이 예비력을 통해 위험 상황을 대비하는 방법과, 불확실성에 대비를 하지 않는 방법에 비해 독립운전 발생 시의 비용을 절감할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 제시한 분해 기법과 휴리스틱이 일반 해법에 비해 규모가 큰 문제에 대해 효과적임을 확인하였다. In this thesis, we consider how to optimize microgrid operators’ operation plans in the context of uncertain islanding events. Due to the dependence of microgrid electricity demands on the main transmission system, significant financial losses can occur if the microgrid does not cope well with islanded operation, during which it is disconnected from the transmission system. A multistage stochastic optimization model is presented in this thesis. We define the set of possible islanding events during a given planning horizon, and the probability of each event. Various two-stage Benders’ decomposition methods and decomposition-based heuristics are proposed to solve this large-scale mixed integer optimization model. Experiments are conducted to show that the model and strategy presented in this paper can reduce the cost of islanded operation, compared with the methods based on preparing for uncertainties by defining reserve requirements or those with no preparation for uncertainty. We also found that the proposed decomposition and heuristic techniques were effective for large-scale instances than the extensive formulation approach.

      • 전기분해를 이용한 석유정제폐수의 유해물질 제거에 관한 연구

        The waste water produced in the process of the petroleum refinery ("petroleum refinery waste water") contains the various toxic materials such as phenol, dissolved VOCs, and heavy metals. These toxic materials causes lots of difficulties in the waste water treatment. The waste water containing the toxic materials are not easily dissolved not only in the physicochemical treatment process even but also in the biological treatment process. Thus the development of an economical and stable water treatment system is urgently needed. The study confirmed the efficiency in the removal of the toxic materials such as phenol, xylene, heavy materials(Fe, Zn, Pb, As, Mn) by electrolyzing the petroleum refinery waste water treated in the first process. The researcher installed the semi-pilot scale electrolyzation eq uipment to utilize DSA(dimensionally stable anode) electrode and checked the treatment efficiency depending on the current change and the residence time. The size of the quadrangle water tank for the electrolyzation is 500 W x 1,000L x 1,100H(550He), titanium is used as the material of the negative pole, iridium, ruthenium, and tantalum is utilized as the positive pole, 33 positive poles and 34 negative poles are used, all electrodes are flat plate, the distance between electrodes is 13 mm. The rectifier is electric current 0.015A/㎠ x 48㎝ x 40㎝ x 33 units x 2 side = 1,900A, considering the percentage of allowance, two 1,500A sets are connected to both side of busbar inside the water tank for the electrolyzation. Itemized experiments were conducted in order to compare water quality of the samples before and after the electrolyzation. For each experiment, the researcher collected various samples according to the current density and the residence time, measured the density on the basis of the water pollution fairness experiment standard, and calculated the treatment efficiency. The current density is 0.008A/㎠, 0. 012A/㎠, 0.015A/㎠, and the residence time is set within 30 minutes in consideration of commercial application. For phenol, the treatment efficiency is calculated approximately 45.6~94.5%. It was revealed that the increase of the residence time rather than the current density has more effect on the sharp increase of the treatment efficiency, and the residence time of 30 minutes produced the best result in terms of the treatment efficiency. In the case of xylene among VOCs group, under the experimental condition of the current density 0.015 A/㎠ and the residence time 30 minutes, the treatment efficiency of 91.7% was measured. It means that dissolved VOCs is measured to be good efficiency. The treatment efficiency of CODMn was measured 12.7~36%, the treatment efficiency of BOD was calculated 14~32.8%, which indicates that the increase of the residence time and the current density leads to the increase of the treatment efficiency. Under the experimental condition of the current density 0.015 A/㎠ and the residence time 30 minutes, the treatment efficiency of T-N stands at 33.3%, NH3-N stands at 32. 1%. The treatment efficiency of SS, T-P, n-H, and ecotoxic material ranges 5.7~16.8%, which means low efficiency. The treatment efficiency of several heavy metals ranges 7.2~10.5%, relatively low. It demonstrates that the electrolyzation is less efficient in the treatment of the heavy metals. The study conducts the various experiments under the diverse conditions to dissolve the petroleum refinery waste water containing the not-easily-dissolved toxic materials such as phenol, xylene, and etc. by using electrolyzation equipment to utilize DSA(dimensionally stable anode) electrode. The existing physicochemical treatment process is not satisfactory for the treatment of phenol and xylene. However, it is revealed that the treatment efficiency ranges 91.7~94.5% as the result of the electrolyzation (the experimental condition : the current density 0.015 A/㎠ and the residence time 30 minutes). Thus, it is expected that inserting the electolyzation treatment process (2nd process) after the physicochemical treatment process (1st process) can make the biolo gical treatment process (3rd process) facilitate the treatment of the not -easily-dissolved toxic materials contained in the petroleum refinery waste water. 석유정제과정에서 발생하는 폐수(이하 “석유정제폐수” 라 한다) 중에는 독성이 있는 페놀, 용존성 VOCs(volatile organic compounds), 중금속 등 이 다량 함유되어있어 폐수처리에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 기존의 물 리·화학적 처리공정(1차처리공정)으로는 난분해성 유해물질을 제거하는데 한계가 있어 생물학적 처리공정(2차처리공정)에 많은 문제를 일으키고 있 는 실정이다. 경제적이면서 안정적인 폐수처리 시스템의 개발이 시급하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 석유정제폐수의 1차 처리수를 대상으로 전기분 해를 이용하여 페놀, 자일렌, 중금속(Fe, Zn, Pb, As, Mn) 등 수중유해물 질의 제거효율을 확인하였다. DSA(dimensionally stable anode) 전극을 기반으로 한 semi-pilot scale 전해장치를 설치하여 전류의 변화와 체류시 간에 따른 처리효율을 알아보았다. 전기분해조는 각형으로 규격은 500 W x 1,000L x 1,100H(550He)로 제작하였다. 음극은 titanium 극판을 사용하 였고 양극은 iridium, ruthenium, 그리고 tantalum을 코팅하여 사용하였다. 수량은 각각 양극 33개, 음극 34개를 설치하였고, 모두 평판형의 전극을 사용하였으며, 전극사이의 간격이 13mm가 되도록 설치하였다. 정류기는 전류가 0.015A/㎠ x 48㎝ x 40㎝ x 33개 x 2면 = 1,900A로 여유율을 고 려하여 1,500A 2대를 선정하여 전기분해조의 부스바 양쪽으로 연결하였 다. 전기분해 전후 시료의 수질평가 비교를 위하여 항목별 실험을 수행하 였다. 각 실험에 전류밀도 및 체류시간 별로 시료를 채취하여 수질오염공 정시험기준에 준하여 농도를 측정한 후 처리효율을 계산하였다. 전류밀도는 0.008A/㎠, 0.012A/㎠, 0.015A/㎠, 체류시간은 상업적인 적용을 고려하 여 30분 이내로 진행하였다. 페놀의 경우 약45.6~94.5%의 처리효율을 보 였다. 전류밀도 보다는 체류시간 증가에 따라 처리효율이 크게 증가하는 경향을 볼 수 있었고, 30분의 처리효율이 가장 우수함을 알 수 있었다. VOCs류 중 자일렌의 경우 전류밀도 0.015 A/㎠, 처리시간 30분의 처리효 율을 분석한 결과 91.7%를 보였다. 용존 VOCs 의 처리가 잘 이루어지는 것을 알 수 있었다. CODMn의 처리효율은 12.7~36%, BOD의 처리효율은 14~32.8%로 전류밀도 및 체류시간 증가에 따른 처리효율이 조금씩 증가 하는 경향을 보였다. 전류밀도 0.015 A/㎠, 30분의 처리효율이 T-N은 33. 3%, NH3-N은 32.1%로 나타났다. SS, T-P, n-H, 생태독성 등의 처리효 율은 5.7~16.8%로 전체적으로 높지 않았고, 중금속류의 처리효율도 7.2~1 0.5%로 낮은 편이었다. 전기분해공정은 중금속의 처리에는 효과가 적음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 독성이 있고 난분해성 유해물질인 페놀, 자일렌 등이 함 유된 석유정제폐수를 대상으로 DSA전극을 기반으로 한 전기분해장치를 설치하여 다양한 조건에서 실험, 연구하였다. 기존의 물리·화학적 처리공 정으로 처리하는데 한계가 있는 페놀 및 자일렌 등의 처리효율이 91.7~ 94.5%(전류밀도 0.015 A/㎠, 체류시간 30분 기준)로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과로 볼 때 난분해성 수중 유해물질로 인하여 어려움을 겪고 있는 석유 정제폐수의 처리과정에 물리·화학적처리 공정(1차처리) 후 전기분해 공정 (2차처리)을 활용함으로써 생물학적처리 공정(3차처리)이 안정적으로 운영 될 것으로 예상한다.
