In order to investigate the optimum conditions for artificial lightweight aggregate, we mixed sewage sludge with clay soil in various ratios, and heated the mixed materials at various initial, and final sintering temperatures. We tested the physical properties and the environmental safety of sintered lightweight aggregate compared with imported lightweight aggregate, and found better physical properties in 50% mixing ratio. The optimum initial and final sintering temperatures were 1000℃ and 1200℃ respectively at this ratio. In addition, we found that characteristics of manufactured lightweight aggregate did not significantly differ for various types of clay soil. Finally manufactured artificial lightweight aggregate were environmentally safe judging from leaching tests.

지방자치단체 공무원의 윤리적 리더십 실증연구

이 연구의 목적은 지방자치단체 공무원이 지각하는 상사의 윤리적 리더십이 부하 공무원의 조직시민행동과 조직침묵에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 조직지원인식의 매개효과에 대한 구조관계를 실증분석 하는데 있다. 이 연구는 통합연구방법을 적용하여 양적 연구에 이어 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 2017년 11월 1일부터 20일까지 경상북도 지방자치단체 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 169부를 분석자료로 활용하였다. 또한 경상북도 지방자치단체에서 퇴직한 공무원 10명을 2018년 1월부터 8월까지 심층면접하였다. 이 실증연구 결과 첫째, 지방자치단체 공무원이 지각하는 상사의 윤리적 리더십이 조직시민행동에 정적인 영향을 미치고, 조직침묵에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상사의 윤리적 리더십과 조직시민행동, 조직침묵 간의 관계에서 조직후원인식이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 이론적 의의는 지방자치단체 공무원을 대상으로 하는 윤리적 리더십 구조관계 실증연구라는 것이며, 실무적 시사점으로는 지방자치단체 공무원의 윤리적 리더십에 대한 조직 지원 필요성을 제기했다는 것이다.

국문 초록 중년 기혼 여성의 향유신념이 삶의 의미에 미치는 영향 : 긍정적 정서조절의 매개효과 본 연구의 목적은 중년 기혼 여성의 향유신념과 삶의 의미와의 관계에서 긍정적 정서조절의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 40세 이상 60세 이하의 기혼 중년 여성 445명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문지를 배부하였으며, 수집된 자료를 근거로 해서 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 사용한 검사는 향유신념 척도, 긍정적 정서조절 척도, 삶의 의미 척도이다. 이를 근거로 해서 변인들 간의 관계를 살펴보고, SPSS 24.0과 구조방정식 모형을 통해 주요 변수 간의 상관관계를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다 첫째, 향유신념은 긍정적 정서조절, 삶의 의미와 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 긍정적 정서조절은 삶의 의미와 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 향유신념이 높을수록 긍정적 정서조절과 삶의 의미도 높아진다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 중년 여성의 향유신념과 삶의 의미의 관계에서 긍정적 정서조절의 영향을 알아보기 위해 연구모형인 부분매개모형과 경쟁모형인 완전매개모형을 설정하여 비교한 결과 부분매개모형이 더 적합함을 확인하였다. 이는 중년 기혼 여성의 향유신념과 삶의 의미와의 관계에서 긍정적 정서조절이 부분 매개효과를 보인다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 연구를 통해 향유신념이 긍정적 정서조절을 매개로 중년 기혼 여성의 삶의 의미에 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 중년 기혼 여성의 삶의 의미를 높이기 위해서 향유신념과 긍정적 정서조절이라는 개념을 이해하는 자료의 제공과 효과적인 상담 및 교육을 위한 시사점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. ABSTRACT Influence of the Savoring Beliefs of Middle-aged Married Women on the Meaning of Life; - Mediated Effect of positive emotional control. Lee, Jea-Bok Major in Psychotherapy Counseling Graduate School of Hansei University Supervised by Professor Jeong, Moon-Kyeong The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of positive emotional control in relation to the savoring beliefs of middle-aged married women and the meaning of life. The target of this study was to distribute self-reporting questionnaires online to 445 middle-aged women who married over the age of 40 and under 60 and collect data. The tests used are a measure of savoring beliefs, a measure of positive emotional control, and a measure of meaning of life. Based on this, the relationships between the variables were examined and the correlation between the major variables was verified through the SPSS 24.0 and the structured model. The research results are as follows. First, it has been shown that savoring beliefs has a significant bearing on positive emotional control and the meaning of life. And it turns out that positive emotional control has a significant static relationship with the meaning of life. This means that the higher the savoring beliefs, the more positive emotional control and meaning of life. Second, in order to find out the effects of positive emotion control in relation to the concept of savoring beliefs and meaning of life of middle-aged women, we established and compared a research model, a partial symbiosis model, and a competition model, a complete mechanism model, to confirm that the partial selling model is more suitable. This means that positive emotional control has a partial mediated effect in relation to the savoring beliefs of middle-aged women and the meaning of life. These studies have confirmed that savoring beliefs affects the meaning of middle-aged married women's lives by means of positive emotion control. Thus, to enhance the meaning of life for middle-aged married women, the provision of materials to understand the savoring beliefs and positive emotional control and suggestions for effective counseling and education and follow-up research were put forward.

산업구조 개편을 통한 지역경제 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 : 경기도 의왕시 부곡지역을 중심으로

경기도 의왕시 부곡지역은 중앙정부의 과도한 개발제한구역 지정과 국가균형발전 정책으로 경기도 의왕시 부곡지역의 대기업과 대학이 지방이전으로 이전했다. 이에 따라 부곡지역 경제가 활력을 찾지 못하고 점차적으로 침체되어 가고 있다.그러나 부곡지역 경제 상황은 위기만은 아니며 부곡지역발전을 저해하던 개발제한구역이 수도권광역도시계획에 따라 해제하는 작업이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 개발제한구역 해제는 의왕시 부곡지역 발전의 새로운 발전 전환기를 맞이하고 있다.의왕시는 살기 좋은 도시를 만들고자 각기 다른 개발계획이 진행 중이다. 이러한 계획은 경제를 회복할 수 있는 종합적인 개발이기 보다는 소규모 적인 개발과 또 다른 난 개발로 진행될 가능성이 있다. 이러한 개발계획의 수립은 부곡지역 경제를 활성화 시키지 못하는 결과를 초래할 수 있고 장기적인 개발계획이 될 수 없으며 지역경제 정책 대안은 아니다.본 논문에서는 부곡지역 경제 활성화를 위해서 의왕시 부곡지역 주민이 희망하는 맞춤형 개발 사업에 대한 정책을 제시하고자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 부곡주민 322명과 공무원 147명을 대상으로 개별면접조사를 통해 조사를 하였다.설문을 종합적으로 분석하여 보면 부곡지역 경제 침체원인은 공무원과 주민 모두 과도한 중앙정부의 개발제한구역 보존정책으로 조사되었다, 한국철도대학 이전 후 토지이용방안에 관한 설문조사에서는 아파트단지를 선호하는 것으로 조사되었다. 공무원들의 한국철도대학 이전을 반대하는 방안에 대해서는 이전반대에 대한 대안 제시를 통한 국토해양부와 협의를 해야 한다고 의견이다. 의왕역 및 부곡 중앙로 활성화 방안에서는 쇼핑 및 대형 상가를 유치하는 것이 부곡중앙로를 활성화에 시키는데 도움이 된다는 응답이 높았다. 의왕시 부곡지역 왕송 호수 활성화를 위해서 추진해야 할 사업으로는 주민은 놀이시설을 공무원은 왕송 호수 일주를 일주할 수 있는 열차운행을 최우선으로 응답하였다. 또한 부곡지역 장안마을 택지개발사업과 관련하여 주민과 공무원 모두 전원주택단지개발을 응답하여 수도권 주민들에 대한 주택수요가 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다.부곡지역 산업구조 개편을 통한 지역경제 활성화 설문에 대한 시민 및 공무원의 조사결과를 토대로 다음과 같이 정책제언을 하였다. 의왕시 지역경제에 미치는 영향과 파급효과가 큰 의왕내륙컨테이너기지(ICD) 주변에 첨단지식산업단지 조성하고, 토지이용의 효율성이 큰 벤처기업이 입주할 수 있는 아파트형공장 유치가 필수적이다. 새로운 일자리 창출과 지역경제 활성화를 위해서 수출입 명품 쇼핑센터를 유치하면 시민이 마음 놓고 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있어 시민의 삶의 질도 높아질 것이다.왕송 호수 공원에 가족놀이시설을 설치하여 주말과 휴가기간에 수도권 시민이 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있을 것이다. 부곡지역 우렁각시 농촌체험마을에는 직접 손으로 만들고 체험할 수 있는 체험 장소를 시민에게 제공하면 농민에게는 소득을 시민에게는 농촌 체험 장소로 주목을 받을 것이다. 부곡지역 경제의 중심지인 의왕역 주변을 개발하여 자연과 인간이 공존하는 수도권 유일의 친환경 명품도시로 발전되어 의왕시 부곡지역 경제가 활성화 될 것이다.

형상기억합금이 내재된 능동형 복합재 개발에 적용되는 니티놀 와이어의 후처리 영향

Nitinol shape memory alloy has been used in various fields of industry because of its good properties such as shape memory effect and superelastic behavior. Active composites made by embedding nitinol wires in polymer matrix can be regarded as a smart material. For development of the active composites, the possibility for the application of SMA wire embedded within polymer matrix should be evaluated through thermo-mechanical test. In this study, the thermo-mechanical behaviors of SMA wire whose phase transformation properties are affected on cure temperature of polymer matrix were investigated using DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimeter). Also, Interface properties between SMA wire and polymer matrix were investigated using pull-out test. In the pull-out test, as-received SMA wire and SMA wire with surface treatment such sandblast was considered, respectively. According to results from DSC test, temperature induced phase transformation of SMA was changed by applying various heat treatment temperature that has been used in cure conditions of polymer matrix. From the pull-out test, it is found that interface strength of SMA wire applied sandblasting was higher than that of as-received SMA wire and polymer matrix.

農産物 輸入開放에 따른 韓國農業의 對應戰略에 관한 硏究

As protectionism has intensified whthin each country for itsown interests in world trade since 1980, the developed countries including the U.S. have been pressuring the less developed countries to lower their protective walls and to open their markets for agricultural, livestock and fishery goods. The U.S., which has had a long trade relationship with Korea, in particular,attributes the cause of the trade deficit which has been aggravated since 1982 to the rapid increase in exports to the U.S. by newly industrialized countries like Korea and is demanding that Korea should open its markets more and more. Korea's farm households have suffered onesided disadvantages from the rapid opening of the domestic market which was institued for the increase of exports of industrial goods. Since Korea's farms are of so small a scale and farmer's incomes come almost wholly from farming, their income structures make it more difficult to deal with the expected market opening. National understanding and efforts are necessary to overcome these structural problems. If Korea expands its agricultural perspective which has been limited to the domestic market so far, to an international perspective and if this crisis is made an occasion for structural adjustment of Korea's agriculture and for the development of agricultural exports to world markets, this crisis may not be the end of Korea's ariculture but its beginning. The concrete steps which are considered necessary for the adjustment of the agricultural structure are as follows; largescale farms, mechanization of agriculture, specialization of farmers devoted wholy to farming, improvement of productivity of import substitute agricultural goods, restriction of import of main agricultural goods as a complementary measure against import liberalization, preservation of a pricekeeping policy, establishment of a customs system and an agricultural compensation policy. The government should sincerely carry out the farming and fishing village structure betterment plan and invest 24 trillion won for the plan and 15 trillion won from a special agricultural tax effectively through the examination of its investment priorities. The investment should not be nominal but substantial for farmers. Now that agriculture is not merely the farmers' problem, the government , consumers and businesses should overcome the defeatism of agriculture neglect or even abandonmentof agriculture and defend and reconstruct Korea's agriculture. In conclusion, the most important thing in fullscale import liberalization of agricutural goods sinse the Uruguay Round negotiation of agcultural goods is considered to be Korea's mental attitude. As in the proverb, "where is a will there is a way," it is strongly believed that there is a way of hope for Korea's agriculture.

청각적 피드백에 따른 한 발 뻗기 훈련이 기능적 발목 불안정성을 가진 성인에게 균형과 기능에 미치는 즉각적 영향

이 연구의 목적은 청각적 피드백에 따른 한 발 뻗기 훈련이 기능적 발목 불안정성을 가진 성인에게 균형과 기능에 미치는 즉각적 영향에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 결과를 바탕으로 우리는 만성 발목 불안정성을 가진 20-30대 성인들에게 발목 재손상을 줄이고 통증과 기능부전의 개선에 도움이 될 수 있는 재활 운동 프로그램을 제공하려 한다. 기능적 발목 불안정성을 가지고 있는 40명의 대상자들이 무작위로 20명씩 청각적 피드백을 받는 실험군과 받지 않는 대조군에 배정이 되었다. 대상자들은 대구 K병원에서 운동자각도를 이용한 강도 설정으로 약 30분 정도의 한 발 뻗기 운동을 진행하였다. 정적 균형 측정은 한 발 서기 검사를 하였고 기능 측정은 6-m 가로질러 뛰기 검사(6-meter crossover hop test)를 실시하였다. 이 연구 결과에 따르면, 실험군 대조군 모두에서 발목의 압력중심 이동면적, 압력중심 이동거리, 압력중심 이동속도와 6-m 가로질러 뛰기 검사시간이 감소하였다. 특히 정적균형인 압력중심 이동거리와 압력중심 이동속도는 청각적 피드백을 적용 했을 때 유의한 감소가 나타났고, 압력중심 이동면적 또한 청각적 피드백을 제공했을 시 더 감소했다. 결론적으로 청각적 피드백을 이용한 운동이 정적균형의 긍정적인 효과를 통해 만성 발목 불안정성 성인에게 발목 안정성을 잡는데 있어서 효과적인 치료방법이 될 수 있다고 생각한다. This study examines the immediate effects of one-leg stretching exercise with auditory feedback on balance and function in adults with functional ankle instability. We propose a rehabilitation exercise program based on the results that can help reduce ankle re-injury and improve pain and dysfunction in adults in their 20s and 30s with chronic ankle instability. Forty subjects with functional ankle instability were randomized to an experimental group who received auditory feedback and a control group who did not receive any feedback. The subjects performed a one-leg stretching exercise for about 30 minutes at the Daegu K Hospital with the intensity set using the rating of perceived exertion. For measurements, the subjects performed one-legged standing for static balance and a 6-meter crossover hop test for ankle function. The results showed that the movement area of the ankle’s center of pressure, the center of pressure movement distance, the center of pressure movement speed, and the 6-m crossover hop test time decreased in both the experimental and control groups. In particular, the static balance of the center of pressure movement distance and the center of pressure movement speed significantly decreased when auditory feedback was applied. Moreover, the movement area of the center of pressure further decreased when the auditory feedback was provided. In conclusion, the one-leg stretching exercise with auditory feedback can be an effective treatment method for stabilizing the ankle in adults with chronic ankle instability through the positive effect of static balance.
