        전북지역 바둑 수련생의 바둑교실 만족도 조사 연구 이 경 륜 명지대학교 일반대학원 바둑학과 본 연구는 바둑 수련생의 일반적 특성에 따른 바둑교실 만족도의 차이에 관한 조사 연구로 성별, 학년, 수련 기간, 이동수단, 지역적 위치, 이동시간에 등의 변인들을 바둑교실에서 제공하는 시설, 지도자, 교육프로그램, 환경 여건, 교육비로 비교 분석하여 차후 바둑교실 경영의 환경개선 및 컨설팅 자료로 제공하고 바둑교실의 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀낸 결론들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수련생의 일반적 특성과 만족도의 상관분석 결과 학년, 수련기간, 이동시간에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 수련생의 성별과 만족도의 t-test검증 결과 지도자, 교육프로그램, 환경여건, 교육비에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수련생의 일반적 특징과 바둑교실만족도의 일원분산분석(ONEWAY ANOVA)검증 결과 학년은 ‘지도자’, ‘교육프로그램’, ‘환경여건’에서, 급수는 ‘지도자’에서, 수련기간은 ‘지도자’, ‘교육프로그램’, ‘환경여건’에서, 이동시간은 ‘교육프로그램’, ‘교육비’에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 수련생의 일반적 특성과 수련예상기간의 카이제곱()검증 결과 성별, 수련기간, 학년, 급수에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. ABSTRACT Analysis on the Satisfaction Index of the Students in Jeonbukdo on baduk Educational services. Lee, Kyung Ryun graduate School of Baduk Myong ji University This study surveys the difference in satisfaction of the Baduk academy according to general feature of the student and then analyzes variational factors of the gender, scholar attainments, training period, transportation, regional location, movement time and so on with equipment, directors, educational program, surround condition, education cost. In days, there are final purpose to offer this study as surround improving and consulting data about Baduk academy management and to present activity device of the Baduk academy. There are the conclusions what we find. 1st, The consequence of the Correlation which is the general traits of the trainers and satisfaction, there are primary divergence in scholar attainments, training dates, movement time. 2nd, In the result of T-test grounded on gender and satisfaction, we can find the difference of director, educational program, surround, and expenditure of education. 3rd, One-way ANOVA shows that the comparison of the trainers general traits and Baduk academy satisfaction with the type is staple feature by following comparative study ; from director, educational program, surround condition, we can find scholar attainments and training dates. From director, we can find kyu. From director, educational program, surround condition, we can find training dates. From educational program, expenditure of education, we can find movement time. All that factors which can draw extraction attach importance. 4th, in the result of the Chi-square test that is according for trainers and expected training period, we can find outstanding factors which are the very conclusions ; gender, training dates, scholar attainments, kyu.

      • 비휘발성 MNOS 기억소자의 기억전하주입과 기억유지특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 비휘발성 MNOS 기억소자의 주입조건에 따른 기억전하주입 특성 및 기억유지특성을 조사하여, 제작한 소자에서의 기억유지 향상을 위한 주입조건을 구하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해서, 산화막 23Å, 질화막 530Å인 비휘발성 MNOS 기억소자의 주입조건(펄스전압크기 및 펄스폭)에 따른 스윗칭특성을 조사하여, 기존에 제안된 주입모델(modified Fowler Nordheim 터널링, trap-assisted 터널링, 직접터널링)을 best fitting 함으로써 주입조건에 따른 기억전하주입특성을 조사하였다. 그리고 주입조건에 따른 기억유지특성 및 기억유지특성 향상을 위한 주입조건을 조사하였다. 그 결과 펄스전압의 크기가 14V∼20V일때는 trap-assisted 터널링이, 22V∼26V 일때는 modified Fowler-Nordheim 터널링이 주도적이었고, 100ms 이하의 짧은 펄스폭일때는 직접터널링이, 100ms∼100sec의 긴 경우에는 trap-assisted 터널링이 주도적이었다. 그리고 질화막내 기억트랩밀도는 7.85×10^(25)m^(-3)이며, 질화막 전도대 하단을 기준으로 한 트랩준위는 0.45eV이고, 터널링시정수 τ_(0)는 4.98×10^(-13)sec이었다. 감쇠율은 펄스폭이 길어 질수록 그리고 펄스전압의 크기가 커질수록 증가하였다. 초기 flatband전압 이동량(ΔV_(FBi))이 대략 10V이하인 경우에는 거의 변화가 없다가 10V 이상인 경우 크게 증가하였다. 기억유지특성은 같은 초기 flatband전압 이동량을 갖는 주입조건들에 대해서 펄스전압의 크기가 크고 폭이 짧은 경우보다 크기가 작고 폭이 긴 경우에 대해 향상된 특성을 보였다. The purpose of this study is obtaining an injection condition(pulse height and pulse width) to improve memory retention in the fabricated nonvolatile MNOS memory devices by investigating the memory charge injection and the memory retention characteristics with the injection condition. The switching characteristics with the injection condition of nonvolatile MNOS memories with 23Å oxide and 530Å nitride was measured, which is used to examine the memory charge injection characteristics by the best fitting a previously injection models(modified Fowler-Nordheim tunneling, trap-assisted tunneling and direct tunneling). The memory retention characteristics with the injection condition and the injection condition for the improvement of the memory retention characteristics were investigated. As a result, trap-assisted tunneling and modified Fowler-Nordheim tunneling dominated for the pulse height 14V∼20V, 22V∼26V, respectively. Direct tunneling and trap-assisted tunneling dominated short pulse width below 100ms and long pulse width 100ms∼100sec, respectively. The memory trap density within the nitride was 7.85×10^(25)m^(-3), the trap level was 0.45eV from the lower conduction band and the tunneling time constant τ_(0) was 4.98×10^(-13)sec. The decay rate had a tendency to increase for longer pulse width and larger pulse height. For less than 10V of initial flatband voltage shift(ΔV_(FBi)) the decay rate was not changed but above 10V it was increased rapidly. The retention characteristics was improved for lower pulse height and longer width than inverse conditions in the same initial flatband voltage shift.

        The goal of this research is to encourage the high school students' reading efficiency and interest to increase academic performance and ability by using the schemata and their experiences as a way of improving reading competence and holding the meaningful context in the materials. The researcher wanted to confirm that the use of student's background and schema have connection with changing attitude of students' reading comprehension, and set up the schemes for the application of meaningful context. Prior to examination, the researcher implemented before-questions about what is difficult and what is needed to learners, and then made comparison and analysis between before-research and after-research by various materials and foundations related to this research. First, this researcher intended to certify the difference between two groups of students; first group students' method is about being taught of grammar and explanation of centered of teacher, that is, Bottom up reading process; second group students' method is as to being taught of using the reader's background and schema, and selecting meaningful context words, ,i.e, Top down reading process. Second, this researcher wanted to know what are drawbacks and problems in the process of using backgrounds and top down reading process. Third, this researcher wanted to know the effect of Top down reading process in the expert knowledge without background information of the first sentence. Testing process is about the students of similar grades and learn settings. For the objectivity of testing process, researcher depended on a statistical analysis, and excluded private views as much as possible. The result of this research has been formed as follow. First, teacher should not cut into the reading process in order to tune, adjust, manipulate the new advent vocabularies in the meaningful context students themselves alone. Teacher is just to be helper in the reading process. Second, Teacher should guide the words meaning for the students not to bring the bias and a fixed idea into mind. Third, teacher should use the separated teaching methods between the bottom up reading process and top down reading process in order not to confuse the context comprehension. Lastly, teachers should require attention in choosing the reading materials of professional, abstract, analytical reading sources. On the basis of research results, I hope to help teachers and students get the more interest of reading comprehension and the effective teaching and learning in the process of reading materials and testing exams.
