사이버 쇼핑몰의 정황정보(context)제공이 고객의 항해행태와 편리성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구
본 연구는 사이버 쇼핑몰에서 고객이 편리하게 항해를 하면서 상품정보를 탐색하고 주문을 할 수 있는 링크구조 설계에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 링크구조는 크게 기본링크와 부가적 링크로 구분되는데 고객이 길을 잃지 않고 편리한 항해를 하기 위해서는 부가적 링크가 실제 세상에서처럼 적절한 정황정보(context)를 제공하도록 설계가 되어야 한다. 정황정보는 크게 공간적인 정황을 제공해주는 조망링크(spatial context link)와 사용자가 현재까지 항해한 경로를 알려주는 경로링크(temporal context link)로 분류될 수 있는데, 본 연구에서는 이 두 가지 정황정보를 제공해주는 부가적 링크가 실제 사용자의 항해과정에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 이에 따라 사용자가 느끼는 항해의 편리성은 어떻게 영향을 받는지를 분석하였으며 궁극적으로 효과적인 링크구조를 개발하는데 기초를 제공하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구는 연구방법으로 실험용 쇼핑몰을 구축한 후 개인실험을 실시하여 피험자의 동시조서 자료(verbal data)와 서버상의 로그 데이터(log data) 및 사후 설문서를 수집하여 이를 분석하였다. 분석결과 조망링크 및 경로링크가 각각 제공되었을 때 사용자가 느끼는 항해의 편리성이 증가하였고 두 정황정보 링크가 함께 제공되었을 때는 항해의 편리성이 더욱 증가하는 효과가 나타났다. 이를 설명하기 위해 실제 피험자의 항해행태를 GOMS 모델링을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 피험자는 원하는 상품을 구매하는 과정에서 다양한 goal을 접하게 되는데 이를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 이용되는 정황정보 링크의 우선순위가 달라짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 조망링크로 이동가능한 범위 내에서는 조망링크가 우선적으로 사용되고 조망링크로 이동이 불가능한 거리에서는 경로링크가 우선적으로 사용됨으로써 두 정황정보 링크간에 상호 보완적인 관계가 나타났다. 즉, 각각의 다양한 상황에서 피험자들은 가장 효율적인 정황정보 링크를 사용하여 불필요한 중간단계 노드의 항해를 줄이고 이에 따라 사용자가 느끼는 항해의 편리성이 증가함을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 의의는 실제 사용자의 항해과정을 이해하였다는 점과 각각의 상황에 적합한 정황정보를 제공해주는 링크를 제시함으로써 효과적인 링크구조를 설계하는데 기초를 제공해주었다고 할 수 있다. This study focuses on the link structure of cyber shopping mall which enables customers to conveniently navigate, search product information, and purchase an item. The link structure consists of basic links and add-on links. Unlike basic links determined by the node structure, add-on links should be designed to provide customers with context information and thus convenient navigation. Context-based links can be categorized into spatial context links which show the site structure of a cyber shopping mall and temporal context links which list a user's historical path. The study analyzed how two kinds of context links have an influence on users' navigation process and then perceived convenience of navigation. To prove the causality of context links to the convenience of navigation, the study executed individual experiments and collected verbal protocol and log data, which were used as data of navigation process. The result shows that both spatial and temporal context links have a positive effect on the convenience of navigation. Moreover, when both context links were provided, the convenience increased significantly. To justify the statistical result, the study modeled the process of subjects' navigation pattern using GOMS modeling method. The model represents that subjects use both links complementarily according to the distance of spatial context links. That is, if the target node is within the range of spatial context links, subjects prefer to use them. If the distance of the target node is beyond the range of spatial context, subjects select temporal context links. As a result, subjects used both links effectively to shift to a target node and reduced unnecessary navigation among mid-level category in formation, which results in the increase of convenience of navigation. The implication of this study that it modeled users' navigation process itself and that it provides the basis of effective design of link structure for cybershopping malls.

본 연구에서는 가속 이온 빔을 사용하는 공명핵 반응 [��(���,αγ)���반응과 ���(P, αγ)���반응]을 개발. 개선시켜서 전자재료중의 수소와 불소를 고정도로 분석하였다. 1) 기억소자에 사용되는 자성 garnet [(YSmLuGd)��FeGa)����?�주입시 킨 수소를 ��(���N, αγ)��� 핵반응을 이용 분석하여 유효 이방성의 변화(△Hk) 와의 관계를 명확하게 하고 Ar plasma 처리에 의한 △Hk의 증가 메카니즘을 구명했다. 2)���(P,αγ)��� 핵반응분석에 의해서는 SiO��Si 계면에서의 불소의 분포와 정 량분석하여 불소의 열확산메카니즘과 결함 분포와의 관계를 밝혔다.
