우체국 국제특송서비스(EMS) 경쟁력 제고방안에 관한 연구

우체국 국제특송서비스의 경쟁력을 제고하기 위하여 외국의 물류업체와 국내의 물류업체의 사례를 분석하여 우체국의 특송에 대한 문제점을 파악하여 종사원의 설문조사를 통하여 경쟁력 제고방안을 제시함 Increase in electronic commercial transactions under recent development of IT industry have been brought Express Mail Service market expansion and multi-national companies such as DHL have been expanding their market worldwide. However, Korea Post's Express Mail Service services which managed by government are unable to cope with fast changing market environment. To survive through competition with multi-national express delivery companies, it is urgent to deliberate plan to raise competitive power of Korea Post using organizations and people which are strongest power of Korea Post. In this paper, I suggest Korea Post to establish a department which exclusively manages international express delivery, to centralize by utilizing national-wide 25 Post mail center as wide area net and to avoid coarse management through distribution system establishment, special labor fostering and diversified marketing strategies.
