독서치료 프로그램이 초등학생의 분노 감소 및 부모와의 유대관계에 미치는 효과
본 연구의 목적은 독서치료 프로그램이 초등학생의 분노 감소 및 부모와의 유대관계에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 천안시에 위치한 초등학생 16명을 대상으로 11회기에 걸쳐 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 연구자가 구성한 독서 치료프로그램을 실시하였다. 측정도구는 Spielberger와 그의 동료들(1985)이 제작한 분노 척도와 Parker, Tupling과 Brown(1979)이 제작한 것을 이은희(1999)가 사용한 부모와 자녀간의 유대척도를 사용하여 사전-사후 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 프로그램을 통해 이루어졌다. 실험집단과 통제집단의 동질성을 확인하기 위하여 t-검정을 실시하였고 집단간의 점수 차이를 알아보기 위해 공분산 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 연구자가 설계한 독서치료 프로그램이 아동의 전체분노감 감소에 있어 유의미한 결과를 보이지는 않았지만 분노 하위 척도인 분노조절과 분노 표출에 있어서는 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부모-자녀간의 유대관계에 있어서도 유의미한 결과가 나타나지는 않았지만, 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 사후 평균치가 매우 낮아져 유대관계가 증진되었음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 독서치료 과정을 분석한 결과를 통해서도 아동들의 분노감 감소 및 분노조절 그리고 부모와의 유대감이 증가를 확인 할 수 있었다. The purpose of this research is to inquire into the influence bibliotherapy program on decrease of elementary school students’ anger and bond with their parents. It conducted bibliotherapy program, which was designed by researcher, for 11 times on 16 elementary school students in Cheonan who were divided into 2 groups of experimental group and control group. The research methods consist of ‘State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory’of Spielberger and his associates(1985) and parental bonding instrument, which was modified by Lee Eun Hee(1999) from the original parental bonding instrument of Parker, Tupling, Brown (1979), with surveys before and after the research. The data was analyzed by SPSS program. T-test was conducted to figure out homogeneity of experimental group and control group, and ANOCOVA (Analysis of covariance) was conducted to figure out score gap between the groups. Although bibliotherapy program designed by researcher didn’t show significant result in terms of decreasing anger of children, but it generated a positive effect in some subscales of anger including anger control and anger expression. Moreover, even though there was no significant result in bonding between parents and children, experimental group showed lower average score after the test compared to control group, which means enhancement of bonding between them. In addition, the analysis result obtained during bibliotherapy process also shows decrease of children’s anger and their enhanced bond with the parents.
