        Fresh noodles were manufactured used for blended flour of wheat flour and sodium starch phosphate(SSP). Treating amount of SSP in blended flour was 0∼30%(w/w). Increase of amount of sodium starch phosphate was proportioned with adding amount of saline solution in dough forming process and shortened of cooking time. In the case of specific gravity in all fresh noodles was 1.250. Water absorption and volume expansion added SSP 30% were better than the others, but water soluble solid matters content was the highest level. The suitable treating amount of SSP was about 10%(w/w). In the other hand, predicted shelf-life of fresh noodles was determined by bacterial count, development of off-flavor and development of moldiness. In the case of the best suitable item predicted shelf-life was bacterial count. Treating effect of SSP during storage period at 25℃ was expected to prolong 2∼3 days. These effects were appeared during storage period at 4℃ prolong about 9 days, relatively. Suitable treating amount of SSP in predicted shelf-life was 20%(w/w) level.

        This study was to provide basic information to introduce "gifted children's science educational program" in middle school. This study investigated and analysed the need and the institutional content of "gifted children's science educational program" in middle school. The data were collected from students and scientific teachers who were involved "gifted children's science educational program" of Chonnam province. The results were as follow: Most of science teachers in middle school have agreed with the necessity of preschool education and the special education for gifted children. They also considered the proper guidance program to the gifted. However, most of schools have not provided programs for gifted children due to lack of the program and teacher's excessive work. "Gifted children's science educational Program" was required in both national and individual aspects. In the national aspect, the educational program for the gifted would have the possibility of making the high value of information for international competition. On the other hand, by developing their latency it would help them evoke self-realization. Many gifted students have complained about the club activities ignoring their aptitudes and interests. They represented their opinions that the school education does not provide the chance to develop their abilities in math and science. Thus the school should offer the education programs with high quality to stimulate their creative thinking. Gifted students want to take special classes which are designed to accelerate their grades and to facilitate their competence. For that reason, educational programs for gifted children" should be implemented in regular schools to enhance their possibility. Professional division for "gifted children's science educational program" should be set in the Ministry of Education and the Office of Education in order to guide incumbent teachers how to teach the gifted, and in order to administrate training programs for incumbent teachers.

        Power plant has succeeded in mastering the technology and can now operate the flue gas desulfurization system on its own. At the moment power plant is operating the flue gas desulfurization system with the technological know-how and strives to improve its environmental performances In this thesis, the corrosion origin of heating element for desulfurization system in power plant is analyzed schematically. And so, the effectiveness of the optimal coating method against corrosion about the heating element for desulfurization system is assured through experiment.
