식이제한과 운동 트레이닝이 흰쥐의 에너지 대사와 체성분에 미치는 영향
This study investigated the effect of food restriction combine with endurance exercise training on lipogenic enzymes activities and resting energy expenditure in female rats. Fourty Sprague-Dawley female rats 10 wk of age were grouped as CN-SED, CN-EX, FR-SED, and FR-EX in the present study. The CN continued to receive the average amount of meal and water ad libitum. FR was restricted 70% of CN intake. Exercise training was gradually increased as 8% incline, 28 m/min, 30 min/d, and 5d/wk for 9 wks. Resting energy expenditure (REE), serum glucose, free fatty acid (FFA), insulin and lipogenic enzymes, malic enzyme (ME), glucose-6- phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) activities, were analyzed. Body fat accumulation in abdomen was significantly lower in FR than CN (p<.05). Carcass fat showed lower accumulation in FR than CN (p<.05). REE during 6 h of pre and postprandial was shown in Fig. 3. FR-SED was significantly lower energy expenditure 2-4 h after the meal (p<.05). CN-EX was significantly higher 1 h after the meal than FR-SED (P<.05). FR and/or exercise training affected preprandial REE. Lipogenic enzymes, G6PD, ME, were significantly higher in FR-EX than the other groups (p<.05). This result suggesting that FR and/or exercise training increased lipogenic enzyme activity, especially with exercise training, even though body fat was reduced.

박물관·미술관교육과 연계한 중학교 미술교육의 활용 방안 연구

The capability to appreciate and criticize has been considered very important in Middle School Education, so have the educational roles of museums and art galleries - developing programs for kids, parents and teens - and the programs should be the medium through which museums and galleries can meet the various needs and play specific functions. This thesis was aimed at drawing up plans for middle school art classes to enhance the power of observation, intuition and expression through substantial learning experiences; presenting feasible ways such as developing lesson plans connected with museums and galleries and applying them to the class. As a result of study, learning art connected with museums and galleries can help students to experience the creative work process; can enable them to discover the traditional art values in the historical contexts; and can help them to have an eye for a good sense of beauty, aesthetical attitudes. In order to relate the museums and galleries education with Middle school Art systematically and consistently, first of all, it is required to develop programs which can be merged in the school curriculum. It is also advisable to utilize local cultural assets. Second, some aspects of contents and methods, programs should include professional and special activities more efficient than those held inside school; can be the field for mutual understandings and cultural exchanging. Taking advantage of museums and galleries, experience-study programs connected with school can be a practical alternative to make up for the weak points in school curriculum. The programs should be with philosophy and educational path so that they can help extend the meaning of experience to hands on experience with school Third, in terms of operating system, there are some qualifications to be made. It is beneficial to cultivate the professional work force who charge museum education. Curators should be well informed on school in general and with expert knowledge about exhibition and with plenty of experiences in dealing with middle school students. A grade-unit visit, a usual practice, has turned out having several problems in security and viewer's attitude. Therefore, school teachers should perceive the necessity of a class-unit visit and be accustomed to it. Pre-training for learners should be done and school art classes are related to diverse and significant level education programs. Through these efforts and changes, Museums and Galleries will be reborn as a place that anyone wants to visit over and over again not just one-time visit. 국문초록 중학교 미술과 교육과정에서 감상능력과 비평능력이 점차 중시되면서, 최근박물관과 미술관은 학부형과 어린이, 청소년 관람객들을 상대로 한 교육프로그램의 개발 등, 그 교육적 기능이 더욱 활성화되고 있다. 이에 박물관? 미술관도 변화된 문화 환경 속에서 보다 다양하고 구체적인 교육적 기능과 역할을 담당해야 하는 시대적 요구에 직면해 있다. 이를 위해, 본고에서는 박물관 미술관과 학교교육의 연계성을 살펴보고 박물관?미술관(일부)의 탐방을 실시하여 중학교 미술 교육이 이론에만 치중되지 않고 실질적인 체험학습을 통해 관찰력, 직관력, 표현력을 높이는 방안을 구안하고자하였다. 연구의 결과, 박물관?미술관을 연계한 미술 교육을 통해 창조적 작업과정을 경험할 수 있고 과거 현재 미래의 맥을 이어주는 전통미술의 가치를 발견하고 주변 세계의 아름다움을 느끼고 향유할 수 있는 심미적 태도를 육성할 수 있으며 박물관 미술관을 연계한 중학교 미술수업의 학습지도안을 개발 적용함으로서 교육현장에서 바로 적용 할 수 있는 창의적이고 경험적인 유의미한 미술교육이 실현될 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 박물관?미술관교육과 중학교 미술교육이 체계적이고 지속적으로 연계하기 위하여 첫째, 현실적으로 가장 먼저 개발되어야 할 것은 학교와 연계할 수 있는 박물관 미술관 프로그램이며 박물관?미술관프로그램을 교육과정과 잘 융합될 수 있는 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다. 또한 박물관?미술관 견학과 문화재 탐방을 통해 지역의 미술자료와 문화재를 적극 활용해야 할 것이다.둘째, 교육 내용 및 방법 면에서 교육 내용은 학교에서 하기 힘든 전문적이고 특별한 활동을 체계적으로 조직·구성하고, 체험활동 프로그램을 개발하여 지역사회 내 구성원들의 문화공간과 소통의 장이 되기 위한 우수한 교육프로그램의 개발 또한 중요하다. 박물관과 미술관의 장점을 살린 보다 체계적이고 심화된 학교연계 체험학습 프로그램은 학교 교육의 부족함을 보완하고 해결해 줄 수 있는 현실적인 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다. 의도적인 교육방향과 철학이 존재하여 체험의 의미를 확장·심화할 수 있는 직접 체험식 학교연계 박물관·미술관 교육 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.셋째, 운영 방법 면에서 사전교육을 실시하고 다양하고 수준 높은 교육 프로그램을 미술수업과 연계하여 운영하는 것이다. 전시에 대한 전문지식과 아울러 중학생의 특성과 흥미, 학교 운영에 대해 교육 받은 전문 큐레이터가 필요하다. 관람태도, 안전문제 등의 많은 문제의 근원이 되는 학년단위 체험학습 관행을 지양하고 교사들 스스로도 학급단위 체험학습의 필요성을 인지하고 익숙해질 필요가 있으며 박물관·미술관에서도 다양하고 수준 높은 프로그램을 운영하여 일회성 방문이 아닌 계속 찾고 싶은 체험학습 장소로 거듭나야 할 것이다.이상의 연구 결과를 통해 중학교 미술 교사로서 생생한 현장 목소리를 바탕으로 살펴본 박물관·미술관 체험학습의 문제점과 활용 방안을 모색하고 박물관?미술관 교육과 연계한 교육 프로그램 개발 및 운영에 적극 반영하여 중학교 미술교육에 활용 보완하고 박물관?미술관과 지역사회 그리고 문화예술교육의 공교육 혁신을 선도해 나가기를 기대한다.
