1. Necessity for study This study has been made both through a few books and questionares. From the books, i adopted the matters of the In-Service Education and the vearious views of education. I also could find many problem in their views and tried to solve them with the data from questionnaires. This study, therefore, can be said to have used both the book-research and case study. As the inservice study intends the concrete of practical results in the abstract performance pursuing the human refinement, it must be equiped wih incentive system to aim at selfrealization for self-production in order to accomplish purpose of inservice study. But because the used inservice study is governmental regulative study or directional study, it didn't accomplish selfrealization for self-production, so the degree of formal participation. Though the present inserve study education is no less important than the previous education of position, the study of the latter has been actively evolved but the study of the former has not been much, therefore, the need to be established a plan to develope the inservice teacher's ability is seriously required. 2. Purpose of Study As education is the very thing that brings up children and youth. It follows that education is the backbone of the rehabilitation of the country, and teachers are the fighters who try to achieve the national prosperity. The purpose of this study is aimed at:first, presenting theoretical basis to the necessity of study by anlyzing the theory of study: second, considering the perception of teachers and school managers concerning the present inservice study and the resistance in the course of study, demonstrating improvmnts. 3. Contents of Study This contents of the study is examinations and analyses about the necessity, the time, the frequency of inservice study in school, the method and the contents of inservice study in school, the degree of contribution, factors of obstacle, the qualification of teacher and the interests of administrator's. 4. Conclusions of Study Through this study, I found out many teachers who have good and eminent views of education, and analyzing their views of the Inservice education: First, as the actual problems have been derived from present post, the necessity of inservice study is seriously felt by the most teachers. Second, it shows that the inservice study must be practiced to recognize the values of study, to compose the atmosphere, the environment and the will to be voluntarily practice. third, becatuseo of two heavy lesson and office, lack of time as the factors of obstacle, it is to be seen that administrative assistance and diminution of office are must be performed. Fourth, th organizations of inservice study were variously indicated, but it is a little insufficient state whether the arganization base on the concrete contents of study or not. Fifth, it is very desirable state that affirmative response is apperaed more than 85.8% about general opinion on the inservice study. All the educational inservice study, therefore, should be carried out by the teachers who have the right views of education and love of education itself.

국내 중소기업의 4차 산업혁명 적응장애 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 국내 중소기업들이 4차 산업혁명에 대해 갖고 있는 인식과 그 파생 기술의 실제 활용 현황을 알아보고 만약 국내 중소기업이 새로운 기술을 받아들이는데 겪는 어려움의 분석을 통해 국내 중소기업의 4차 산업혁명 대비 효율적 전략 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구를 위한 자료 수집은 문헌 연구와 12개 중소기업의 운영 및 실무자를 대상으로 한 심층 인터뷰를 통해 진행 되었다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 중소기업이 4차 산업혁명의 산물을 제대로 활용하기 위해선 기업 외부의 도움이 필요하다. 국내 중소기업의 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인식 정도가 나쁘지 않기에 정부의 적극적인 교육과 행정적인 지원이 필요하다. 정부의 적절한 교육과 행정은 국내 중소기업이 4차 산업혁명에 효과적으로 대응하기 꼭 필요한 부분 이라 사료된다. 둘째, 국내 중소기업 내부에서 스스로 혁신을 할 재량을 갖춰야 한다. 심층인터뷰를 통한 국내 중소기업 관계자들의 얘기론 국내 산업구조 상 중소기업은 스스로 혁신을 하여 대기업의 그림자 밖에서 새로운 시장에 진출 할 염두를 갖기 힘들다 하였다. CSO나 장기적인 플랜을 스스로 세워서 내부로부터 혁신을 일으켜야만 세계적으로 산업계의 지축을 흔들고 있는 4차 산업혁명을 효과적인 방법으로 대응할 수 있을 것이라 보인다.

자유 탐구 활동을 위한 수평 잡기 프로그램 개발 및 적용

본 연구의 목적은 자유 탐구 활동을 위한 수평 잡기 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구자는 외줄타기를 통해 수평 잡기 원리를 이해하고 탐구할 수 있도록 여러 가지 자료를 수집하고 직접 실험하면서 프로그램을 개발하였다. 수평 잡기 프로그램은 기본 단계 2가지, 보충 단계 4가지, 심화 단계 2가지 모두 8개의 프로그램으로 구성하였다. 기본 단계는 2가지 탐구 활동으로 구성하였다. 보충 단계는 외줄타기 인형을 만들어 수평 잡기를 하는 4가지 탐구 활동으로 구성하였다. 보충 단계에서 학생 활동은 장대의 무게, 길이, 각도 그리고 장대 길이와 무게의 관계는 수평 잡기를 할 때 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 과정으로 구성하였다. 심화 단계는 2가지 탐구 활동으로 구성하였다. 수평을 잡는 데 미치는 요인들이 서로 어떤 영향을 주고받는지 알아보는 과정으로 구성하였다. 프로그램은 울산시 소재 B 초등학교 5, 6학년 91명 학생들에게 총 16차시로 과학 체험 학습 주간과 재량 활동 시간을 활용하여 적용하였다. 기본 단계는 개별 활동으로 진행하였고 심화 단계는 모둠별 활동으로 진행하였으며, 보충 단계는 개별 활동과 모둠별 활동을 함께 실시하였다. 수평 잡기 프로그램에 대한 학생들의 인식을 활동지로 분석한 결과 수평 잡기 프로그램은 학생들에게 흥미 있었고 학생들의 수평 잡기에 대한 과학 개념 형성에도 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다.

모 자동차사 정비 작업자들의 업무능력 증진을 위한 WAI 적용에 관한 연구

고령인구가 증가하면서 최근에는 경제활동 욕구를 가지고 있는 고령인력을 적절히 활용하여 고령자의 복지문제를 해결하고자 하는 것이 부각되고 있다. 우리나라의 고령인구 비중은 2000년에 7.2%에 달하여 고령화 사회에 진입하였으며, 19년 후인 2019년에 전체 인구의 14.4%가 고령인구인 고령사회로 접어들게 되었다. 우리나라에서 고령자가 직업을 갖고 업무를 수행하는 것은 이제 극히 자연스러운 일이며 이에 따라 고령 노동자들의 노화에 따른 업무능력 감소를 조기에 인식하여 사전에 업무능력 향상을 위한 조치가 필요하게 되었다. Work Ability Index는 업무능력 평가를 위한 설문서로 핀란드의 Institute of Occupational Health에서 개발하였고, 노동자가 업무를 얼마나 잘 수행할 수 있는지를 측정하는 지수이며 Work Ability Index를 이용하면 도움이 필요한 노동자와 근무환경을 조기에 발견, 가까운 미래에 나타날 노동능력의 장애를 예측하고 업무능력의 향상에 주안점을 두고 관리할 수 있다 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라에도 Work Ability Index를 도입하여 노동자의 건강 관리 자료로 이용하고 Work Ability Index측면에서 업무능력을 평가 후 고령 노동자의 업무능력 향상을 꾀함에 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 핀란드의 업무능력지수 설문지를 활용하여 모 자동차 정비업체의 업무능력지수를 측정하고 업무능력지수와 작업환경, 업무능력지수와 작업조건간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 1. 작업자의 연령과 업무능력지수는 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 업무능력지수와 작업환경, 작업형태의 상관관계가 큰 것으로 나타나 업무능력지수가 저조한 작업자가 있는 사업장에서는 작업장의 인간공학적 개선, 관리적 개선을 통하여 작업환경 및 작업조건을 향상시켜 고령작업자의 업무능력향상에 도움을 주어야할 것이다. 이상의 결과에서 볼 때 고령작업자의 업무능력 향상을 위해서 사업장에서는 작업순환, 작업교대, 휴식시간 등의 관리적 방안이 필요하고, 인간공학적 개선을 통해 작업환경, 작업조건 등의 공학적 개선이 시행되어야 할 것이다. With the increase in the aged population, giving more job opportunities to old people has been emerged as one of the solutions to the old people welfare problems. In Korea, the percentage of the aged population was about 7.2 percent in 2002, indicating the transition of an aging society. The percentage is expected to be increased to 14.4 percent in 2019. Nowadays it is often found that aged people have their own job. Therefore, it became necessary to identify early the decrease in occupational ability due to their old ages. Work Ability Index is a questionnaire developed by the Institute of Occupational Health in Finland to assess work ability. The index allows measuring how well a worker can perform his or her job. In other words, it can be used to identify help-needing workers, to expect when their work ability will significantly decrease, and to manage them especially for their work ability improvement. This study was conducted to assess and ultimately improve the work ability of workers by applying the Work Ability Index to the health management for Korean workers. The Work Ability Index was used to assess the work ability of workers in a motor service company and then the correlations between the work ability and the working environment and conditions were analyzed. The work ability was found to have no correlation with workers’ ages. It was, however, shown that the work ability was significantly correlated with the working environment and the working type, indicating that it would be necessary to provide ergonomic and administrative controls for the workplace in order to improve the working environment and conditions and subsequently their work ability. To improve the work ability of aged workers, in conclusion, it would be necessary to provide the administrative control for job rotation, job shift, and break time, and to create more ergonomically sound working environment and conditions.
