사회 교과 연구회를 위한 웹 기반 심화ㆍ보충형 수준별 학습 시스템

본 연구에서는 7차 교육과정의 시행에 따라 사회과에 적용되는 심화ㆍ보충형 수준별 교육과정에 대하여 고찰하고 군 지역 단위로 조직된 사회 교과 연구회가 운영하는 웹 기반 심화ㆍ보충형 수준별 학습 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현한 시스템의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시스템이 학습자에게 수준에 맞는 교육내용을 제공함으로 수준별 교육과정을 효율적으로 운영할 수 있다. 둘째, 군 지역을 단위로 조직된 교과 연구회가 시스템을 운영함으로 교육과정의 지역화가 가능하다. 셋째, 웹 기반 학습으로 학습 시간과 학습자 수의 제한이라는 교실 수업의 단점을 보완하였다. 넷째, 교사들의 역할 분담 및 공동 연구로 학습 내용의 질적 향상을 도모하고 교사들의 업무부담을 줄일 수 있다. In this system, an in-depth and supplementary differentiated curriculum applied for social studies is considered and a web-based, in-depth supplementary differentiated learning system is operated by voluntary teacher's association (that is a society for research of the social curriculum). This is composed of regional groups realized according to the seventh curriculum. The characteristics of the system are as follows. 1. The differentiated curriculum can be effectively administered, because the system provides learners with education suitable for the student's academic achievements. 2. A curriculum suitable for the regional characteristics is possible, because the system is operated by a regional teacher' association. 3. With web-based Instruction, the limits of both learning time and student numbers which are drawbacks in classroom teaching will diminish. 4. It will be possible to raise the quality of education and to decrease work loads of instructors via a more effective role and joint research in social studies.
