한글초록 중국기업의 국제화 경영전략에 관한 연구 우석대학교 경영행정문화대학원 경영학과 경영전략 전공 무 진 로 천 본문은 글로벌기업 국제화 이론에 입각하여 중국 기업의 국제화 현황을 분석하였으며 외향형 국제화와 내향형 국제화 양방향에서 해외 수출의 기본 특징, 해외투자의 기본 특징 및 중국 기업 국제화 문제 등 중국 기업 국제화 특성을 총괄하였다. 기업 국제화는 WTO가입 후 중국 대기업의 필연적인 선택이었다. 첫째, 국내 경쟁이 날로 치열해지고 둘째, WTO가입 후 기업 국제화는 각종 무역 장벽 해소, 해외 수출 시장 보호에 도움이 되기 때문이다. 또한 WTO의 틀 안에서 지역경영협력으로 인해 국제화가 기업의 무역 전환 이익을 극복하는 중요 수단이 되었다. 본문은 이론연구를 기초로 실천사례 연구에 중점을 두었다. 해외 글로벌 기업의 국제화 경험을 참고하여 하이얼, 콩카 등 중국 대기업의 성공적인 국제화 방법을 자세히 분석했다. 이론과 실천을 결합한 분석연구를 기초로 하여 중국 기업 국유화 경영과 관리에 대한 다음과 같은 의견을 제시한다. 우선 관념 변화가 필요하고, 정책 지원이 뒷받침 되어야 하며 기업국유화 정책과 시장 전략에 대한 심도 깊은 이해를 통해 정확한 선택을 내려야 한다. 본문의 말미에 중국 기업의 실제 상황에 입각한 국제화 방법에 대해 실행 가능한 제안과 조치를 제시하였다. And has put forward the question existing in enterprise internationalization of our country on the basis of this. After being directed against the accession to the WTO of our country, the environmental impact on enterprise of our country and challenge of international economy, The author thinks that the enterprise internationalization is the inevitable choice of the large-scale enterprise after the accession to the WTO of our country :First, it is becoming fiercer to compete at home; The enterprise internationalization, help to top various kinds of trade barriers after seconding, join WTO, Protect the foreign expot market; Moreover, area integrate frame organization of economic relations make and internationalize and develop WTO.
