본 연구는 초등학생의 체육수업몰입이 정서지능에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도 A지역의 6개 초등학교 5~6학년 512명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 24 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 일원배치 분산분석(one-way ANOVA), 상관분석(correlation analysis), 표준중다회귀분석(standard multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 이 연구방법과 절차를 통해 분석한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 체육수업 몰입능력과 정서지능에는 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있다. 체육수업 몰입능력과 정서지능 정서조절 요인에서는 남학생이 높은 수준을 나타냈다. 또한, 학년이 올라감에 따라 체육수업 몰입능력은 낮아지는 결과를 보였다. 둘째, 초등학생의 체육수업 몰입능력과 정서지능 간에는 부분적인 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 체육수업 몰입능력 내 자기목적몰입은 정서지능의 모든 요인과 상관관계를 나타내고 있으나 도전의지몰입은 감정이입, 정서조절, 정서이해 요인에서만, 수업내용몰입은 감정이입, 정서표현 요인에서만 상관관계를 나타냈다.

축제는 지방자치제 출범에 따라 지역의 가치를 알리는데 발전을 거듭해왔다. 축제는 지역의 홍보와 더불어 관광객 유입을 통한 지역경제 활성화와 일자리 창출과 지역소비 활성화 등의 효과로 축제는 운영의 시대에서 축제 경영의 시대로 변화하고 있다. 하지만 대부분 축제는 보조금으로 지원되는 예산의 한계와 축제 운영 조직의 한정된 인력만으로는 축제 개최가 불가능하다. 이에 대부분의 축제를 자원봉사자 운영으로 개최되는 실정으로, 축제 경영의 도입을 통해 축제 자원봉사자 운영방안 모색이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구로 축제 문화자원봉사 운영 전략의 축제 경영 효율화 영향에 미치는 중요한 요소를 파악하고, 축제 경영 효율화를 위한 축제 문화자원봉사 운영 전략을 제시한다. 당해 연구는 문헌조사와 기초통계 자료로 질적연구와 양적연구를 병행 활용했다. 연구결과 축제 문화자원봉사 운영에 대한 중요도를 순위별로 기술분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 자원봉사자 운영 매뉴얼 구축 (2) 자원봉사 분야별로 각각 모집·선발하여 운영 (3) 자원봉사자에게 체험·행사·공연의 참여·관람 기회를 제공하는 것 순으로 나타났다. 이와 더불어 문화자원봉사 활동을 위한 교육과정에 대한 중요도는 다음과 같다. (1) 안전교육 (2) 관광객(관람객)을 위한 응대교육 (3) 축제 안내를 위해 축제장 구성과 체험 프로그램 순으로 파악되었다. 축제 문화자원봉사 운영에 대한 중요도의 요인분석 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 업무 전문성 (2) 자원봉사자의 지속적 참여 (3) 자원봉사자의 이미지 강화 순으로 파악되었다. 축제 문화자원봉사 활동을 위한 교육과정의 요인분석 결과는 소양교육이 중요한 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구는 축제 문화자원봉사 운영 전략 방안에 관해 이론적 연구와 실증적 접근을 시도하여 시사점을 도출하는 데 의의가 있다고 판단된다. 이번 연구를 바탕으로 축제 현장에서 축제 문화자원봉사자 운영을 통해 축제의 경영 효율화에 도움 될 것이라고 기대한다. As the government started to become more localized, festivals have been constantly developing in order advocate the worth of the local area. As time passed by, the significance of festivals has grown because it not only advertises the area, it also stimulates the local economy. This pushes the trend to focusing more on efficiently managing festivals rather than just operating it. Unfortunately, majority of festivals are constrained by tight budgets earned from grants and limited manpower from organizations. Therefore, it is important to come up with ways to operate and manage festivals effectively by focusing on using volunteer as the main source of manpower. This research proposes to (1) layout strategies for effective festival management focused on incorporating cultural volunteers and (2) identify the main factors for utilizing cultural volunteers that influence the performance of the festival management. This year’s research is conducted mainly through literature reviews and statistical analysis for both qualitative and quantitative research. The following paragraph layouts the strategies by significance for utilizing culture volunteers to bring up the efficiency of festivals. After careful analysis, the proposed strategies are (1) to create a manual for volunteer administration, (2) to recruit volunteers based on their task and field, and lastly (3) to give the volunteers opportunity to experience and attend the festival themselves. Additionally, educating the cultural volunteers are significant as well. The top priorities are given in the following order: (1) safety precautions, (2) how to great and converse with guests, and (3) learning the layout and the activities in the festival to guide the guests. Based on my research, I have concluded that these are the most crucial factors in festival management based on cultural volunteers. The most crucial factor is their expertise in the given task, second is their consistent participation, and lastly is the enhancement of the image of cultural volunteers. The most important factor when it comes to educating the cultural volunteers for effective festival management is to focus on basic skills, knowledge, and mental attitude. I conclude that this research needs further investigation through theoretical and empirical studies for any concrete takeaways for culture volunteer administration strategies for efficient festival management. I anticipate that there will be an improvement of the festival scene overall by increasing the efficiency of festival management through incorporating cultural volunteers into the administration.
