As mentioned so far in this study, as effort will be made to create an effcient and economical system as the EIS can be well applicable to the time of developing and improving a new system - by making a correct understanding of the characteristic and conception of the EIS - for purpose of the implementation and development of a desirable EIS. And, what matters in the embodiment of the EIS is not its theory but how rapidly and accurately the requirements of the management can be provided by the EIS. So, an effort will have to be made to make an accurate grasp of what information the management disire preferentially and implement the EIS that may contribute to the time technique of the management. The EIS will have to enable the management to make their decision with reference to substantial EIS information rather than by means of artificially manipulated information by providing the management with the information generally collected from data in each period information system. Then, there are numerous matters that should be taken into consideration with a view to implementing this EIS, but in the light of our reality and experience in information communications a brief mention could be made as follows: Firstly, one would be able to collect and put to a practical use date from each period information system easily and conveniently . Secondly, the EIS has to be constructed as a system that can cope with the changes in requirement of the management quickly. Therefore, the selection of a tool for developing the EIS would be a very important object of consideration. Thirdly, taking into consideration the characteristics of the management, the EIS has to be easy and convenient to use. For example, when the management use a system, they should be able to use it without consulting the user's manual separately. And the system is a easy-to-handle system to an extent that one can explain its usage to the user in twenty minutes. Fourthly, the management of actual work-sity operations should be allowed to have charge of the works of implementing and supplementing the system. This is why the EIS is a tool for corporate business and can throw light on what information those conversant with the business of the management need. Accordingly, an effort would have to be create an efficient and economical EIS by takining the above considerations into account when the EIS is newly developed and supplemented. And every effort and energy will have to be devoted to making a constant modification of the EIS, thinking of the EIS as an inperfect system that must continue to be reinforced and modified with the change of the corporate environment and the variation of the corporate strategy.
