      • 堀貝殼을 利用한 浚渫土의 重金屬 制擧 效果에 關한 硏究

        본 연구에서는 굴패각과 응집제를 이용하여 준설토의 중금속 제거 효율에 대해 연구하였다. Jar Test를 통해 각각의 응집제의 최적량을 산정하였으며, 탁도를 기준으로 했을때 황산알루미늄, 염화제2철, 황산제2철 각각의 최적량은 50mg/l, 50mg/l, 40mg/l였으며, 탁도제거를 통해 확인된 응집 침전효과는 모두 90%이상이었다. 상등액내 PH는 응집제 주입량 증가로 감소하였으며, 철 망간은 각각 약 70%와 50%의 제거효과를 나타냈다. 최적응집제에 굴패각을 혼합하여 효과를 분석하였는데, 최적 굴패각 함량은 황산 알루미늄, 염화제2철, 황산제2철에 대해 각각 15%, 15%, 10%였으며 염화 제2철에 대한 굴패각의 효과가 가장 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. pH Test 결과 굴패각을 첨가함으로써 pH수치가 낮아지는 것을 방지할 수 있었으며, 철은 약 90%, 망간은 불검출되는 효과를 나타냄으로써 응집보조제 역할 및 중금속 제거효과가 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. Studied about heavy metals exclusion efficiency of dredged soil using coagulant with oyster shell in this research. When calculated the most suitable amount of each coagulant through Jar Test, and based turbidity, 50mg/l, 50mg/l, 40mg/l Yeoteu and confirmed cohesion settlement effect through turbidity exclusion of the Hwangsanalum, Youmhwaje2cheol, Hwangsanje2cheol each most suitable amount was more than all 90%s. Above water PH decreased by coagulant pouring in amount increase, and manganese displayed exclusion effect of each about 70% and 50%. Analyzed effect mixing oyster shell to most suitable coagulant, most suitable oyster shell content was each 15%, 15%, 10% about Hwangsanalum, Youmhwaje2cheol, Hwangsan2cheol and effect of oyster shell for ferric chloride was expose that excel most. Could prevent that become low do pH trick adding pH Test result oyster shell, in season about 90%, manganese fire detection that coagulant aid role and heavy metals exclusion effect excel displaying done effect appear.

        산업사회로의 발전에 따른 용지면적과 사회간접시설의 부족은 대규모 지하굴착과 근접시공을 요구하게 되었으며 굴착시 자주 사용되는 가설토류벽의 벽체거동은 해당 공사장 뿐만아니라 인근 구조물에도 영향을 준다. 이때 벽체거동에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요소는 벽체에 작용하는 횡하중이다. 가설 토류벽에 작용하는 횡하중으로서의 토압은 Terzaghi & Peck 이나 Tschebotarioff등 여러 사람들에 의하여 제안된 이론 또는 경험토압분포등이 있지만 버팀대 설치시 선행하중과 굴착단계별로 변화하는 토압을 정확하게 추정하는 데는 문제점이 있으며 이러한 횡토압 산정에 있어 가장 중요한 것은 토압계수라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내(서울 강남지역) 다층토지반에서 가설토류벽체를 앵커지지방식으로 시공하는 현장을 선정, 계측한 값을 이용하여 Peck 이나 Tschebotarioff의 경험토압과 비교하여 각 지층별, 굴착심도별로 변화하는 토압계수를 추정하였다. 또한, 현장 벽체 변위 계측자료를 이용하여 벽체배면에 작용하는 토압을 몇가지 탄소성 이론에 따라 역으로 산정하고 이들 결과를 탄소성 프로그램에 따라 추정한 결과와 비교 분석하였다. Rapid urbanization and redevelopment of cities require construction of subways and large building with considerable depths in built up areas. Recently has been increased interesting in the applicability of classical earth pressure theories and empirical earth pressure distributions suggested by Peck to the deep excavation in the layered strata including rocks. This study deals with analytical and field behaviour of anchor supports earth retaining walls which have been installed in the layered strata in Kang Nam area, Sourthern part of Seoul. The field measurement data to estimate the earth pressure distributions were compared with Peck's empirical equation and were reviewed by the output of Elasto - Plastic Computer Programs. From the results of the present study. The conclusions are as follows ; 1. The coefficients of earth pressure in the layered strata including rocks are obtained from the field LOADCELL data and the measured coefficients for each layer were 0.225 for the Weathered Rock, 0.19 for the Soft Rock and 0.16 for the Hard Rock. 2. In the case of layered strata like this study area, the measured coefficient value α is 0.14 which was 80% of Peck's value, α = 0.18 based on empirical equation. 3. Application of theoretical earth pressure to rocks may lead to sometimes negative values due the over estimation of rock cohesion. But in actual case considerable pressure exist behind the wall and resulting the wall movement, therefor careful consideration would be required in estimating rock strength coefficient. 4. Special precaution would be required when the measured excessive wall movement beyound the plastic deformation may not be analysed by the Elasto - Plastic Computer Program.

      • 스포츠센터 고객의 이용 만족이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 스포츠센터 고객의 이용 만족이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구는 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기도 지역에 소재한 1500명 이상의 종합체육시설을 갖추고 있는 스포츠센터 3곳을 이용하는 소비자를 대상으로 총 330부를 표본 추출하여, 이 중 3문항 이상 체크하지 않거나 불성실한 설문지를 제외시키고 총 311부의 설문지를 유효표본으로 선정하였다. 이 자료를 가지고 SPSS WIN VER 12.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석 그리고 단순회귀분석을 사용하여 자료처리를 한 후 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 스포츠센터 고객의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 이용만족도는 유의미한 차이가 나지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 재구매 의도와 타인추천의도는 긍정적인 인식을 보였다. 성별에 있어 재구매의도 및 타인추천의도는 여자가 남자보다 높았으며, 연령에 있어 40대 이상 집단에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 교육수준에 있어서는 전문대졸이 가장 높은 수준으로 나타났으며 재구매 의도와 타인추천의도는 대체적으로 학력이 낮은 집단일수록 긍정적인 인식을 보였다. 즉 재구매의도와 타인추천의도는 모두 고졸 집단이 대학원 이상의 집단보다 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 월소득에 있어 재구매의도는 월소득 200-250만원 집단이 가장 높았으며 타인추천의도 역시 월소득 200-250만원 집단이 타 월소득 집단에 비하여 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠센터 고객의 이용 만족도 시설, 지도자, 프로그램은 재구매 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 스포츠센터의 시설, 지도자, 프로그램의 이용 만족도가 높을수록 고객의 재구매의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.. 셋째, 스포츠센터 고객의 이용 만족도 시설, 지도자, 프로그램은 타인추천 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 스포츠센터의 시설, 지도자, 프로그램의 이용 만족도가 높을수록 고객의 타인추천의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims at understanding effects of sports center customers' satisfaction on their intention to repurchase. To achieve this goal, a total of 330 copies were sampled from consumers using three sports centers equipped with comprehensive sports facilities for more than 1500 users in Gyeonggi province then, an effective sample was made with a total of 311 copies with exception of those with over three questions unanswered or with insincere answers. The SPSS WIN VER 12.0 program was used for data processing through frequency analysis and simple regression analysis, consequently obtaining the following results. First, there is no significant difference in sports center customers' satisfaction according demographical properties, with positive intention to repurchase and recommend others to use the center. Females show stronger intention to repurchase and recommend others to use the center than males; those in their forties and over show the highest intention. College graduates show the strongest intention to repurchase and recommend others to use the center generally, the lower academic career, the stronger the intention. In other words, high school graduates show stronger intention both to repurchase and to recommend others to use the center than graduate school graduates. Those who earn 2 to 2.5 million won a month show the strongest intention both to repurchase and to recommend others to use the center. Second, sports center customers' satisfaction, facilities, guides, and programs have positive effects on intention to repurchase. The higher satisfaction with facilities, guides, and programs in a sports center, the stronger intention to repurchase customers show. Third, sports center customers' satisfaction, facilities, guides, and programs have positive effects on intention to recommend others to use the center. The higher satisfaction with facilities, guides, and programs in a sports center, the stronger intention to recommend others to use the center customers show.

      • 리플로우 시간에 따른 Pb-free 솔더합금 접합부에 대한 고온 크리프 물성 평가

        Soldering is very important packaging core technology in bonding process and recently the importance of soldering technology came to the fore. Also, Depending on the trend of miniaturization, lightweight and high performance of electronic devices, mechanical property evaluation is significantly considered such as high temperature creep property of solder joints. According to the environmental policy about previously used Sn-Pb eutectic solder, many research about the Pb-free is studied in the world. In this paper, in order to investigate the high temperature creep property of the solder joints about Sn-Pb eutectic solder and Sn-Ag-(Cu) types Pb-free solder, analyzed high temperature creep behavior using a shear punch-creep test equipment with reflow time(30, 100, 300sec) and various stress(4MPa ∼ 18MPa). Also, this research was observed behavior of intermetallic compound(IMC) that important factor in the creep characteristics and fracture appearance of solder joints after SP-Creep test used to scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy(EDX). As a result, a creep behavior of Sn-Ag-(Cu) types Pb-free solder is more superior to Sn-Pb solder and showed different creep behavior under various solder joints. IMC and creep behavior of the same solder joints was changed according to reflow time.

      • 교수-학습 설계를 위한 멀티미디어 자료 관리도구의 구현

        Multimedia will have potential power as an utmost tool at the field of education in the information society. Multimedia is making use of man's recognition theory on a vast scale. It can deliver many forms of information under the control of computer and it has also peculiarities which can save and carry nature-existing shapes almost like original. Therefore it is appropriate up-to-date educational media that structuralize, conceptualize, shape man's knowledge. To accept education demanded in the information society, letters, sounds, pictures, animation, moving images, various kinds of learning materials, or something should be offered according to learners' demands and needs, and abundant information infra should be done with learners' wanting ways of explanation and ways of contents-deploying. When instructors teach students on the spot, many contents should be given to design teaching contents with variety. Especially handy, standardized, instructional authoring tools which can tie various kinds of contents together should be developed. Thus, the purpose of this paper is that, if teachers have their own knowledge of their major subjects in order to design multimedia teaching-plan easily, multimedia teaching-plan with a database driven management system should be projected and constructed, and the educable authoring tool(designing teaching-program) should be embodied with both standardized, intellectual presentation and an authoring tool for educational materials. Here in this paper the embodied educable authoring tool is called 'Pestalozzi 2000'. Pestalozzi 2000 is a job-aid instructional design program. The Pestalozzi was originally designed as an automated presentation tool that makes teachers feel comfortable in building and managing multimedia materials. With this system, teachers are apt to classify, search and retrieve multimedia resources stored in a database. In addition, Pestalozzi's templates help teachers organize text and audio/video clips in elaborated sequences relevant to their teaching plans. Our system is thus characterized as a multimedia presentation tool with a database-driven management system. Pestalozzi is especially suited for teachers' direct presentations of multimedia materials, using devices such as TVs or projectors in the classrooms. The final part of this paper presents how to modify the ongoing system in the future.

      • Deletion analysis to identify the limits of domains of the α subunit of Escherichia coli DNA polymerase Ⅲ holoenzyme

        DNA Polymerase Ⅲ Holoenzyme은 대장균 염색체 복제의 주된 POLYMERASE로 서 열개의 다른 SUBUNIT들로 구성되어 있고, 그들 각각은 빠르고 지속적인 유 전자 합성을 위해 매우 협조적으로 반응한다. 이 논문의 주된 목적은 유전자 복제에 있어 세개의 SUBUNITS(αε θ) 기능적 역할과 α SUBUNIT의 기능적 DOMAIN 한계를 밝히는데 촛점을 두었다. 세가지 가능한 DNA POLⅢ 형태(α, αε, αεθ)가 초가발현되어 순수한 단백질로 분리정제된 다음, 그들의 기능을 생화학적으로 밝혀졌다. ε과 θ 은 dNTP에 대한 α의 친화력에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않고, 단지 α의 DNA binding에는 약 2배의 영향을 보였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 최고속도에서 유전 자 합성에는 절대적으로 요구됨이 증명되었다. 1160 아미노산으로 구성된, α의 기능적 DOMAIN은 3가지로 나누어졌다. N- terminal 366 아미노산은 DNA 합성에 직접관여 함이 Deletion과 Enzyme kinet ics 연구로 밝혀졌고, C-Terminal 348 아미노산은 Polymerase가 직접 DNA에 부착됨으로서 유전자 복제를 가능하게 하는 τ Subunit 와 매우 강한 반응을 하는 것이 Surface Plasmon Resonance을 이용한 연구에서 나타났고, 중간 부 분의 α Subunit(542-991)은 지속적이고 빠른 유전자 복제를 가능케 하는 β Subunit 와 반응하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. Polymerase active site가 삭제된 α 은 약 20배 높은 β에 대한 친화력을 보였다. 이는 Lagging strand 에서 반 연속적인 유전자 합성을 가능케하는 중요한 단백질 구조변화에 기인함이 증명 되었다. Deletion Analysis to Identify the Limits of Domains of the Polymerase III a Subunit of coli DNA Polymerase III Holoenzyme Thesis directed by Professor Charles S. McHenry. DNA polymerase III holoenzyme, a multisubunit complex, is the major DNA polymerase for Eschen�chia coli chromosomal DNA replication. All subunits of DNA polymerase III holoenzyme act cooperatively to achieve rapid and highly processive DNA synthesis. The goal of my research was to study the roles of polymerase III core subunits (a, a and 9) in DNA replication and to identify the limits of functional domains of the a subunit of DNA polymerase III holoenzyme. Three polymerase forms (a, aa and 0) of DNA polymerase III were overexpressed, purified to homogeneity and characterized. Neither a nor 8 intluenced the affinity of a for dNTPs and only slightly stimulated a binding to DNA substrates, but a was required for maximal and rapid DNA synthesis. The holoenzyme reconstituted with a and z complex synthesized 8.6 kb M13Gori DNA from a single binding event but at a 4-fold slower elongation rate than the holoenzyme reconstituted with a& and z complex. The r-binding domain of a was identified using a series of a proteins deleted either from the N- or C-terminus and fused to a short in vivo biotinylation sequence. All a deletion proteins were immobilized to streptavidin coated BIAcore chips, and r-binding activities to immobilized a deletion proteins were analyzed using surface plasmon resonance. The Ku of the a--z interaction was 70 PM. A deletion of 542 ammo acids from the N-terminus of a produced a protein that still bound r with high affinity. An a protein with 812 ammo acids deleted from the N-terminus showed a substoichiometric interaction with z, suggesting that most of the deletion protein was unfolded and unable to bind 7. A deletion of 48-amino acids from the C-terminus I abolished z-binding activity. The polymerase active site was mapped to the N-terminal 366 amino acids of a. An ct protein with 794 ammo acids deleted from the C-terminus possessed 0.2% polymerase activity compared to wild-type a and showed typical Michaelis-Menten behavior, even though its K,,,(DNAJ was only 3- and 17- fold higher than i wild-type a. A deletion of 60 amino acids from the N-terminus of a abolished polymerase activity. The a-binding site of a was mapped to residues 542 to 991 of the 1160 residue a subunit using gel filtration analysis. A deletion of 542 amino acids from the N-terminus of a produced a protein that possessed 20-fold higher affinity for p than wild-type a. A deletion of 169 amino acids from the C-terminus of a retained P-binding activity, indicating that the P-binding site of a was different from r-binding site. Further deletion of 342 amino acids from the C-terminus abolished p binding.
