        This paper is about an aim of preparing to analyze the building growth by studying the problems and future about the real property market in China. Because the development of the reform of economical system, the private income and the housing finance, the real property market in China has a fast growth recently. Especially the supply and sale of the real property in the market are all greatly increasing. At the same time, the building growth is not balanced. Because the regional investment and supplies of the building of middle and preliminary housing, such as economy housing are insufficient. The other side the investment and supplies of high-level housing are surplus. Namely, investors of the real property in some regions were superheat and the supplied volumes of high-level housing are more increased than the needed volumes in speed. Because of this state, Chinese government formulate some measures to make the real property market more stability in future. But joined to WTO and 3 provinces in northeast development, exposition in Shanghais and so on, from these need we can see that the real property market really had a deep development. At the same time, it has been suggested that the policy of building growth should be vigilantes. Because Chinese real estate association said that if we want to keep the safe standard in the supplied housing, the policy of building should be balanced in the real property. Also, the real property market is still in the step of insufficient supplies and lots of need for the new building are increased in the next few years. According to that, investors of the real property market in China is an indispensable condition to analyze the problems and future about the supplied new building and the legal basis.
