        This study aimed to development of a happiness scale for professional dancers and verify the questionnaire validation. The process of the study was twofold: (a) to develop the happiness questionnaire as relevant to professional dancers; and (b) to test the validation of happiness questionnaire in professional dancers. The participants were 251 undergraduate-level dancers, professional dancers who were played at the Chonbuk province. They submitted responses to some series of questionnaire measuring happiness. we conducted the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to find out construct validity and we conducted cronbach α analysis used by SPSS 22.0 for Windows and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study were as follow: First, The big 5 sub scale of happiness in professional dancers were divided into 5 factor; Performance satisfaction, economic compensation, identification, Achievement, existence. Second, the measuring model of happiness in professional dancers scale has construct and internal validity. what this is means that happiness for professional dancers were appropriate when they were composed of multi-dimension model. Third, the developed questionnaire showed appropriate external validity including convergent and discriminant validity. Therefore, this model was composed of 22 items 5 factors of happiness for professional dancers and could be applied to the dance happiness research. we are discussed specific results in terms of the practical tenets of dancer’s happiness and finally suggested the future direction.

      • 체육교사의 감성적 리더쉽과 학생의 자기결정성 동기가 학생의 행동활성화 및 억제에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of physical education teachers' emotional leadership and students' motivation for self-determination on student behavior activation and inhibition. To this end, participants in middle school physical education classes were set as a population, and 256 data were finally collected by selecting participants in middle school physical education classes in J area as a sample through the convenience sampling method. The collected data were T-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis through SPSS. The results were as follows. First, there were significant differences according to demographic variables such as gender, grade, and perceived exercise level. Second, there was a significant difference in student behavior activation and inhibition according to the teacher's emotional leadership and the student's motivation for self-determination. Third, there was a correlation between the teacher's emotional leadership, the student's motivation for self-determination, and the student's behavior activation and inhibition. Fourth, it was confirmed that the teacher's emotional leadership and the student's motivation for self-determination had a significant effect on the student's behavior activation and inhibition. We discussed the results of this study and finally presented future directions.

      • 중국유학생들의 체육수업 성취목표 성향과 신체적자기효능감 및 학교생활 만족도의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to explore the potential impact of motivation on behavioral outcomes and to validate the relationship among achievement goal orientation, physical self-efficacy, and school life satisfaction of Chinese overseas students physical education. The sample consists of 271 grade college students from a Jeonju. The analysis has been carried out under SPSS WIN 25.0. The statistical techniques used for data processing are the analysis of frequency, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Through the study method and the process of material, we reached the following conclusion. First, there is a significant difference in achievement goal orientation among Chinese students of different genders, with male students significantly higher than female students. The influence of other dimensions is not significant. Second, grade has no significant influence on achievement goal orientation, body self-efficacy and school life satisfaction. Thirdly, there is a very significant correlation between achievement goal orientation and school life satisfaction of college students. There was a significant positive correlation between mastery of goal orientation and body self-efficacy, while there was a negative correlation between performanc avoidance goal orientation and body self-efficacy. Fourthly, the sense of self-efficacy has a positive effect on the satisfaction of school life in the physical education of college students. As the basis of these results, we could confirm that achievement goal orientation and physical self-efficacy are correlated in physical education and play a positive role in school life satisfaction of Chinese overseas students.

      • 여자 고등학교 배드민턴 선수들의 스포츠심리기술훈련 및 상담 적용 사례연구

        이 연구는 배드민턴 선수를 위한 스포츠심리기술훈련 및 상담을 선정하고 현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 대한배드민턴협회와 J 교육청 관내 소속 배드민턴 선수 6명을 대상으로 기초 배경 조사 및 개인 정보 수집, 참여관찰, 심리기술 상태 측정, 심리상담을 통해 구성된 프로그램을 단계별로 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 또한 스포츠심리기술훈련 선정 및 현장 적용을 위하여 연구 참여자의 프로그램 전·후의 변화 양상을 위한 양적 질문지(스포츠 경쟁상태불안 검사지, 스포츠 심리기술 검사지, 한국판 스포츠 수행전략 검사지), 직·간접적 참여관찰, 그리고 스포츠 심리상담에 초점을 맞춘 심층면담 등을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 배드민턴 선수를 위한 스포츠 심리기술훈련의 하위요인은 목표설정, 호흡을 이용한 점진적 이완, 긍정적 심상, 인지재구성(자화), 자신감, 스포츠심리상담, 수행 루틴 영역으로 구성되었다. 이 프로그램은 개별적 심리기술 수준과 특성을 반영하여 현장 기술훈련을 통한 보완과정을 거쳐 각 선수들에게 적용되었으며 본 연구에서 질적 자료 분석과 양적 자료 분석을 실시한 결과에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠심리상담을 통해 시합상황에서 일어나는 불안의 문제점을 도출하였고, 심리기술훈련으로 처치한 결과 불안을 줄이고 자신감 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 심리기술훈련 및 상담은 심리기술(목표설정, 주의집중, 혼잣말, 자신감, 심상 및 이완) 및 경쟁상태불안에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 스포츠 심리기술훈련 및 상담이 심리기술의 하위요인인 자신감, 집중력, 목표설정, 팀 조화, 심상, 의지력, 불안조절에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 스포츠 심리기술훈련 및 상담이 스포츠수행전략의 하위요인인 혼잣말, 컨디션조절, 심상과 목표설정, 긴장풀기, 감정조절에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 종합적으로, 심리기술훈련이 청소년기 배드민턴 선수의 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 현장적용의 가능성을 확인하고 배드민턴 지도자 및 선수들이 체력 및 기술 훈련에만 치중하는 것이 아닌, 심리기술훈련 및 상담에 관심을 갖게 되는 계기가 될 것이다. 또한 효율적인 상담 기법은 기존 선수와 지도자간의 의사소통과 관계개선에 많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to select and apply sports psychology training and counseling for badminton players on site to verify their effectiveness. to this end, the Korea badminton association and six badminton players in the J office of education were verified by applying a program composed of basic background surveys, personal information collection, participation observation, psychological technology status measurement, and psychological counseling step by step. In addition, quantitative questionnaires (sports competition status test papers, sports psychological technology test papers, Korean version of sports strategy test papers), direct and indirect participation observation, and in-depth interview focused on sports psychological counseling were utilized for the selection and application of sports psychology training. According to the study, the sub-factors of sports psychological skill training for badminton players consisted of the areas of goal setting, gradual relaxation using breathing, positive mental image, cognitive reconstruction (autonomy), confidence, sports psychological counseling and performance routine. the program was applied to each athlete through on-site technical training reflecting individual psychological skill levels and characteristics, and the results of quality data analysis and quantitative data analysis in this study are as follows. First, through the sports psychological counseling, the problem of anxiety in the competition situation was derived, and the result of the psychological technology training was found to be effective in reducing anxiety and improving confidence.Second, sports psychological technology training and counseling had a positive effect on psychological skills (set goals, focus, talk to oneself, confidence, mental and relaxation) and competition instability.Third, it has been shown that sports psychological skill training and counseling have positive effects on confidence, concentration, goal setting, team harmony, mindfulness, willpower and anxiety control, which are sub-factors of psychological skills.Fourth, it has been shown that sports psychological technology training and counseling have a positive effect on self-talking, conditioning, mental and goal setting, relaxation, and emotional control, which are lower factors of sports performance strategy. Overall, psychological skill training will not only have a positive effect on adolescent badminton players, but will also be an opportunity to check the possibility of on-site application and to be interested in psychological skill training and counseling, rather than focusing solely on physical and technical training. In addition, effective counseling techniques are expected to have a significant impact on communication and improvement of relationships between existing athletes and leaders.

      • 중학교 농구선수들의 성격, 정서지능 및 창의성과의 관계

        본 연구는 중학교 농구선수들의 성격, 정서지능 및 창의성과의 관계를 규명하는 것으로 연구 대상은 전국 5개 지역에 있는 중학교 농구선수로 진행하였다. 142명의 자료를 사용하였으며, SPSS 23.0 버전을 사용하여 빈도분석, T-검증, 변량분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 인구통계분석을 위해 T검증과 변량분석결과, 정서인식은 3학년보다, 2학년, 2학년보다 1학년이 통계적으로 높은 것으로 나타났고, 창의성의 동기-태도는 3학년보다 1학년이 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 연구변인의 차이를 분석결과, 성격과 정서지능의 모든 요인은 집단이 높을수록 창의성이 높아졌지만 정서적 불안정성은 차이를 보이지 않았다. 상관분석결과, 창의성 전체와 동기-태도는 정서적 불안정성을 제외한 모든 요인과 정적으로 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 능력-태도에서도 모든 요인과 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 회귀분석결과, 창의성의 동기-태도는 자기타인조절 및 활용과 성격전체가 정적 영향을 보였고, 능력-태도에서는 성격전체가 정적 영향, 정서적 불안정성은 부적 영향을 나타냈으며, 창의성전체는 성격과 자기타인조절 및 활용에서 정적 영향, 정서적 불안정성은 부적 영향이 나타났다. 결과를 종합해보면, 중학교 농구선수들의 성격은 창의성에 좋은 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라, 정서적으로 자기와 타인을 조절하며 감정이입이 될 때, 창의적인 모습이 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 하지만 정서적 불안정성은 부정 영향을 줄 뿐 아니라 그 수준에 따라서도 창의성과는 관련이 없었다.

      • 장애인 엘리트 사격선수들의 조준 중 집중전략과 전두엽 뇌파 경향

        The purpose of this study is to find out what concentration strategies are used in shooting interval while elite shooters with disabilities are aiming and to identify EEG characteristics according to concentration strategies by shooter. The conclusions based on the collected data are as follows. First, elite shooters with disabilities use their own internal concentration strategies (technical and physical clues) and external concentration strategies (focusing only on the target, freedom from all thoughts and ideas) in the shooting interval during aiming. Second, although elite shooters with disabilities have different levels of EEG according to the characteristics of their individual concentration strategies, shooters using internal concentration strategies have a tendency of left-brain EGG activity and shooters using external concentration strategies have a tendency of right-brain EGG activity Third, EEG of the left and right frontal lobes by concentration strategies are not statistically significant.

      • 검도선수의 자기관리, 회복탄력성 및 스포츠자신감의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among self-management, resilience, and sports confidence on kumdo players. To this end, a convenience sampling method were used for 144 kumdo players in Jeollabuk-do and Jeollanam-do. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS through descriptive statistics, independent t-test, MANOVA, correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, There were significant differences in demographic variables such as affiliation (school) and award experience. Second, there was a significant difference in sports confidence according to self-management and resilience. Third, there was a correlation between self-management, resilience and sports confidence. Fourth, self-management and resilience of kumdo players have a significant effect on sports confidence. We discussed the results of this research and finally suggested future direction.

      • 중국 대학 엘리트 탁구선수들의 기본적 심리욕구, 자아탄력성, 운동만족의 관계

        이 연구의 목적은 기본적 심리욕구와 자아탄력성이 운동만족에 미치는 영향을 탐구하는 것이며, 기본적 심리욕구와 운동만족의 관계 에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이 연구의 참여자는 중국 대학 엘리트 탁구선수 총 222 명이다. 이들을 대상으로 기본적 심리욕구, 자아탄력성 및 운동만족 설문지를 배포하였으며 수집된 자 료를 바탕으로 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 기본적 심리욕구, 자아탄력성 및 운동만족의 차이를 살펴보기 위해 독립 t-검증과, 변량분석을 실시하였다. 기본적 심리욕구, 자아탄력성 및 운동만족의 관계를 살펴보기 위해서 상관분석을 실시했고 기본적 심리욕구와 자아탄력성이 운동만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 회귀분석을 그리고 자아탄력성의 매개역할을 규명하기 위해서 매개 분석을 실시하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 대학 엘리트 탁구선수들은 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 기본적 심리욕 구, 자아탄력성, 운동만족의 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘 째, 중국 대학 엘리트 탁구선수들의 기본적 심리욕구, 자아탄력성, 운 동만족은 서로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중국 대학 엘리트 탁구선수들의 기본적 심리욕구, 자아탄력성은 운동만족 에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중국 대학 엘리트 탁구선수들의 자아탄력성은 기본적 심리욕구와 운동만족의 관계에서 부분매개의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of basic psychological needs and ego-resiliency on exercise satisfaction, and to verify whether ego-resiliency has mediation effect between basic psychological needs and exercise satisfaction. The participants are 222 (male=136, female=86) college elite table tennis athletes in China. We used the basic psychological needs scale (Ryan & Deci, 1995), ego-resiliency scale (Block & Kremen, 1996; Choi Ye-rim, 2002) and exercise satisfaction scale (Havighurst, 1961; Song Chun-hyun & Lee Yi-yoon 2000). Data were collected and analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and reliability. We used statistical analysis by independent t-test, ANOVA, Correlation, Multiple regression analysis and Mediation analysis with SPSS 25.0. The results are as follows: First, there are significant differences of basic psychological needs, ego-resiliency and exercise satisfaction by demographical features including Gender and Sports experience. Second, the basic psychological needs, ego-resiliency and exercise satisfaction of college elite table tennis athletes in China are positively correlated. Third, college elite table tennis athletes’ basic psychological needs and ego-resiliency influence exercise satisfaction significantly. Fourth, ego-resiliency have partial mediation effect between basic psychological needs and exercise satisfaction.

      • 생활체육 농구인의 신체적 자기개념과 자기결정성이 운동몰입에 미치는 영향

        This study examines the hypothesis that physical self-concept influences the relationship between self-determination and exercise immersion in order to improve the skills of basketball players in life and physical education and to show the direction of development of basketball in life and physical education. The purpose is to understand concretely. We selected 218 people from the Jeollabuk-do Life and Physical Education basketball registered with the Basketball Association using convenience sampling. Random, post hoc, correlation and stepwise regression analyzes were performed using SPSS 25.0 version. As a result of the analysis of variance, it was found that the sub-factors of the self-determination company visit 2 were higher in the 30s and younger than in the 40s and older depending on age. It was found that the subfactor endurance of the physical self-concept depending on the position was that the guard was higher than the center, and that the self-determining subfactor visit adjustment 2 was higher in forward and guard than in the center. Sub-factors of physical self-concept depending on career Sports competence was found to be higher than 6 years and older than 5 years. As a result of the correlation analysis, cognitive immersion showed a positive correlation with sports competence, physical activity, self-esteem, endurance, strength, and overall body, which are sub-factors of physical self-concept. There was a positive correlation with internal regulation 1 and internal regulation 2, and a negative correlation with internal regulation. Behavioral immersion showed a positive correlation with sports competence, physical activity, flexibility, endurance, strength, and overall body, which are sub-factors of physical self-concept. There was a positive correlation with internal regulation 2 and a negative correlation with no regulation. As a result of the regression analysis, the cognitive commitment of exercise immersion showed that the self-determining sub-factor, inner regulation, had a static effect, the unregulation and the self-esteem, sub-factor of physical self-concept, had a negative effect. In behavior immersion, the sub-factors of self-determining identified, integrated control and internal control had a static effect, and the sub-factor self-esteem of the physical self-concept had a negative effect. In conclusion, exercise immersion of basketball players in daily sports is an important factor, and training methods and environment improvement are needed to improve the level of exercise immersion through the improvement of individual physical self-concept and self-determination. Accordingly, it is thought that the immersion of the sports athletes in the athletic sports and the improvement of the skills of the basketball athletes in the sports, and the development of the basketball culture for the sports in the sport will be established.

      • 고등학생들의 성취목표성향과 지각된 지도유형이 체육수업 만족감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to verify and specifically understand the hypothesis that the student's achievement goal orientation and the teacher's guidance type will affect the satisfaction of the physical education class in order to understand students and to present a direction to improve the quality of physical education based on the important role of teachers in high school physical education classes. It selected 272 high school students from the I area of Jeollabuk-do using the method of sampling. A T-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation and stepwise regression were performed using the SPSS 24.0 version. T-test results showed that in gender, professors and instructional guidance types were higher than boys. Correlation analysis shows that environmental-professor-manjok, a sub-factor of class satisfaction, has a static correlation in teaching direction, democratic behavior, positive compensation, social support, and task goal orientation, while sexual-ability satisfaction has a static correlation in teaching direction, democratic behavior, positive compensation, social support, task goal orientation and self-objectivity. According to the regression analysis, the positive compensation type, social support type, and democratic behavior type of the guidance type have a static impact on the task target tendency among the lower factors of sexual-ability satisfaction and achievement goal, and the lower factors of the guidance type, democratic behavior type, positive compensation type, social support type and achievement goal-oriented, have a static effect on the middle environment-professor satisfaction, which is the lower factor of class satisfaction. In conclusion, different students' achievement goals should be identified, motivation should be immediately known, and appropriate guidance types of physical education teachers should be applied to classes to improve students' satisfaction and improve the quality of their classes. Doing so is believed to improve the quality of education through solid and efficient physical education classes.
