      • 한국 연안산 지충이(Sargassum thunbergii)의 생활사와 생태에 관한 연구

        Sargassum thunbergii (Mertens ex Roth) Kuntze of the class Phaeophyceae, order Fucales, and family Sargassaceae is a commercially important seaweed with excellent properties. This study investigated the effects of temperature, photon irradiance and photoperiod on the early growth of S. thunbergii and the morphological features of S. thunbergii in the Korean coast. The morphological features of S. thunbergii recorded at the highest value in June and the lowest value in October. Maximum values of plant length were recorded at 37.2±6.9 cm on the east coast, 38.3±12.1 cm on the west coast and 41.8±10.9 cm on the south coast. Maximum values of biomass were recorded at 3117.2 g on the east coast, 4199.4 g on the west coast and 4428.6 g on the south coast. Maximum values of leaf length were recorded at 3.9±1.0 cm on the east coast, 1.5±0.9 cm on the west coast and 3.6±1.2 cm on the south coast. Maximum values of leaf width were recorded at 2.2±0.4 cm on the east coast, 1.5±0.5 cm on the west coast and 1.8±0.6 cm on the south coast. Maximum values of stipe length were recorded at 2.3±0.6 cm on the east coast, 2.0±1.0 cm on the west coast and 2.2±0.6 cm on the south coast. Maximum values of stipe diameter were recorded at 2.4±0.6 cm on the east coast, 1.6±0.6 cm on the west coast and 1.8±0.4 cm on the south coast. Maximum values of internode interval were recorded at 1.9±0.7 cm on the east coast, 3.8±1.9 cm on the west coast and 2.6±0.7 cm on the south coast. Maximum values of the number of branches per holdfast were recorded at 20.5±10.0 on the east coast (April), 21.8±7.6 on the west coast (October) and 23.3±8.4 on the south coast (June). Annual average of leaf, stipe and air-vesicle were recorded at W<S<E. Annual average of plant length, biomass and the number of branches per holdfast were recorded at E<W<S. Annual average of internode interval were recorded at E<S<W. The leaf of germinated young plants rapidly grew up to 3.98±0.12 mm at 25°C and 80 μmol m-2s-1 under 14L:10D. Frond width of young plants rapidly grew up to 0.87±0.13 mm at 25°C and 40 μmol m-2s-1 under 14L:10D and 0.87±0.13 mm at 25°C and 80 μmol m-2s-1 under 14L:10D respectively. The frond area of young plants was the largest, 5.50±1.10 mm at 25°C and 80 μmol m-2s-1 under 14L:10D.

      • 콘크리트 방형구를 이용한 조하대 해조천이에 관한 연구

        This study on the marine algal succession process of three areas (Yeongunri, Pildo-island, Mangchiri), southern sea of Korea, was monitored March 2021 to May 2022. A total of 28 marine algal species were identified during the survey period, with 3 species as Chlorophyta (10.7%), 8 species as Ochrophyta (28.6%), and 17 species as Rhodophyta (60.7%). In Yeongun-ri, a total of 20 marine algal species were identified, with 3 species as Chlorophyta (15.0%), 6 species as Ochrophyta (30.0%), and 11 species as Rhodophyta (55.0%). In Pildo-island, a total of 18 marine algal species were identified, with 3 species as Chlorophyta (16.7%), 5 species as Ochrophyta (27.8%), and 10 species as Rhodophyta (55.6%). In Mangchi-ri, a total of 11 marine algal species were identified, with 2 species as Chlorophyta (18.2%), 3 species as Ochrophyta (27.3%), and 6 species as Rhodophyta (54.5%). The (R+C)/P values for Yeongun-ri, Pildo, and Mangchiri were 2.00, 1.83 and 2.00, respectively, indicating the marine algal flora of cold temperature to temperate. During the survey period, the dominant and subdominant species by study areas were Ulva australis and Colpomenia sinuosa in Yeongun-ri, Gracilaria textorii and Sargassum honeri in Pildo-island, and S. honeri and U. australis in Mangchi-ri. In each study areas, coarsely branched form (36.4-55.6%) showed the highest proportion, and the filamentous form and crustose form (5.0%-9.1%) showed the lowest proportion. In all study areas, the marine algal succession process began with the establishment of annual algae species such as U. australis and C. sinuosa during the early succession. As the water temperature increased from July, melobesioidean algae started to cover the substrate. In late succession, young plants of perennial large brown algae started to establishment, showed typical successional patterns. 이번 연구는 2021년 3월부터 2022년 5월까지 남해안 동부의 통영시 평림동 무인도인 필도, 산양읍 영운리 연안, 거제시 일운면 망치리 연안에서 해조 천이과정을 모니터링 하였다. 이번 연구의 출현종 수는 총 28종으로 녹조류 3종(10.7%), 대롱편모조류 8종(28.6%), 홍조류 17종(60.7%)이 출현하였다. 영운리에서 녹조류 3종(15.0%), 대롱편모조류 6종(30.0%), 홍조류 11종(55.0%)으로 총 20종, 필도에서 녹조류 3종(16.7%), 대롱편모조류 5종(27.8%), 홍조류 10종(55.6%) 총 18종, 망치리에서 녹조류 2종(18.2%), 대롱편모조류 3종(27.3%), 홍조류 6종(54.5%)으로 총 11종이 출현하였다. (R+C)/P 값은 영운리, 필도, 망치리 각각 2.00, 1.83, 2.00로 나타나면서 한대에서 온대계의 해조상으로 나타났다. 조사 기간 동안 해역별 우점종, 아우점종은 영운리에서 구멍갈파래(Ulva australis), 불레기말(Colpomenia sinuosa) 필도에서 잎꼬시래기(Gracilaria textorii), 괭생이모자반(Sargassum honeri), 망치리에서 괭생이모자반과 구멍갈파래로 나타났다. 각 해역마다 기능형 군별 구성비는 성긴 분기형(36.4-55.6%)이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 각상형 및 사상형(5.0%-9.1%)이 가장 낮은 비율을 나타냈다. 모든 조사 해역의 천이 과정은 천이 초기 단계에서 일년생 해조류인 구멍갈파래와 불레기말이 입식 되었고, 수온이 높아지는 7월부터는 무절산호조류가 피복하기 시작하였다. 천이 후기 단계로 갈수록 모든 방형구에서 다년생 대형 대롱편모조류의 유엽이 입식되어 일반적인 천이패턴을 나타냈다.

      • 수학적 교구를 활용한 피타고라스정리의 지도 방안에 관한 연구

        피타고라스 정리의 역사적인 기원과 피타고라스 정리의 여러 가지 증명방법을 살펴보고, 그 방법들을 사용하여 학생들의 이해를 돕는데 활용하는 방안을 제안 하였다. 일반적으로 학생들은 지필 강의식 수업에서, 특히 증명 같은 경우에는 어려워하는 경향을 볼 수가 있는데, 만약 이 과정에서 학생들이 증명과정에 적극적으로 동참 할 수 있도록 자연스럽게 유도할 수 있다면, 학생들의 증명에 대한 이해는 물론 이고, 학습 흥미유발 효과도 기대할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 그래서 본 논문에서는, 이것의 구체적인 방법으로써, 앞서 살펴본 피타고라스 정리의 다양한 증명방법들 중에서도, 특히 도형분할을 이용한 증명방법에 착안, 수학 교구들을 사용하여 학생들이 직접 그 분할 증명을 해보게 함으로써, 정리의 증명과정에 자연스레 참여하도록 유도하는 방법을 제안하였다. In this paper, we searched the historical origin of the Pythagorean theorem and many different proofs of the theorem, By using these, then we suggested how to apply the results to help students understand the Pythagorean theorem. In a conventional method of teaching, it is frequently found that most of students have difficulty in understanding the proof of the theorem. If we easily lead our students to active participation in processes of doing the proof, then we could expect that we encourage students to be interested in a mathematics class, together with understanding of the proof. Thus, in this paper, as a concrete method to realize this, we specially studied some proofs in the use of geometric dissection among the various proofs of the Pythagorean theorem. And using mathematical teaching tools, we propose a educational plan in which a teacher asks students to perform some proofs of the Pythagorean theorem, with their own hands. Finally, we show students visual examples which indicate the fact that the Pythagorean theorem is actually used to some cases in the living environment so that students become aware that mathematics is a very related subject with our lives.

      • 고등학교 수학교수법 향상을 위한 Maple의 활용

        본 논문은 교육용 소프트웨어인 Maple의 기능을 소개하고 Maple을 활용하여 고등학교 단원에서의 그래프와 미분방정식에 대하여 연구하였다. 제7차 수학과 교육과정은 ‘수학적 힘’의 신장을 강조하고 있는바, 이의 구현을 위해 다양한 교수 학습지도 방법이 필요함을 언급하고 있다. 다양한 교수학습지도 방법 중에서 구체적 조작물을 학습 도구로 활용하는 수학 교육을 강조하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Maple의 실제 활용방안을 미&#8228;적분과 함수의 그래프의 개형을 이해시키기 위한 학습 도구로 활용하였다. The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the function of Maple which is a kind of educational software and to understand the graph and differential equation using Maple in the course of high school. The improvement of the mathematical power of students is emphasized in 7th curriculum. Therefore, it is necessary to understand various method of teaching and learning. Among various method of teaching and learning, Mathematics education using the concrete models as studying instruments is emphasized. Therefore, this study uses Maple as an instructional software to understand shape of graph of differential calculus and function.

      • 삼척연안에 분포하는 새우말(Phyllospadix iwatensis)의 생장특성

        Phyllospadix iwatensis is a surfgrass species distributed along rocky coastlines in East Asia. I investigated the variation of morphological features, density, biomass and characteristics of reproductive shoot on P. iwatensis. These species was monitored and collected bimonthly over of a year in the of Samcheok coast of the East sea, Korea, from October 2021 to August 2022. Morphological features, biomass and density significantly showed seasonal variation on P. iwatensis (p<0.001). This study, showed that surfgrasses exhibited a growth pattern with higher values in spring and early summer, but lower values in winter. Pronounced seasonal variations were observed in the aboveground leaf length and width, rhizome length and width, leaf density, and biomass. The observed reproductive shoot had average dimensions of 4.2 cm in length, 0.5 cm in width, and 2.9 cm in thickness. The length of the reproductive shoot ranged from 3.9 to 4.6 cm, the width ranged from 0.5 to 0.6 cm, and the thickness ranged from 2.8 to 3.1 cm. In the study area, female flowers were observed, but male flowers were not observed. Fruits were found up to the 4 stage out of 5 stages of maturity.

      • 數學史를 利用한 學習指導資料 硏究 : 中學校 數學敎育을 中心으로

        Throughout the history of mathematics, students have been trained in mathematical considerations and in the correct understanding and attitude towards math, thereby allowing them to apply appropriate mathematical tools to their study of the discipline. Therefore, in this thesis, I investigate whether introducing the history of mathematics in middle school curricula is beneficial in students' ability to properly apply mathematical principles. First, I discuss the necessity and the advantages of including the history of mathematics in math education. Second, I analyze the seventh editions of the fifteen middle school mathematics textbooks in order to determine the inclusion and quality of inclusion of the history of mathematics. Third, through a careful analysis of fifteen textbooks, I identified and focused on important figures in mathematics, researching a variety of materials related to these important mathematicians. Through the findings of this research, it is possible to increase students' motivation in mathematics. In order to do so, it is recommended that schools introduce the history of mathematics in their classes and that there is continued, thoughtful research and the continued commitment of teachers to student education.

And as a primary content, examples of congruence theory applied in a real-life will be discussed.

        ABSTRCT A study on methods of teaching and learning of Figures and Graphs Choi Da-hee Advisor : Prof. Nam-Gil Kim Ph.D. Major in Mathematics Education Graduate School of Education, Chosun University ‘The application of mathematics' was newly introduced as an optional subject for high schools in the 7th revision of mathematics curriculum in Korea. 'The application of a mathematics' is the subject that one can meet questions requiring a wide range of thinking and creatively solve them through it, relating to everyday life. As an optional subject, it will result in plenty of educational effect if accompanied by proper ways following learning aim. However, we have difficulty in both how to teach and evaluate it how that it is initially conducted. Therefore, the study has been carried out with 'Discrete mathematics' in order to see 'Figures and Graph' in the contents of 「 the application of a mathematics」. Further, the study covered questions out of everyday life, open to wide application and easy approach for students.
