본 연구는 비즈니스모형 기반으로 산업간 다각적 대규모 융합을 추진하고 있는 스마트그리드 구축사업에서 지향하는 전략개발기술들의 특성과 사업전망을 분석하고, 스마트그리드사업의 성공요소 및 우리나라 정책 목적을 규명하였다. 그리고 스마트그리드기술에 대한 혁신사업을 도출하여 블루오션전략을 수립할 수 있도록 우리나라 산업이 갖는 기술사업의 국제경쟁력을 국내외 기술개발 및 실용 수준 비교로 측정하고, 그에 대한 전략캔버스 작성을 통한 국제경쟁력 강도의 진단과 함께 개척자사업의 요건들을 규명하였다. 제1장은 본 연구를 수행하게 된 동기와 목적을 제시하고, 이를 위한 연구방법과 내용에 대한 개요를 제공한다. 제2장은 국제경쟁력과 가치사슬 및 비즈니스모형을, 제3장은 녹색성장정책 및 탄소배출권과 분산전원 및 해외전력산업모형을, 제4장은 스마트그리드 시장전망과 수출산업화 전략과제를 도출하고, 제5장은 연구결과들의 요약 및 활용방안을 제시하였다. This study implements the identification of attribute concepts and the analyses of expected effects of smart grid as the innovative and unprecedented solution to the low carbon green growth policy, the catalyst of fusion and conglomeration business, the key of the win-win cooperation between large company and SMEs, and the overall-performance optimizing tools through the inherent self-healing mechanism. As well we identify the contents and properties of smart grid destined to the optimal technologies and tools to implement the low-carbon green growth policy for decoupling economic growth from carbon emission through using less energy, improving the efficiency and moving to low-carbon energy sources, protecting the distributed power sources, designing low-carbon business models, and implementing policies and incentives which discourage carbon intensive practices. And we also analyze the outlooks for world energy demand and their relevant investment to 2035 and provide the forecasts of world, regional, and major country’s smart gird market to derive the optimal market segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies. Especially, this paper reviews the value chain analysis, competitive triangle, and strategy canvas from micro level to macro level through meso level to derive the new business model through creation of value innovations and the international competitiveness diagnosis instead of the trade outcomes analysis. In conclusion, to get the sustainable competitive advantage, the Korean smart grid industry based on the global-leading IT position and strengthened international competitiveness of power industry should design and make the processes on the adequate measures to develop and reinvigorate the smart export marketing capabilities as well as the smart self-healing power grid system, building, transportation, electricity services through the inter and intra industry, large-small and medium B2B consortium. in the perspectives of rigorous cost-benefit analyses.
